Objective: To evaluate the potential of smallanthus sonchifolius(s. sonchifolius) roots in ameliorating hepatic damage of rats fed with a high fructose ***: The effect of s. sonchifolius roots on energy intake, body weight, fat and liver mass was determined in male rats fed with a high-fructose diet. Plasma glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol, lipoproteins and aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase were analyzed. Histological changes of the livers were evaluated by electronic microscopy and apoptosis was examined using the TUnEL method. The levels of malondialdehyde, reducedglutathione and antioxidant enzymes(catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione s-transferase) activities were also ***: s. sonchifolius roots significantly decreased energy intake, body weight, fat and liver mass(P s. sonchifolius roots ameliorated liver steatosis and mitochondrial morphology, avoiding cellular apoptosis and normalizing transaminase activity in the liver of rats fed with high fructose. Enzymatic assays revealed that s. sonchifolius roots had a modulatory effect on the oxidative stress induced by fructose-feeding by reducing lipid peroxidation(P nd antioxidant enzyme activities(P n ***: s. sonchifolius roots can ameliorate non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by improving oxidative stress and liver injury.

Colorectal cancer(CRC)remains one of the most commonly diagnosed and deadliest types of cancer *** displays a desmoplastic reaction(DR)that has been inversely associated with poor prognosis;less DR is associated with a better *** reaction generates excessive connective tissue,in which cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are critical cells that form a part of the tumor *** are directly involved in tumorigenesis through different ***,their role in immunosuppression in CRC is not well understood,and the precise role of signal transducers and activators of transcription(sTATs)in mediating CAF activity in CRC remains *** the myriad chemical and biological factors that affect CAFs,different cytokines mediate their function by activating sTAT signaling ***,the harmful effects of CAFs in favoring tumor growth and invasion may be modulated using sTAT ***,we analyze the impact of different sTATs on CAF activity and their immunoregulatory role.

In 2013,the World Health Organization defined perivascular epithelioid cell tumor(PEComa)as“a mesenchymal tumor which shows a local association with vessel walls and usually expresses melanocyte and smooth muscle markers.”This generic definition seems to better fit the PEComa family,which includes angiomyolipoma,clear cell sugar tumor of the lung,lymphangioleiomyomatosis,and a group of histologically and immunophenotypically similar tumors that include primary extrapulmonary sugar tumor and clear cell myomelanocytic *** cell tumors with this immunophenotypic pattern have also had their malignant variants *** localizing to the liver,preoperative radiological diagnosis has proven to be very difficult,and most patients have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma,focal nodular hyperplasia,hemangioma,or hepatic adenoma based on imaging *** of a malignant variant of the liver have been ***,reports of malignant variants of these lesions have increased in recent ***,we support the use of the Folpe criteria,which in 2005 established the criteria for categorizing a PEComa as benign,malignant,or of uncertain malignant *** they are not considered ideal,they currently seem to be the best approach and could be used for the categorization of liver tumors.

The application of organic photocatalysts towards the oxidation of pollutants in water is hampered by different limitations such as their insolubility in the ***,we report that the grafting of a photoorganocatalyst into mesoporous silica materials is an ideal approach to obtain effective ***,the photocatalyst 10-phenylphenothiazine(PTH)was easily anchored into three different mesoporous silica-based materials(Msn,MsU-2 and sBA-15)with different particle sizes and pore sizes through an amide bond *** materials were characterized using IR analysis,solid-state X-ray diffraction,porosity and microscopy(sEM and TEM)techniques,showing that PTH is immobilized inside the pores of the materials and its optical properties are maintained after the *** homogeneous PTH was inactive in water media,the three photocatalytic materials were active for the degradation of ***-15-AP-PTH exhibited the highest catalytic performance towards the degradation of acetaminophen and diclofenac under solar irradiation,finding in this manner a new strategy for the decontamination of pollutants.

Global software Development （GsD） is a well established field of software engineering with the benefits of a global environment. software Project Management （sPM） plays a key role in the success of GsD. As a result, the need has arisen to study and evaluate the downsides of sPM for GsD, to thereby pave the way for the development of new methods, techniques, and tools with which to tackle them. This paper aims to identify and classify research on sPM approaches for GsD that are available in the literature, to identify their current weaknesses and strengths, and to analyze their applications in industry. We performed a systematic Mapping study （sMs） based on six classification criteria. Eighty-four papers were selected and analyzed. The results indicate that interest in sPM for GsD has been increasing since 2006. As a class of approaches, the most frequently reported methods （40%） are those used for coordination, planning, and monitoring, along with estimation techniques that can be used to better match a distributed project. sPM for GsD requires further investigation by researchers and practitioners, particularly with respect to cost and time estimations. These findings will help overcome the challenges that must to be considered in future sPM research for GsD, especially regarding collaboration and time-zone differences.

Introduction:This study investigated factors affecting farmers’participation in watershed management programs in the northeastern highlands of Ethiopia by taking the Teleyayen sub-watershed as a case *** were collected from 215 farm households which were selected from the four villages using a multistage sampling procedure,involving a combination of purposive and random *** were gathered using a structured survey questionnaire,focus group discussion,and key informant *** analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,and regression analysis were employed to analyze the ***:Findings of this study showed that farmer’s perception has a strong positive correlation(r=0.612,P=0.000)with the farmer’s decision to participate in the watershed management programs followed by government support(r=0.163,P=0.017),while the slope of the farmland and the gender of the household head have shown significant and negative *** binary logistic regression analysis also revealed that six independent variables were significant in explaining the factors affecting the farmers’decision to participate in watershed management *** variables were land redistribution,gender,agricultural labor force,extension service,farm size,and *** these,land redistribution,gender,agricultural labor force,extension service,and slope of the farmland indicated a negative influence,while farm size of a household exerted a positive *** study also examined the role of discrete variables in explaining variations of variables in affecting the farmers’decision to participate in the ***,two variables found to be *** variables are the gender of the household head and land tenure ***,the chi-square result of the variable(χ^(2)=9.052)of gender was found to be statistically significant at the 95%level of ***,the chi-square result(X^(2)=8.792)of land tenure security was found to be statistically

外卖食品在日常生活中变得越来越普遍。在生活节奏越来越快的今天,外卖食品正成为人们外出就餐的主要方式之一,特别是对于上班族、学生以及不做饭或工作习惯相对严格的人来说。外卖食品容易变质、被污染,结合当前疫情形势下对无接触配送的要求,使得外卖储存柜具有较大的潜在应用价值。但是,外卖储存柜的投资需要较大的固定成本,且外卖食品的物流规划复杂、动态、时效性强,涵盖了店铺、用户、配送人员等多个对象,是否有必要对外卖储存柜进行投资,在此基础上能否对包含外卖储存柜在内的外卖食品物流问题进行有效决策,仍是亟待解决的问题。本文首先分析了墨西哥外卖食品配送和外卖食品储存柜的需求,论证了外卖食品配送和外卖食品储存柜的合理性和必要性。同时,旨在为外卖食品储存柜进行合理布局,本文研究了不同需求场景计划下的外卖食品储存柜选址优化问题。全文共分五章。第一章是引言部分,系统地介绍了研究背景和研究意义,总结了研究现状,并介绍了本文的结构。第二章是文献综述,对墨西哥城进行了简要的介绍,特别是对外卖的经济活动进行了叙述,并且介绍了相关的外卖订购软件对外卖食品供应链和外卖食品配送物流进行了理论研究,对外卖食品的配送路径和物流设施的选址方法进行了理论研究,研究成果为后续的外卖食品储存柜选址研究提供了理论支持。第三章是基于墨西哥实际案例的外卖需求分析,通过问卷调查,论证了外卖食品和外卖食品储存柜设立的必要性。第四章对本论文所研究的问题进行了描述性分析和建模,考虑到不同需求情境下需求量的变化,对用户需求量进行了具体的分析与研究。在此基础上建立了合理的假设和以成本最小的目标函数,同时对构建模型所需要的集合、参数以及决策变量的符号和含义进行了设定,另外考虑到运输量分配的限度问题,确定了模型的约束条件。在此模型中,由于外卖服务的特殊性,其供需关系一直处于一个相等的平衡关系。因此综合考虑了影响设施选址的经济因素和用户满意度因素,建立了基于场景规划的混合整数规划模型,研究了选址的最优决策和流量的最优分配。同时通过墨西哥的实际案例论证了该模型的有效性和合理性,这也是本论文的核心章节。最后一章是第五章,对本文所涉及的需求分析、选址模型和案例分析进行了总结,提出了本研究的结论和对未来研究的展望,希望基于墨西哥实际案例的研究能够为现实世界的外卖配送企业在选择外卖储存柜位置和配送外卖食品时提供合理的决策建议。

Password authentication is vulnerable to dictionary *** strength measurement helps users to choose hard-to-guess passwords and enhance the security of systems based on password *** there are many password strength metrics and tools,none of them produces an objective measurement with inconsistent policies and different *** this work,we analyzed the password policies and checkers of top 100 popular websites that are selected from Alexa *** checkers are inconsistent and thus they may label the same password as different strength labels,because each checker is sensitive to its configuration,e.g.,the algorithm used and the training *** are empowered to exploit the above vulnerabilities to crack the protected systems more *** such,single metrics or local training data are not enough to build a robust and secure password *** on these observations,we proposed Hybritus that integrates different websites'strategies and views into a global and robust model of the attackers with multiple layer perceptron(MLP)neural *** data set is comprised of more than 3.3 million passwords taken from the leaked,transformed and randomly generated *** data set were sent to 10 website checkers to get the feedbacks on the strength of passwords labeled as strong,medium and *** we used the features of passwords generated by term frequency-inverse document frequency to train and test *** experimental results show that the accuracy of passwords strength checking can be as high as 97.7%and over 94%even if it was trained with only ten thousand *** study shows that Hybritus is usable as well as secure.
