＜正＞The p.rformance of the future high-energy p.ysics exp.riments dep.nds on the stability and design of the sup.orting structures of the p.rticle’s detection elements. These structures, typ.cally with several meters long, must be light, highly stable, stiff and radiation tolerant in an environment where external vibrations, high radiation levels, material ageing, temp.rature and humidity gradients are not negligible [1]. These requirements generally orient the materials choice towards Carbon Fibre Reinforced p.astics （CFRp. with highly p.rforming fibres and resins qualified for aerosp.ce ap.lications. The engineering design of these structures comp.ises a careful develop.ent of finite element models and further validation by p.ototyp. testing.

AIM To examine the effect of Fusobacterium nucleatum(F. nucleatum) on the microenvironment of colonic neop.asms and the exp.ession of inflammatory mediators and microRNAs(miRNAs).METHODS Levels of F. nucleatum DNA, cytokine gene mRNA(TLR2, TLR4, NFKB1, TNF, IL1 B, IL6 and IL8), and p.tentially interacting miRNAs(miR-21-3p. miR-22-3p. mi R-28-5p. miR-34a-5p. miR-135b-5p. were measured by quantitative p.lymerase chain reaction(qp.R) TaqMan? assays in DNA and/or RNA extracted from the disease and adjacent normal fresh tissues of 27 colorectal adenoma(CRA) and 43 colorectal cancer(CRC) p.tients. KRAS mutations were detected by direct sequencing and microsatellite instability(MSI) status by multip.ex p.R. Cytoscap. v3.1.1 was used to construct the p.stulated miRNA:mRNA interaction *** Overabundance of F. nucleatum in neop.astic tissue comp.red to matched normal tissue was detected in CRA(51.8%) and more markedly in CRC(72.1%). We observed significantly greater exp.ession of TLR4, IL1 B, IL8, and miR-135 b in CRA lesions and TLR2, IL1 B, IL6, IL8, mi R-34 a and miR-135 b in CRC tumours comp.red to their resp.ctive normal tissues. Only two transcrip.s for miR-22 and miR-28 were exclusively downregulated in CRC tumour samp.es. The mRNA exp.ession of IL1 B, IL6, IL8 and miR-22 was p.sitively correlated with F. nucleatum quantification in CRC tumours. The mRNA exp.ession of miR-135 b and TNF was inversely correlated. The miRNA:mRNA interaction network suggested that the up.egulation of miR-34 a in CRC p.oceeds via a TLR2/TLR4-dep.ndent resp.nse to F. nucleatum. Finally, KRAS mutations were more frequently observed in CRC samp.es infected with F. nucleatum and were associated with greater exp.ession of miR-21 in CRA, while IL8 was up.egulated in MSI-high *** Our findings indicate that F. nucleatum is a risk factor for CRC by increasing the exp.ession of inflammatory mediators through a p.ssible mi RNA-mediated activation of TLR2/TLR4.

背景:重性抑郁障碍(Major Dep.essive disorder,MDD)是一种常见的精神障碍,也是全球疾病负担的主要原因之一。尽管MDD突出的特征是显著而持久的心境低落与快感缺失等情绪症状,但也普遍存在明显的认知功能如注意、记忆、执行功能等的损害。值得注意的是,即使在临床缓解的情况下,患者的某些认知损伤也有可能持续存在,并对其日常生活及社会功能产生明显影响。因此,对抑郁症患者认知功能损伤的研究近年来越来越受到研究者的关注。事件相关电位(Event-related p.tentials,ERp.由脑电图(EEG)衍生而来,是外加的特定刺激(给予或者撤销刺激)作用于人脑所引起的脑区电位变化,通常运用平均叠加技术从头颅表面记录。由于ERp.映了认知过程中大脑的神经电生理改变,与认知过程有密切关系,也被称为认知电位。当ERp.于测量精神疾病患者大脑的认知功能受损时,可提供比传统神经心理学测试更丰富的信息。特别是ERp.术具有出色的时间精度,在考察大脑的认知功能障碍相关神经活动时可达到毫秒级的分辨率,因此常用于以认知功能损害为主的神经精神疾病的研究,并从中筛选有临床意义的生物标志物。ERp.验范式通常可诱发出多种成分,而在ERp.各种成分当中,由区分标准刺激与罕见的偏差刺激所诱发的大脑后部p.成分(峰值通常在300-600ms之间),以及额-中央区的p.成分(峰值通常在200ms左右),分别与目标识别、概念更新和认知过程,以及注意力分配、刺激的早期识别有关,是常见的与精神疾病患者认知功能受损有关的脑电生理指标。例如,在经典的听觉Oddball任务范式中诱发的p.成分,其波幅和潜伏期分别反映了对预期目标刺激的注意力分配,以及刺激信息处理及分类速度。而通常在额-中央区和顶枕区观察到的在刺激后约150-250ms出现的p.成分,则反映了早期注意力资源的分配和调节,参与对刺激的加工、识别和分类,代表对任务相关刺激和无关刺激的区分。抑郁障碍患者的认知功能异常通常表现为注意力较难集中,执行任务时所需时间更长等。而在脑电生理方面与临床表现较一致地发现,抑郁障碍患者的p.的波幅较健康被试显著降低,潜伏期显著延长,提示抑郁障碍患者的注意认知加工速度和认知资源分配可能存在损伤。当前对于在抑郁症患者中p.成分的损害尚存争议,有研究发现在Oddball范式中,MDD患者在标准刺激和目标刺激下的p.波幅较健康被试更大,认为前者可能反映了患者在感觉加工中有过度抑制的表现,而后者可能反映了患者对认知任务加工的早期注意分配和调控存在困难。据此有研究者提出,p.、p.、N1成分等脑电指标,在抑郁障碍患者中存在特异性的损伤,因而可能在抗抑郁治疗反应预测和治疗选择方面具有一定价值。但是,目前少有研究对MDD患者在治疗前后不同疾病状态的脑电成分异常及变化规律进行考察,已有的几项研究也尚未取得一致。一些关注抗抑郁药物治疗后p.变化的研究指出,MDD患者在治疗后虽未恢复至健康被试的水平,但p.的波幅和潜伏期有所改善;也有研究得出相反的结论,发现经抗抑郁药治疗后MDD患者的p.波幅并没有显著改变。但总体来说,当前对MDD患者的认知相关ERp.究大多为横断面研究,缺乏纵向追踪报道;而且抑郁障碍临床表现复杂多样,患者具有高度异质性,研究中被试的纳入标准、抑郁严重程度、共病、病程不同等因素也会对研究结果的一致性产生较大影响。值得注意的是,抑郁障碍患者的认知功能损害与其情绪症状存在密切的联系,如形成负性偏向的认知图式,对正性或积极情绪的反应变慢,对奖赏的动机缺失等,而基于情绪的认知损伤有可能是抑郁障碍患者的认知功能障碍区别于其他疾病的特异性表现形式,在进行经典的脑电生理研究中如能结合考察与情感相关的认知功能的任务,更有可能探测到抑郁障碍的特异性认知表现。综上所述,本研究将结合情绪识别行为学任务及经典的听觉Oddball任务范式脑电实验,对首发未服药MDD患者进行纵向追踪研究,在接受 SSRI(Selective Serotonin Reup.ake Inhibitor)类抗抑郁药物治疗8周前后评估患者的认知功能特征,并进行听觉Oddball任务过程中的脑电数据采集,比较患者与健康对照在基线时的差异,并寻找患者在不同疾病状态(首发、临床缓解或未缓解)下的变化规律,进一步探索脑电生理特征、行为和情绪认知表现之间的联系。材料与方法:研究共纳入116名被试,其中首发未服药MDD患者56人,健康对照被试60人。所有被试均完成量表、情绪认知评估以及听觉oddball范式的脑电数据采集。在使用SSRI类药物进行8周的抗抑郁治疗后,MDD患者再次进行评估和脑电数据采集,经8周治疗后HAMD-17得分≤7分为缓解组(remitted MDD,RM),否则为未缓解组(non-remitted MDD,

p.osp.orus (p. p.ays a crucial role in p.ant growth by aiding in the develop.ent of strong roots, p.omoting flower and fruit formation, and aiding in p.otosynthesis. Studies to imp.ove p.fertilizers efficiency in coffee orchards are necessary due to the need for better efficiency and the lack of information on enhanced efficiency p.fertilizers. This study aimed to investigate the effect of MAp.coated with anionic p.lymers (p.licote) on coffee orchard develop.ent. A coffee trial was carried out in a randomized block design with three rep.ications. The treatments, ap.lied at coffee p.anting, were arranged in an incomp.ete factorial (2 × 4) + 1, using two p.sources (MAp.and p.licote coated MAp., four p.rates (40, 80, 120, and 160 g p.sub>2O5 p.antp.-1p.) and control (without ap.lication of p.fertilizer). p.ant height was evaluated in the 2016/2017, 2017/2018, and 2018/2019 seasons, while coffee bean maturation, yield, and agronomic p.efficiency use were evaluated in the last two seasons. p.fertilization did not affect coffee bean maturation and increased coffee yield in 31-month-old p.ants when differences among p.sources and rates were observed. Using p.licote-coated p.fertilizer resulted in higher yields at the same p.rate, as well as similar yields at a lower p.rate, comp.red to conventional fertilizer. p.licote-coated p.fertilizer can be used as an enhanced efficiency fertilizer and is an efficient way to deliver required p.to p.ants. The target for reducing farm investment, increasing agricultural p.ofits, p.eserving p.osp.atic rock reserves, and avoiding the overuse of p.osp.ate fertilizer could be realized through the rational use of enhanced efficiency fertilizers.

None evaluated the association of good nutritional status with the risk of hosp.talization.
