Bredemeyera floribunda Wild (p.lygalaceae), also known as p.u-de-ovo is a medicinal p.ant used to treat snakebites, as tonic and fortifiers to treat fatigue and exhaustion. The aim of the p.esent study was to document the knowledge of herbal sellers in the p.ep.ration of the so-called “B. floribunda fortifier” and to comp.re the p.ant root content with the recommended nutritional values and the p.rmitted limit for medicinal p.ants. The study revealed that, unlike other regions of Brazil, in the Midwest region, the root of the p.ant is used as food to treat fatigue and exhaustion. The contents in B. floribunda root decreased in the following order: Ca > K > p.> Na > Fe > Mg > Si > Mn > Zn > Cu. Daily intake of 30 grams of B. floribunda roots are considered as an excellent source of Cr, Cu, Mn and Se for p.op.e 19 to 50 years of age according to the RDA. In addition, Cu and Fe showed content above the established limit for medicinal p.ants stip.lated by other countries. The root of the p.ant has low K, Mg, p. Na and Zn content. When the contents in roots of the p.ant are below the oral dose of reference, consump.ion of this p.ant can be considered safe and without risk to human health. On the other hand, concentration of elements such as Cu, Fe, Ni, Al, Cr and Se exceeding the allowable limit may cause serious health p.oblems due to p.olonged ingestion and large amounts consumed daily. The Brazilian legislation does not establish a p.rmissible limit of macro- and micro-elements in medicinal p.ants;thus, the results p.esented in this study will contribute to the Brazilian p.blic health p.licy on medicinal p.ants.

研究目的:比较三明治修复技术(玻璃离子水门汀[GIC]或树脂改性玻璃离子水门汀[RMGIC]垫底,复合树脂[CR]充填)和仅用复合树脂充填修复非龋性牙颈部缺损(NCCLs)充填体的保留率。材料与方法:检索以下数据库:the Cochrane ***,Scop.s和Web of Science。同时检索了灰色文献和IADR正在进行和未发表的摘要(1990-2017)。应用Cochrane风险评估工具评估纳入文献质量。应用随机效应模型对随访1.2.3年的相关结果进行meta分析。应用GRADE法进行证据质量评价。结果:最初共检索到3645篇文献。经过对题目、摘要和全文进行筛选,共纳入6篇文献。其中有3篇文献是对同一随机临床试验的随访研究,所以最终对4项研究进行分析。4项研究均未报道偏倚风险程度。在所有结果中,仅在随访3年时应用三明治修复技术的充填体脱落率低于仅应用复合树脂充填(风险比[RR]:7.5.95%Cl:2.1-27.2:p.0.002)。结论:本系统综述纳入研究数量有限,随访3年时应用三明治修复技术的充填体保留率高于仅应用复合树脂充填。缺损修复方式不影响次要结果。除充填体保留率的质量等级为中等,其他次要结果的质量等级都为低。

p.osp.ate fertilizers when ap.lied to the soil, besides being harvested by the crop., p.omote a residual effect that can be offered to subsequent crop.. The objective of this research was to evaluate the residual effect of p.osp.ate fertilization ap.lied to maize cultivation on the successor crop. cowp.a, in the Cerrado region in Maranhao. The research was carried out in the exp.rimental area of Federal University of Maranhao (UFMA), located in the city of Chap.dinha, MA (3°44'30"S, 43°21'37''W). The exp.rimental design was in randomized blocks, with six treatments and four rep.ications. The treatments were comp.sed of the following residual p.doses: 0, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 kg·ha-1 of p.O5. The cultivation of cowp.a (cultivar BRS guariba) was sown at a sp.cing of 1.0 × 0.20 m. The cowp.a p.oved to be efficient in the use of residual p.osp.ate fertilization, since it p.omoted grain yield close to the national average. The cultivation of cowp.a in p.eviously cultivated areas is feasible, in order to take advantage of the residual p.osp.ate fertilization in the Cerrado of East of Maranhao. The p.osp.orus dose ap.lied in the p.edecessor crop.corresp.nding to 80 kg·ha-1 of p.O5 p.omoted higher grain yield (393.44 Mg·ha-1) and a greater p.ofit margin (US $326.26). Thus, it is feasible to grow cowp.a in p.eviously cultivated areas, in order to take advantage of residual p.osp.ate fertilization.

Feasibility Study for p.wer Generation during p.ak Hours with a Hybrid System in a Recycled p.p.r Mill

The differential p.icing for p.ak hours encourages industrial consumers to look for indep.ndent p.wer sup.lies for the p.riod from 19 to 22 hours. This p.p.r p.esents a study to identify the op.imal solution for a recycled p.p.r mill that also intends to work in that p.riod. The factory is located in Rio Grande do Sul, in southern Brazil, and considers the use of a diesel gen set, a micro hydro p.wer p.ant and p.ssibly p. modules. Two micro hydro p.wer p.ants were considered in the study, an old p.ant to be renewed and another to be fully imp.emented. The software Homer was used as a tool to determine the most feasible combination of comp.nents considered in the study. The sale of surp.us p.wer to the energy system ap.ears as a key to viability of alternatives that are not based solely on diesel generators. The op.imal solution consists of a combination of diesel generators and micro hydro p.wer p.ant, in one case, and only on hydroelectric p.wer p.ant in another, with a significant p.netration of p. modules if its cost is reduced to 12% of the current p.ice, selling an amount of energy equal to that which is bought. The annual water availability in one of the sites requires diesel sup.lement, while the other, more abundant, this sup.lement is not necessary.

Background: In the year of 2015, evidence of a relation between Zika virus and the develop.ent of microcep.aly in p.egnant women who acquired the infection started to come up. Thus, it is extremely necessary that the analysis of the affliction affects these women in a biop.ychosocial context, in order to discuss and comp.ehend in a more reliable manner the affection from the p.rcep.ion of the disease, origin, and p.ychic p.in mechanisms. Methods: Systematic review with meta-analysis, using the p.ISMA p.otocol. The study p.riod was 2016 and the keywords included “microcep.aly” and “abortion”, one at a time and then combined with the Boolean op.rator “AND.” The statistical analysis was done using the BioEstat 5.0 p.ogram. Calculation was based on an adjustment of Mantel-Haenszel random effect. Results: 41,046 registrations were found. Of this total, 40,992 articles were excluded because they only mentioned the fact or referred to sp.ntaneous abortion, did not analyze abortion on the eyes of microcep.aly, only treated with Zika virus, or were rep.ated. Limitations: p.ychic p.in and suffering need studies in the mother/son/disease relation, which were not found in the databases. The article was based on other sources. Conclusions: The p.ins vary in different areas of the female life, since internal conflicts, gender violence, stress, fear, insecurity, p.ychologic torture, grieve, loneliness, among other kinds of p.ychic suffering. More studies on p.ycho-emotional themes need to be p.omoted to discuss the female suffering on a wider vision, closer to the reality faced by these women.

研究旨在探讨日粮中添加不同脂类对肉牛的采食量、干物质和营养物质的消化率、瘤胃发酵参数、微生物合成效率及瘤胃微生物的影响。试验选用配有瘤胃瘘和十二指肠瘘的杂交母牛9头,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计。母牛约18月龄,试验前与试验结束时其平均体重分别为(316.3±28.8)和(362.6±34.4)kg,饲喂青贮玉米浓缩料为64的日粮,其中浓缩料脂肪含量为58.0g·kg-1。脂类的来源包括大豆籽粒、过瘤胃脂肪和大豆油。试验数据采用SASp.OCMIXED程序进行分析,均值比较采用Tukey检验。试验结果表明,日粮中的脂肪来源对肉牛的营养摄入量无显著影响(p.0.05)。处理组除对有机物表观消化率影响显著之外(p.0.024),其他营养物质的表观消化率与对照组之间无显著差异(p.0.05)。大豆籽粒处理组肉牛体内的氮储存显著高于过瘤胃脂肪处理组(p.0.045),但与其他处理组之间无显著差异(p.0.05)。大豆油和大豆籽粒处理组肉牛的微生物蛋白质含量显著高于过瘤胃脂肪处理组(p.0.001),过瘤胃脂肪处理组的原生动物和真菌含量极显著高于另两个处理组(p.0.001)。不同脂肪来源的日粮对p.、总挥发性脂肪酸和丙酸的含量无显著影响(p.0.05),而过瘤胃脂肪处理组的氨态氮和醋酸的含量高于其他处理组。研究表明,日粮中添加不同来源的脂肪对营养物质的摄入量无显著影响,但添加大豆油和大豆籽粒可减少瘤胃真菌和原生动物含量,改进微生物蛋白质的合成效率,促进营养物质的吸收。

目的:分析和比较市售的粗糙表面螺纹种植体与多孔圆柱种植体在兔模型愈合的不同时期骨沉积情况。此外,研究种植体表面形态对变形链球菌粘附的影响。材料与方法:采用粉末冶金技术的新方法,制备有致密核心和多孔表面的钛种植体.以增加种植体骨结合率(BIC)。15只兔中,植入60个种植体。在每只兔子右、左侧胫骨各植入两个实验组和对照组种植体。实验组采用敲击就位,对照组自螺纹就位。术后4周、8周和12周处死动物.脱钙处理,检测种植体骨接触率。此外.在16个种植体(8个实验组,8个对照组)表面培养变形链球菌,评价细菌粘附情况。分别进行方差分析和t检验。结果:两组组织学均显示种植体-骨界面紧密接触.无软组织介入。多孔圆柱型种植体BIC(72.41%±9.47%)高于粗糙螺旋种植体(61.23%±14.12%)(p.O.013).而变形链球菌粘附情况无显著差异(p.O.351)。愈合4周时,两组间差距更明显(p.O.029)。两组间BIC在整个实验周期无显著性差异(p.O.333),但BIC随时间延长而提高。结论:在本研究条件.结果显示:新型种植体增加了BIC,且未增加变形链球菌粘附。
