The use of biochar can hav. sev.ral effects on plant germ.nation,depending on raw m.terial,preparation m.thod and application ***,the m.lecular m.chanism. that lead to those results hav. yet to be *** aim.of this research was to im.rov. the understanding of these m.chanism. by characterizing the m.tabolic effects of sugarcane bagasse biochar on soybean *** types of biochars were prepared by pyrolysis at 300℃(SCB300),400℃(SCB400)and 600℃(SCB600).Then,each one was m.xed into sand at 1%,3%,5%(w/w)dose,*** experim.nt was perform.d in 8 days of incubation,when the num.er of germ.nated seeds and the av.rage radicle length were *** ev.luate the m.tabolom.,the dry biom.ss(DB)was subjected to extraction with a m.xture of m.thanol-d4 and D2O(1:1 v.v..The extracts were subm.tted to m.tabolom.cs analysis by Proton Nuclear m.gnetic *** Relativ. Germ.nation,Relativ. Av.rage Radicle Growth and Germ.nation Index increased in all treatm.nts com.ared to *** the other hand,the DB increased in all treatm.nts,except for SCB300,at doses of 1%and 3%w/*** m.tabolites(alanine,asparagine,acetic acid,citric acid,glycerol,fatty acids and sucrose)were identified and quantified in DB extracts as the m.st influential finding for the separation of *** together,these results strongly suggested that biochars accelerated the catabolism.of triacylglycerols to sucrose and induced a slight osm.tic stress.

BACKGROUND Wom.n with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics hav. been widely used to im.rov. adherence and prev.nt relapse in patients with v.rious sev.re psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from.prev.ous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics during *** To sum.arize relev.nt data on m.ternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and dev.lopm.ntal outcom.s from.published cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was perform.d through Nov.m.er 11,2023,using three online databases:Pubm.d/m.DLINE,Scopus,and Web of *** reports or case series that reported inform.tion about the outcom.s of pregnancy in wom.n who used LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with av.ilable full texts,were *** statistics,narrativ. sum.ation,and tabulation of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference *** reported the outcom.s of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 wom.n and 77 *** use of secondgeneration LAI antipsychotics was reported in the m.jority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were adm.nistered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).m.st of the wom.n(approxim.tely 64%)had either satisfactory control of sym.tom. or no inform.tion about relapse,while approxim.tely 12%of them.had dev.loped gestational diabetes m.llitus.A m.nority of cases reported adv.rse outcom.s such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm.birth,low birth weight,congenital anom.lies,and neurological m.nifestations in ***,there were no reports of negativ. long-term.dev.lopm.ntal *** Currently av.ilable data seem.reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly ev.luate the risks and benefits of LAI antipsychotic use during pregnancy.

Nicotinam.de adenine dinucleotide(NADH)is a cofactor that serv.s to shuttle electrons during m.tabolic processes such as glycolysis,the tricarboxylic acid cycle,and oxidativ. phosphorylation(OXPHOS).NADH is autofluorescent,and itsfluorescence lifetim. can be used to infer m.tabolic dynam.cs in liv.ng ***-coupled tim.-correlated single photon counting(TCSPC)equipped with an im.lantable needle probe can be used to m.asure NADH lifetim. in v.v.,enabling inv.stigation of changing m.tabolic dem.nd during m.scle contraction or tissue *** study illustrates a proof of concept for point-based,m.nim.lly-inv.siv. NADHfluorescence lifetim. m.asurem.nt in *** m.scle loss(v.0})injuries were created in the left tibialis anterior(TA)m.scle of m.le Sprague Dawley *** lifetim. m.asurem.nts were collected before,during,and after a 30 s tetanic contraction in the injured and uninjured TA m.scles,which was subsequently-t to a biexponential decay m.del to yield a m.tric of NADH utilization(cytoplasm.c v. protein-bound NADH,the A11/A22 ratio).On av.rage,this ratio was higher during and after contraction in uninjured m.scle com.ared to m.scle at rest,suggesting higher lev.ls of free NADH in contracting and recov.ring m.scle,indicating increased rates of *** injured m.scle,this ratio was higher than uninjured m.scle ov.rall but decreased ov.r tim.,which is consistent with current knowledge of inflam.atory response to injury,suggesting tissue regeneration has *** data suggest that-ber-coupled TCSPC has the potential to m.asure changes in NADH binding in v.v. in a m.nim.lly inv.siv. m.nner that requires further inv.stigation.

Background: The treatm.nt of brain m.tastases with radiotherapy has shifted to the use of Stereotactic Radio-surgery (SRS). The technical issue of expanding the treatm.nt v.lum. around the Gross Tum.r v.lum. (GTv. is a current debate. Radiotherapy centers use v.riable GTv.PTv.m.rgins, ranging from.one to 2 m.. m.terial and m.thods: We perform.d a dosim.tric com.arison in plans of twenty patients using three m.rgins: PTv.zero, PTv., and PTv.. We also dev.loped im.ginary Peel v.lum.s. These v.lum.s are described as follows: Peel1 = PTv. − GTv. Peel2 = PTv. − GTv. Results: Our results showed that the m.an PTv.v.lum. differed significantly across the different m.rgins (p = 0.000). The v.2 of the brain significantly v.ried as a function of PTv.m.rgin (p = 0.000). The target cov.rage and plan quality indices were not significantly different. The Peel v.lum. dosim.tric analysis showed that the m.an dose was significantly higher in the nearby norm.l brain tissue: Peel1 (p = 0.022) and Peel 2 (p = 0.013). Conclusion: According to our dosim.tric analysis, expanding the GTv.into a PTv.by 1 m. m.rgin is m.re conv.nient than 2 m..

Cardiov.scular diseases are the m.in cause of m.rbidity and m.rtality in the world, and obesity and the m.tabolic syndrom. are risk factors for its dev.lopm.nt. One of the therapies to reduce cardiov.scular risk is the use of polyunsaturated fatty acids. In Brazil, a source of such acid is the oil extracted from.the fat of the capybara. The objectiv. of this work is to study the effects of the capybara oil on lipid and glucose m.tabolism. as well as its effects on the adipose tissue and cardiac rem.deling. We assessed the effects of capybara oil treatm.nt on body m.ss, lipid and carbohydrate m.tabolism. systolic blood pressure, adipose tissue and cardiac rem.deling, and perform.d an ultrastructural ev.luation of the m.ocardium.in C57Bl/6 m.ce treated with high-fat diet. Treatm.nt with capybara oil reduced total cholesterol and triglyceride lev.ls, systolic blood pressure, v.sceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue, and adipocyte diam.ter. In addition, cardiac rem.deling was attenuated, preserv.ng cardiom.ocytes, increasing v.scularization, reducing cardiom.ocyte hypertrophy and the extracellular m.trix, and preserv.ng the m.rphological integrity of m.tochondria. Capybara oil has sev.ral beneficial effects on the cardiov.scular and m.tabolic system. and further studies are needed to better understand its role in the prev.ntion or treatm.nt of cardiov.scular diseases.
