Dairy cows re.y on a comple. ruminal microbiota to dige.t the.r host-indige.tible.fe.d. Our ability to characte.ize.this microbiota has advance. significantly due.to de.e.opme.ts in ne.t-ge.e.ation se.ue.cing. Howe.e., e.forts to sample.the.rume., which typical y involve. re.oving dige.ta dire.tly from the.rume. via a cannula, intubation, or rume.oce.te.is, is costly and labor inte.sive. As a re.ult, the.majority of studie. characte.izing the.rume. microbiota are.conducte. on sample. col e.te. at a single.time.point. Curre.tly, it is unknown whe.he. the.e.is significant day-to-day variation in the.rume. microbiota, a factor that could strongly influe.ce.conclusion drawn from studie. that sample.at a single.time.point. To addre.s this, we.e.amine. day-to-day change. in the.ruminal microbiota of lactating dairy cows using ne.t-ge.e.ation se.ue.cing to de.e.mine.if single.day sampling is re.re.e.tative.of sampling across 3 conse.utive.days. We.se.ue.ce. single.day solid and liquid fractions of ruminal dige.ta col e.te. ove. 3 conse.utive.days from 12 cannulate. dairy cows during the.e.rly, middle. and late.stage. of a single.lactation cycle.using the.V4 re.ion of the.bacte.ial 16 S r RNA ge.e. We.the. ge.e.ate. 97% similarity ope.ational taxonomic units(OTUs) from the.e.se.ue.ce. and showe. that any of the.individual sample. from a give. 3-day sampling pe.iod is e.uivale.t to the.me.n OTUs de.e.mine. from the.combine. 3-d data se.. Obje.tive. To study the.main clinical and histopathological fe.ture. of 12 patie.ts with Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （HL） diagnose. primarily from bone.marrow （BM） involve.e.t. Me.hods： We.include. 12 acquire. immunode.icie.cy syndrome.（AIDS） patie.ts with HL assiste. in the.F. J. Mufiiz Infe.tious Dise.se. Hospital since.January 2002 to De.e.be. 2013. The.diagnosis of ilL with primary BM involve.e.t in patie.ts was confirme. by clinical, histopathological, and immunohistoche.ical findings. Re.ults： All patie.ts pre.e.te. ＂B＂ symptoms and pancytope.ia. All of the. had stage.IV ne.plasm dise.se.be.ause.of BM infiltration. A 3-ye.r monitoring study using se. phe.omone.traps in se.i-arid and arid olive.grove. was pe.forme.. In the.se.i-arid grove. flight patte.n of the.OM was the.same.as in othe. Me.ite.rane.n countrie., but in date. concordating plant phe.ology. The.moth comple.e. thre. ge.e.ations annually： the.first flight is in March to April, the.se.ond is in May to June.and the.third occurs in August to Octobe.. In the.arid olive.grove. an inte.e.ting flight patte.n was obse.ve.. First flight was always ve.y close.or ove.lappe. with the.se.ond one.with no male.catche. during August to Octobe.. Howe.e., e.gs we.e.pre.e.t most of the.se.son, indicating unusually high fe.ale.pre.e.ce.and oviposition activity of the.OM during the.abse.ce.of male. in the.traps. Background: Oste.arthritis (OA) is a disabling dise.se.that can affe.t 6% to 12% of the.adult population and more.than a third of pe.ple.ove. 65 ye.rs of age. Purpose. To asse.s whe.he. a group of pe.ple.with hand oste.arthritis (hOA) who re.e.ve. diffe.e.t type. of tre.tme.t improve. the.r function afte. two ye.rs of follow-up. Me.hod: The.e.tire.sample.(n = 97) unde.we.t thre. follow-up asse.sme.ts re.arding anthropome.ric parame.e.s of the.uppe. limbs and ability to pe.form functional activitie.. Subse.ue.tly, the.sample.was divide. into two groups for the.inte.ve.tion pe.iods, calle. the.First Pe.iod (n = 73) and the.Se.ond Pe.iod (n = 24);the.First Pe.iod ke.t the.same.protocol with orie.tations, and the.Se.ond Pe.iod we.t to an inte.ve.tion with orie.tation stre.gth e.e.cise. and use.of orthosis. Findings: In the.se.arate.analysis of the.thre. que.tions of the.DASH pain module. no diffe.e.ce. we.e.found be.we.n the.asse.sme.t mome.ts for groups of guide.ine., tre.tme.t, or symptoms. Significant e.fe.ts we.e.obse.ve. for F(2, 162) = 3.5, p = 0.033, η2 = 0.04, and inte.action for mome.ts and inte.ve.tion F(2, 162) = 4.3, p = 0.016, η2 = 0.05. Implications: It can be.conclude. that only guidance.tre.tme.t doe. not be.e.it patie.ts with hand oste.arthritis. In contrast, guidance. e.e.cise. and orthosis tre.tme.t can significantly improve.the.dise.se.
