Stress-induced retrograde signal transmission from the plastids to the nucleus has long puzzled plant *** address this,we performed a suppressor screen of the ceh1 mutant,which contains elevated 2-C-methyl-d-erythritol-2,4-cyclopyrophosphate(MEcPP)levels,and identified the gain-of-function mutant impα-9,which shows reversed dwarfism and suppressed expression of stress-response genes in the ceh1 background despite heightened *** genetic and biochemical analyses established that the accumulation of MEcPP initiates an upsurge in Arabidopsis SKP1-like 1(ASK1)abundance,a pivotal component in the proteasome degradation *** increase in ASK1 prompts the degradation of IMPα-***,we uncovered a protein-protein interaction between IMPα-9 and TPr2,a transcriptional co-suppressor and found that a reduction in IMPα-9 levels coincides with a decrease in TPr2 ***,the interaction between IMPα-9 and TPr2 was disrupted in impα-9 mutants,highlighting the critical role of a single amino acid alteration in maintaining their *** of their interaction results in the reversal of MEcPP-associated *** immunoprecipitation coupled with sequencing analyses revealed that TPr2 binds globally to stress-response genes and suggested that IMPα-9 associates with the *** function together to suppress the expression of stress-response genes under normal conditions,but this suppression is alleviated in response to stress through the degradation of the suppressing *** biological relevance of our discoveries was validated under high light stress,marked by MEcPP accumulation,elevated ASK1 levels,IMPα-9 degredation,reduced TPr2 abundance,and subsequent activation of a network of stress-response *** summary,our study collectively unveils fresh insights into plant adaptive mechanisms,highlighting intricate interactions among retrograde signaling,the proteasome,and nuclear transport machinery.

recovering noble metals from waste resources and incorporating them into catalysts stands out as a promising strategy for advancing sustainability within the catalysis field. This review provides a comprehensive overview of recent investigations into noble metal recovery from waste streams, specifically employing porous organic frameworks(POFs). Additionally, the study delves into the utilization of the resultant composites, enriched with noble metals, in heterogeneous catalysis. Moreover, we offer insights into the challenges faced and outline prospects for the practical implementation of extracting noble metal catalysts from waste streams using POFs, aiming to develop cost-effective, sustainable, and efficient heterogeneous catalysts.

The fusion barriers and cross sections of 15 colliding systems with 320≤Z_(1)Z_(2)≤1512 are investigated in detail to understand the influence of the universal function of proximity potential formalism in the heavy-ion fusion *** realize this goal,we select three versions of the phenomenological proximity potentials,including Prox.77,Zhang 2013,and Guo 2013,to calculate the nucleus-nucleus *** experimental fusion cross sections for the selected reactions are analyzed using the standard coupled-channel calculations,including couplings to the low-lying 2^(+)and 3^(-)states in the target and *** calculated results show that the universal functions of the Guo 2013 and Prox.77 models provide the lowest and highest fusion barriers,*** addition,it is found that the height of the fusion barriers is enhanced by increasing the mass number of the projectile from light to heavy *** highest sensitivity to the mass number of the projectile belongs to the results of Prox.77.A discussion is also presented on the influence of the universal function on the radial behavior of the interaction potential in the allowed region for overlapping *** results reveal that the best fit to the experimental data of the fusion cross sections for the reactions involving light and medium nuclei is obtained using the universal function of the Zhang 2013 *** the heavier systems,the results of the Guo 2013 model at sub-barrier energies provide a good description of the available data.

The aim of this study was to develop self-healable and robust elect roconductive film based on polyaniline copolymer for application as electrode in flexible *** this purpose,the electroconductive polymer brushes(EPB)was *** synthesis of EPB is based on graft polymerizations of acrylamide(AAm)on poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)with formation of PVA-PAAm polymer brush and subsequent graft copolymerization of aniline and p-phenylenediamine on PVA-PAAm resulting in formation of EPB with electroconducting copoly(aniline-co-pphenylenediamine)(PAPh DA).It was found that the ratio between PVA and PAAm at the first stage greatly influence the electrochemical performance of the *** films were prepared by casting of EPB solution with subsequent *** of electrical current distribution through the film with AFM reveal more uniform distribution of PAPhDA in EPB in comparison with reference PVA-PAPhDA and PAAm-PAPhDA *** was demonstrated that mechanical cha racteristics and electrical conductivity values of films restore at large extent after curring and self-healing under optimal relative humidity level(58%).The flexile supercapacitor cell with EPB film electrodes demon strate specific capacitance 602 mF·cm^(-2)at the current density of 1 mA·cm^(-2)and retention 94%of initial capacitance after 5000 charge/discharge cycles.
