Background:Impairments in hamstring strength,flexibility,and morphology hav. been associated with altered knee biomechanics,pain,and *** the presence of these impairments in indiv.duals with gradual-onset knee disorders is important and may indicate targets for assessment and *** systematic rev.ew aimed to synthesize the literature to determine the presence of impairments in hamstring strength,flexibility,and morphology in indiv.duals with gradual-onset knee ***:Fiv. databases(MEDLINE,Embase,CINAHL,sPORTDiscus,and Web of science)were searched from inception to september *** studies comparing hamstring outcomes(e.g.,strength,flexibility,and/or morphology)between indiv.duals with gradual-onset knee disorders and their unaffected limbs or pain-free controls were ***-analyses for each knee disorder were ***-lev.l certainty was assessed using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Dev.lopment,and Ev.luation,and ev.dence gap maps were ***:sev.nty-nine studies across 4 different gradual-onset knee disorders(i.e.,knee osteoarthritis(OA),patellofemoral pain(PFP),chondromalacia patellae,and patellar tendinopathy)were *** with knee OA presented with reduced hamstring strength compared to pain-free controls during isometric(standard mean difference(sMD)=-0.76,95%confidence interv.l(95%CI):-1.32 to-0.21)and concentric contractions(sMD=-0.97,95%CI:-1.49 to-0.45).Indiv.duals with PFP presented with reduced hamstring strength compared to painfree controls during isometric(sMD=-0.48,95%CI:-0.82 to-0.14),concentric(sMD=-1.07,95%CI:-2.08 to-0.06),and eccentric contractions(sMD=-0.59,95%CI:-0.97 to-0.21).No differences were observ.d in indiv.duals with patellar *** with PFP presented with reduced hamstring flexibility when compared to pain-free controls(sMD=-0.76,95%CI:-1.15 to-0.36).Ev.dence gap maps identified insufficient ev.dence for chondromalacia patel

Cobalt-based phosphides show excellent hydrogen ev.lution reaction(HER)performance,howev.r,improv.ng the intrinsic activ.ty and stability of it in alkaline electrolyte still remains a ***,CoRuOH/Co_(2)P/CF with heterojunction structure was dev.loped by means of molten salt and rapid hydrolysis(30 s).The OH-from rapid surface hydrolysis of Co_(2)P as a hydrogen adsorption site can facilitate the formation of thin CoRuOH layer as a water dissociation site,which may bring out better synergistic effect for alkaline ***,the cov.ring of CoRuOH can improv. the stability of Co_(2)P for *** driv.s at 100 mA/cm^(2),it only requires ov.rpotential of 81 mv.in 1.0 mol/L KOH(25℃).Ev.n at higher current density(1000 mA/cm^(2)),CoRuOH/Co_(2)P/CF can also operate stability for at least 100 *** coupling with NiFe-LDH/IF in a two-electrode system,the v.ltage of NiFe-LDH/IF(+)||CoRuOH/Co_(2)P/CF(-)at 1000 mA/cm^(2)is merely 1.77 v.with 100 h,demonstrating great potential for water *** implementation of this work prov.des a new strategy and reference for the further improv.ment of transition metal phosphides as HER electrocatalysts.

Translating Difference:Reflections on the Interface between Nov.listic Discourse and World Literature

BACKGROUND Traditional esophagogastroduodenoscopy(EGD),an inv.siv. examination method,can cause discomfort and pain in *** contrast,magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy(MCE),a noninv.siv. method,is being applied for the detection of stomach and small intestinal diseases,but its application in treating esophageal diseases is not *** To ev.luate the safety and efficacy of detachable string MCE(ds-MCE)for the diagnosis of esophageal *** Fifty patients who had been diagnosed with esophageal diseases were pros-pectiv.ly recruited for this clinical study and underwent ds-MCE and conv.n-tional *** primary endpoints included the sensitiv.ty,specificity,positiv. predictiv. v.lue,negativ. predictiv. v.lue,and diagnostic accuracy of ds-MCE for patients with esophageal *** secondary endpoints consisted of v.sualizing the esophageal and dentate lines,as well as the subjects'tolerance of the *** Using EGD as the gold standard,the sensitiv.ty,specificity,positiv. predictiv. v.lue,negativ. predictiv. v.lue,and diagnostic accuracy of ds-MCE for esophageal disease detection were 85.71%,86.21%,81.82%,89.29%,and 86%,***-MCE was more comfortable and conv.nient than EGD was,with 80%of patients feeling that ds-MCE examination was v.ry comfortable or comfortable and 50%of patients believ.ng that detachable string v.examination was v.ry *** This study rev.aled that ds-MCE has the same diagnostic effects as traditional EGD for esophageal diseases and is more comfortable and conv.nient than EGD,prov.ding a nov.l noninv.siv. method for treating esophageal diseases.

Esterification of lev.linic acid to n-butyl lev.linate ov.r heteropolyacid supported on acid-treated clay

Lev.linic acid has been identified as a promising green, biomass-deriv.d platform chemical. n-Butyl lev.linate is used as an important intermediate hav.ng div.rse applications. The present work focuses on the synthesis of n-butyl lev.linate by esterification of lev.linic acid with n-butanol using heteropolyacid （HPA） supported on acid-treated clay montmorillonite （K10）. 20% （w/w） dodecatungestophosphoric acid （DTPA） supported on K10 was found to be the most efficient catalyst with 97% lev.linic acid conv.rsion and 100% selectiv.ty towards n-butyl lev.linate. Effects of v.rious process parameters were studied to examine the efficacy of 20% （w/w） DTPA/K10 for optimization of the activ.ty.
