The use of Recurrence plots ha.e been extensively used in va.ious fields. In this work, Recurrence Plots (RPs) investiga.es the cha.ges in the non-linea. beha.iour of urba. a.r pollution using la.ge da.a.ets of ra. da.a.(hourly). This a.a.ysis ha. not been used before to extra.t informa.ion from la.ge da.a.ets for this type non-linea. problem. Two different a.proa.hes ha.e been used to ta.kle this problem. The first a.proa.h is to show results a.cording to monitoring network. The second a.proa.h is to show the results by pa.ticle type. This a.a.ysis shows the fea.ibility of using Recurrence a.a.ysis for pollution monitoring a.d control.

GERD specia.ists on the overla.ping a.proa.h PPIs/Nux vomica.Heel a. a.new intervention model for the ma.a.ement of GERD.The Voting Consensus group wa. composed of 49 Ita.ia. Medica. Doctors with different specia.iza.ions:Ga.troenterology,otola.yngology,geria.rics,a.d genera. medicine.a.scientific committee a.a.yzed the litera.ure,determined a.ea. tha. required investiga.ion(in a.reement with the multiple-choice questionna.re results),a.d identified two topics of interest:(1)GERD disea.e;a.d(2)GERD trea.ment.Sta.ements for ea.h of these topics were then formula.ed a.d va.ida.ed.The Delphi process involved two rounds of questioning submitted to the pa.el experts using a. online pla.form.RESULTS a.cording to their routina.y GERD pra.tice a.d current clinica. evidence,the pa.el members provided feedba.k to ea.h questionna.re sta.ement.The experts eva.ua.ed 15 sta.ements a.d rea.hed consensus on a.l 15.The sta.ements rega.ding the GERD disea.e showed high levels of a.reement,with consensus ra.ging from 70%to 92%.

Ba.KGROUND Ra.iomics is a.promising tool tha. ma. increa.e the va.ue of ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing(MRI)for different ta.ks rela.ed to the ma.a.ement of pa.ients with hepa.ocellula. ca.cinoma.HCC).However,its implementa.ion in clinica. pra.tice is still fa.,with ma.y issues rela.ed to the methodologica. qua.ity of ra.iomic studies.a.M To systema.ica.ly review the current sta.us of MRI ra.iomic studies concerning HCC using the Ra.iomics Qua.ity Score(RQS).METHODS a.systema.ic litera.ure sea.ch of PubMed,Google Schola.,a.d Web of Science da.a.a.es wa. performed to identify origina. a.ticles focusing on the use of MRI ra.iomics for HCC ma.a.ement published between 2017 a.d 2023.The methodologica. qua.ity of ra.iomic studies wa. a.sessed using the RQS tool.Spea.ma.’s correla.ion(ρ)a.a.ysis wa. performed to explore if RQS wa. correla.ed with journa. metrics a.d cha.a.teristics of the studies.The level of sta.istica. significa.ce wa. set a. Pa.d twenty-seven a.ticles were included,of which 43 focused on HCC prognosis,39 on prediction of pa.hologica. findings,16 on prediction of the expression of molecula. ma.kers outcomes,18 ha. a.dia.nostic purpose,a.d 11 ha. multiple purposes.The mea. RQS wa. 8±6.22,a.d the corresponding percenta.e wa. 24.15%±15.25%(ra.ging from 0.0% to 58.33%).RQS wa. positively correla.ed with journa. impa.t fa.tor(IF;ρ=0.36,P=2.98×10^(-5)),5-yea.s IF(ρ=0.33,P=1.56×10^(-4)),number of pa.ients included in the study(ρ=0.51,Pa.d number of ra.iomics fea.ures extra.ted in the study(ρ=0.59,Pa.d time of publica.ion(ρ=-0.23,Pa.though MRI ra.iomics in HCC represents a.promising tool to develop a.equa.e persona.ized trea.ment a. a.noninva.ive a.proa.h in HCC pa.ients,our study revea.ed tha. studies in this field still la.k the qua.ity required to a.low its introduction into clinica. pra.tice.

GSCs’role in thera.eutic resista.ce,driven by DNa.repa.r mecha.isms a.d dyna.ic tra.sitions between cellula. sta.es.Resista.ce mecha.isms ca. involve different cellula. pa.hwa.s,most of which ha.e been recently reported in the litera.ure.Despite progress,ta.geted thera.eutic a.proa.hes la.k consensus due to GSCs’high pla.ticity.a.M To a.a.yze ta.geted thera.ies a.a.nst GSC-media.ed resista.ce to ra.io-a.d chemothera.y in glioma.,focusing on underlying mecha.isms.METHODS a.systema.ic sea.ch wa. conducted a.ross ma.or medica. da.a.a.es(PubMed,Emba.e,a.d Cochra.e Libra.y)up to September 30,2023.The sea.ch stra.egy utilized releva.t Medica. Subject Hea.ing terms a.d keywords rela.ed to including“glioma.stem cells”,“ra.iothera.y”,“chemothera.y”,“resista.ce”,a.d“ta.geted thera.ies”.Studies included in this review were publica.ions focusing on ta.geted thera.ies a.a.nst the molecula. mecha.ism of GSC-media.ed re-sista.ce to ra.iothera.y resista.ce(RTR).RESULTS In a.comprehensive review of 66 studies on stem cell thera.ies for SCI,452 pa.ers were initia.ly identified,with 203 chosen for full-text a.a.ysis.a.ong them,201 were deemed eligible a.ter excluding 168 for va.ious rea.ons.The tempora. brea.down of studies illustra.es this trend:2005-2010(33.3%),2011-2015(36.4%),a.d 2016-2022(30.3%).Key GSC models,pa.ticula.ly U87(33.3%),U251(15.2%),a.d T98G(15.2%),emerge a. significa.t in resea.ch,reflecting their representa.iveness of glioma.cha.a.teristics.Pa.hwa. a.a.ysis indica.es a.focus on phosphoinositide 3-kina.e/protein kina.e B/ma.ma.ia. ta.get of ra.a.ycin(mTOR)(27.3%)a.d Notch(12.1%)pa.hwa.s,suggesting their crucia. roles in resista.ce development.Ta.geted molecules with mTOR(18.2%),CHK1/2(15.2%),a.d a.P binding ca.sette G2(12.1%)a. frequent ta.gets underscore their im

With metha.e emissions from rumina.t a.riculture contributing 17%of tota. metha.e emissions worldwide,there is increa.ing urgency to develop stra.egies to reduce greenhouse ga. emissions in this sector.One of the proposed stra.egies is rumina.t feed intervention studies focused on the inclusion of a.ti-metha.ogenic compounds which a.e those ca.a.le of intera.ting with the rumen microbiome,reducing the ca.a.ity of rumina. microorga.isms to produce metha.e.Recently,sea.eeds ha.e been investiga.ed for their a.ility to reduce metha.e in rumina.ts in vitro a.d in vivo,with the grea.est metha.e a.a.ement reported when using the red sea.eed a.pa.a.opsis ta.iformis(a.tributed to the bromoform content of this species).From the litera.ure a.a.ysis in this study,levels of up to 99%reduction in rumina.t metha.e emissions ha.e been reported from inclusion of this sea.eed in a.ima. feed,a.though further in vivo a.d microbiome studies a.e required to confirm these results a. other reports showed no effect on metha.e emission resulting from the inclusion of sea.eed to ba.a. feed.This review explores the current sta.e of resea.ch a.ming to integra.e sea.eeds a. a.ti-metha.ogenic feed a.ditives,a. well a. exa.ining the specific bioa.tive compounds within sea.eeds tha. a.e likely to be rela.ed to these effects.The effects of the inclusion of sea.eeds on the rumina. microbiome a.e a.so reviewed,a. well a. the future cha.lenges when considering the la.gesca.e inclusion of sea.eeds into rumina.t diets a. a.ti-metha.ogenic a.ents.
