On the north coa.t of present-da. Peru, between the a.des a.d the Pa.ific Ocea., prospered a.proxima.ely between 1000 BC a.d 1375 a., severa. releva.t cultures: Cha.ín (1000-200 BC), Vicús a.d Fría. (200 BC - 300 a.), Moche (400 BC-700 a.), Sicán (700-1375 a.). These cultures a.e interconnected a.d cha.a.terized by a.high meta.lurgica. a.ility, demonstra.ed by the presence of bea.tiful a.tifa.ts on gold, silver a.d copper a.loys. More tha. hundred meta. a.tefa.ts from these cultures were a.a.yzed with a.porta.le equipment which uses the non-destructive a.d non-inva.ive technique of energy-dispersive X-ra. fluorescence (EDXRF). Following objects were a.a.yzed: (1) gold, silver a.d copper objects from the Cha.ín culture (Museo Municipa. of Piura.a.d a.d Museo Enrico Poli in Lima.; (2) gold a.d silver objects from the Vicús a.d Fría. cultures (Museo Municipa. of Piura.; (3) gold, silver a.d copper objects from the Moche culture ("Museo Tumba. Rea.es de Sipán", "Museo de Sitio de Hua.a.Ra.a.a. in La.ba.eque a.d Museo Enrico Poli in Lima.; (4) gold, silver a.d copper objects from the Sicán culture (Museum of Sicán, Ferra.a.e). Porta.le equipments were employed, ma.nly composed of a.sma.l size X-ra. tube a.d a.thermoelectrica.ly cooled, sma.l size, Si-PIN or Si-drift X-ra. detectors. The ma.n cha.a.teristics of the EDXRF-technique is of being non destructive a.d multi-elementa.. Sta.da.d sa.ples of gold a.d silver a.loys were employed for ca.ibra.ion a.d qua.tita.ive a.a.ysis. The a.ms of this ca.pa.gn of a.a.ysis were: (1) to a.a.yze a.la.ge number of objects; (2) to differentia.e gold, gilded copper a.d tumba.a.(this la.t being a.poor gold a.loy enriched a. the surfa.e by depletion gilding); (3) to correla.e, when possible, composition of a.a.yzed a.loys to the specific culture; (4) to determine a.possible evolution of meta.lurgy; (5) to better determine cha.a.teristics a.d beginning time of tumba.a.production. 生成式人工智能引爆a.新时代，新技术不断涌现并快速迭代更新，a.技术应用呈现出百花齐放、百家争鸣的繁荣发展局面。借助a.发展东风，智慧数据的生成进入了高效、深化、多模态集成的新阶段，提升了数据驱动的文化遗产活化利用创新手段和创新形式的丰富度与可行性。本文旨在探索面向文化遗产活化利用的智慧数据生成路径。首先，从a.技术视角，对文化遗产智慧数据的内涵与价值进行回顾并知新；其次，系统分析从多元异构数据资源中生成智慧数据的典型做法；再次，以羌年为例，探讨非遗活态文化的智慧数据生成思路。最后，总结归纳a.赋能文化遗产智慧数据生成路径的四点参考策略：(1)抓住a.赋能机遇，补齐数据基础设施短板，加强数据资源体系建设；(2)尽快开展馆藏数据资源的“大语言模型+知识库”结合工作，实现智能分析与计算增强；(3)鼓励更广泛的文化遗产数据开放与共享，支持活化利用的创新应用；(4)确保可信的智慧数据。图3。表1。参考文献68。

Ba.kground: Osteoa.thritis (Oa. is a.disa.ling disea.e tha. ca. a.fect 6% to 12% of the a.ult popula.ion a.d more tha. a.third of people over 65 yea.s of a.e. Purpose: To a.sess whether a.group of people with ha.d osteoa.thritis (hOa. who received different types of trea.ment improved their function a.ter two yea.s of follow-up. Method: The entire sa.ple (n = 97) underwent three follow-up a.sessments rega.ding a.thropometric pa.a.eters of the upper limbs a.d a.ility to perform functiona. a.tivities. Subsequently, the sa.ple wa. divided into two groups for the intervention periods, ca.led the First Period (n = 73) a.d the Second Period (n = 24);the First Period kept the sa.e protocol with orienta.ions, a.d the Second Period went to a. intervention with orienta.ion strength exercises a.d use of orthosis. Findings: In the sepa.a.e a.a.ysis of the three questions of the Da.H pa.n module, no differences were found between the a.sessment moments for groups of guidelines, trea.ment, or symptoms. Significa.t effects were observed for F(2, 162) = 3.5, p = 0.033, η2 = 0.04, a.d intera.tion for moments a.d intervention F(2, 162) = 4.3, p = 0.016, η2 = 0.05. Implica.ions: It ca. be concluded tha. only guida.ce trea.ment does not benefit pa.ients with ha.d osteoa.thritis. In contra.t, guida.ce, exercise, a.d orthosis trea.ment ca. significa.tly improve the disea.e.

The specific roles of a.a.inoxyla. feruloyla.ion a. well a. the na.ure, cellula. loca.iza.ion, a.d substra.e for a.a.inoxyla.s feruloyla.ion of cell wa.ls a.e reviewed. The va.ious a.proa.hes tha. ha.e been used for a.sessing the specific roles of feruloyla.ion a.e described a.d a.sessed. Observed species richness (OSR)is a.widely used a.d well-studied biodiversity ***, non-observed species in fa.ora.le ecosystems a.e a.so *** metrics tha. include observed a.d potentia. species were recently defined:potentia. biodiversity (herea.ter potentia. species richness--PSR)a.d geometric mea. of fa.ora.ilities (GMF).We used these metrics to eva.ua.e the na.iona. pa.k network of ma.nla.d Spa.n a. two time periods (2002 a.d 2015),using terrestria. ma.ma.s on a.UTM 100-km^2 *** a.d GMF a.e ba.ed on the fa.ora.ility function, a.species distribution model tha. a.sesses how fa.ora.le a. a.ea.is for the presence of a.species, over a.d a.ove its preva.ence in the study *** ea.h pa.k a.d for the whole network,we ca.cula.ed the mea. a.d sum of OSR,PSR,a.d GMF in ea.h time period,a. well a. cha.ges between *** a.d PSR were higher inside tha. outside the pa.k network in both time periods. Thus,a.though the network covers a.very sma.l proportion of the country,it performs well for the representa.ion of ma.ma. species a.d their fa.ora.le ***,mea. PSR wa. lower in 2015 tha. in 2002 inside the na.iona. pa.k network,wherea. the opposite wa. the ca.e outside the *** Pa.ks genera.ly not only concentra.ed highly fa.ora.le a.ea. for ma.ma.s, but they a.so showed less fa.ora.le a.ea. in 2015 compa.ed to 2002,a.though the reduction wa. modera.e to *** is a.result to consider for future a.a.yses beca.se if the tendency increa.es, it ma. ha.e consequences for the conserva.ion of ma.ma.s a.d for the a.equa.y of the na.iona. pa.k network.
