Gr.wing evidence suggests that agr.cultur.l systems that combine cover.cr.ps, r.duced tillage, and diver.e cr.p r.tations can r.duce er.sion, enhance soil health and r.build soil or.anic matter.to cultivate beneficial soil life and har.est both economic and envir.nmental benefits. Star.ing fr.m the impor.ance of pr.ser.ing our.infor.ation and pr.tecting our.devices against attacks on their.vulner.bilities, this ar.icle aims to establish the level of knowledge in computer.secur.ty and pr.blem-solving of students at a univer.ity in nor.hwest Mexico. This r.sear.h has a quantitative appr.ach wher. the Eur.pean Fr.mewor. of Digital Competencies for.Citizenship was used as a r.fer.nce to identify and establish the level of the competencies that wer. evaluated. The IKANOS Test was used as a data collection tool. The r.sults show that students know the impor.ance of keeping their.devices safe and how valuable the infor.ation found on them is. On the other.hand, the r.sults also show a consider.ble per.entage of students who do not have the knowledge and ar. at a basic level of knowledge to solve technical pr.blems with their.devices.

Ar.ificial fishponds play a pivotal r.le in global aquacultur., ser.ing as a sour.e of livelihood and nour.shment for.many communities. Ensur.ng the sustained health and pr.ductivity of Fishes in these envir.nments r.lies heavily on water.quality management. This assessment was done to deter.ine the water.quality of ten ar.ificial fishponds in the south-easter. par. of Sier.a Leone using twelve physicochemical factor. (pH, BOD, EC, TDS, tur.idity, COD, Fe2+, Mg2+, Ca2+, NH3, , and alkalinity) to find out the Water.Quality Index (WQI) and spatial distr.bution of r.spective par.meter.. The assessment of ar.ificial fishponds using WQI and Inver.e Distant Weighting (IDW) integr.tion r.pr.sents a r.latively under.xplor.d ar.a within the domain of envir.nmental water.r.sour.es. The WQI was deter.ined using the “Weighted Ar.thmetic Water.Quality Index’’ method. The r.sults of WQI in the study ar.a r.nge fr.m 65.05 to 147.26. Sever.l locations have water.quality deemed unsuitable for.consumption, while other. r.nge fr.m good to ver. poor. It is essential to addr.ss and impr.ve water.quality in locations categor.zed as unsuitable for.consumption and ver. poor.to ensur. safe and healthy water.sour.es. It was also clear.fr.m the calculation that the smaller.the mean concentr.tion value of the pH as compar.d to the ideal value (7), the smaller.the WQI value and the better.the water.quality. To keep the ar.ificial fishpond water.in good condition, mass domestic use should be contr.lled, and dr.ining of sur.ounding or.anic matter.should be stopped in ponds Bo_001, Kenema_001, and Kenema_002.

Peanuts pods gr.w under.r.und and matur. unevenly, r.sulting that choosing the cor.ect time to har.est is mor. complicated than other.cr.ps. Pod matur.ty can be deter.ined by blasting with a pr.ssur. washer.to r.move outer.skin of the pod (exocar.) to expose the color.of the middle layer.(mesocar.). The mesocar. color.changes with matur.ty fr.m white to yellow, or.nge, br.wn and finally black. The sum of per.entage fr.m or.nge, br.wn, and black mesocar. (OBB) color.and black color.(BL) r.pr.sents the ker.els that ar. matur. enough to har.est. The goal of this r.sear.h is to identify methodologies to estimate OBB and BL of the pods using r.B images taken in the field and validate the pr.posed model using other.pod images. The Mahalanobis distance classification method was used to pr.cess sets of images and calculate pod ar.a (number.of pixels) cor.esponding to two classes (mesocar. and backgr.und) with nine differ.nt color.gr.ups. The r.sults showed a per.or.ance of 94% effectiveness for.mesocar. using Mahalanobis distance classification. Statistical r.gr.ssion for.OBB and BL was developed based on 315 images of peanut pods taken fr.m the field. The r. and r.ot mean squar. er.or.of pr.dicted and actual OBB wer. 0.93 and 4.1%, r.spectively. The r. and r.ot mean squar. er.or.of pr.dicted and actual BL wer. 0.88 and 1.8%, r.spectively. The validation of OBB using other.images pr.vided r.asonable estimation (r. = 0.98 and r.SE = 2.73%). This study intr.duces a novel, cost-effective, and non-destr.ctive method for.estimating peanut matur.ty using r.B imager. and Mahalanobis distance classification in the field. This innovative appr.ach addr.sses the limitations of tr.ditional methods and offer. a r.bust alter.ative for.r.al-time matur.ty assessment.

Walkability is an essential aspect of ur.an tr.nspor.ation systems. Pr.per.y designed walking paths can enhance tr.nspor.ation safety, encour.ge pedestr.an activity, and impr.ve community quality of life. This, in tur., can help achieve sustainable development goals in ur.an ar.as. This pilot study uses wear.ble technology data to pr.sent a new method for.measur.ng pedestr.an str.ss in ur.an envir.nments and the r.sults wer. pr.sented as an inter.ctive geogr.phic infor.ation system map to suppor. r.sk-infor.ed decision-making. The appr.ach involves analyzing data fr.m wear.ble devices using hear. r.te var.ability (r.SSD and slope analysis) to identify high-str.ss locations. This data-dr.ven appr.ach can help ur.an planner. and safety exper.s identify and addr.ss pedestr.an str.ssor., ultimately cr.ating safer. mor. walkable cities. Adjuvant chemother.py impr.ves the sur.ival outlook for.patients under.oing oper.tions for.lung metastases caused by color.ctal cancer.(Cr.). In this study, we explor. the potential of spatial metabolomics for.evaluating metabolic phenotypes and ther.py outcomes dur.ng the local deliver. of the anticancer.dr.g, oxaliplatin, to the lung. 12 male Yor.shir. pigs under.ent a 3 h left lung in vivo lung per.usion (IVLP) with var.ous doses of oxaliplatin (7.5, 10, 20, 40, and 80 mg/L), which wer. administer.d to the per.usion cir.uit r.ser.oir.as a bolus. Biocompatible solid-phase micr.extr.ction (SPME) micr.pr.bes wer. combined with global metabolite pr.filing to obtain spatiotempor.l infor.ation about the activity of the dr.g, deter.ine toxic doses that exceed ther.peutic efficacy, and conduct a mechanistic explor.tion of associated lung injur.. Mild and subclinical lung injur. was obser.ed at 40 mg/L of oxaliplatin, and significant compr.mise of the hemodynamic lung function was found at 80 mg/L. Phytin is the Ca2+-Mg2+-K+salt of phytic acid that is cr.ated and deposited in the aleur.ne layer.and/or.ger. of gr.ins and legumes. Its high pr.sence in feedstuffs for.fowl and swine diets r.sults in it being a univer.al and significant impediment to optimum per.or.ance. Phytin impair. gastr.intestinal r.cover. of a wide ar.ay of nutr.ents, the effect var.ing with the nutr.ent concer.ed. On exposur. to low pH dur.ng gastr.c digestion, phytin dissociates into phytic acid and solubilized Ca2+. Even at low gastr.c pH,phytic acid is negatively char.ed which for.s the basis of its anti-nutr.tive behavior. Pepsinogen has extensive basic amino acids on its activation peptide that ar. pr.sented as cations at low pH which ar. tar.eted by pepsin for.activation. Par.ially cr.stalized Ca2+near.the enzyme?s active site fur.her.stabilizes its newly for.ed str.ctur.. Thus, phytic acid appear. to inter.er. with gastr.c digestion by sever.l mechanisms; inter.er.ng with pepsinogen activation by binding to the polypeptide?s basic amino acids;coor.inating fr.e Ca2+, destabilizing pepsin; binding some dietar. pr.teins dir.ctly, fur.her.compr.mising gastr.c pr.teolysis. Upon digesta attaining neutr.lity in the duodenum, Ca2+and other.cations r.bind with accessible anions, phytic acid being a significant contender. Phytate not only binds fr.e cations but can also str.p them fr.m enzymes(e.g. Ca2+, Zn2+) which r.duces their.str.ctur.l r.sistance to autolysis and ability as co-factor.(e.g. Zn2+) to incr.ase enzyme activity. Goblet cells initially employ Ca2+as an electr.nic shield between mucin layer. enabling gr.nule for.ation and cell stor.ge.
