The Preandean geological configuration of the eastern North Patagonian Massif is established through the use of geological and geophysical *** positive gravity anomalies located near the Atlantic coast are due to 535 and 540 Ma old rocks belonging to the Pampean Orogeny （Precambrian-middle Cambrian）,which are widely recognized in central and northern *** Famatinian Cycle （Ordovician-devonian） is represented by a Silurian-devonian marine basin equivalent to those of eastern-central Argentina and South Africa,and which was deformed at the end of the devonian byan～E-W to WNW-ESE compressional event,part of the Famatinian *** strong gravity gradients,the NW-SE belt is coincident with fault zones which were originated during the Gondwanide *** event also produced NW-SE overthrusting of the Silurian-devonian sequences and strike-slip faults that displaced blocks in the same *** deformation event belongs to the Gondwanide Orogeny that includes movements related to a counterclockwise rotation of blocks in northern *** strong negative anomalies located in the western part of the area stem from the presence of rocks of the Jurassic Ca（n）adón Asfalto basin interbedded in the Marifil *** volcaniclastic sequences show mild deformation of accommodation zones in a pre-Jurassic paleorelief.

N-11-azaartemisinins potentially active against Plasmodium falciparum are designed by combining molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), ligand-receptor interaction, and models built with supervised machine learning methods (PCA, HCA, KNN, SIMCA, and SDA). The optimization of molecular structures was performed using the B3LYP/6-31G* approach. MEP maps and ligand-receptor interactions were used to investigate key structural features required for biological activities and likely interactions between N-11-azaartemisinins and heme, respectively. The supervised machine learning methods allowed the separation of the investigated compounds into two classes: cha and cla, with the properties εLUMO+1 (one level above lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy), d(C6-C5) (distance between C6 and C5 atoms in ligands), and TSA (total surface area) responsible for the classification. The insights extracted from the investigation developed and the chemical intuition enabled the design of sixteen new N-11-azaartemisinins (prediction set), moreover, models built with supervised machine learning methods were applied to this prediction set. The result of this application showed twelve new promising N-11-azaartemisinins for synthesis and biological evaluation.

Objective:To investigate the isolation of enterobacteria associated with Macrobrachium amazonicum(***) farming and evaluate the in vitro antimicrobial susceptibility of Vibrio ***:Strains were isolated from female *** prawns and environmental and hatchery *** assays were used to identify bacterial genera and those belonging to the genus Vibrio were submitted to further analyses for species identification,through Vitek 2 automated system and *** test was performed according to Clinical Laboratory Standards ***:The following genera of enlerobacteria were recovered:Enterobacter(n=11),Citrobacter(n=10),Proteus(n=2),Serratia(n=2),Kluyvera(n=2),Providencia(n=2),Cedecea(n=1),Escherichia(n=1).Edwardsiella(n=1) and BulliauxeUa(n=1).As for Vibrio,three species were identified:Vibrio cholerae non-O1/non-O139(n=4).Vibrio vulnificus(***)(n=1) and Vibrio mimicus(n=1).Vibrio *** minimum inhibitory concentrations values within the susceptibility range established by Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute for almost all antibiotics,except for ***,which presented intermediate profile to ***:Enterobacteria do not seem to be the most important pathogens associated with *** farming,whereas the recovery of Vibrio *** larviculture,with emphasis on Vibrio cholerae and ***,deserves special attention due to their role as potentially zoonotic aquaculture-associated ***,the intermediate susceptibility of *** to ampicillin reflects the importance of monitoring drug use in prawn farming.

Inter Seasonality of the Energy Fluxes in Brazilian Savana—Mato Grosso—Brazil

Dynamics of flows of matter and energy these biomes are relevant to understanding of environmental processes that govern the biosphere-atmosphere interactions and between ecosystems. This study analyzed inter season and season of energy fluxes in Brazilian Savana through Bowen Ration Method. Results show differences in patterns LE in all season, LE predominant in wet while H in dry. This inversion in patterns of predominant components of the energy balance in wet and dry season because in wet season increase water content in soil and atmosphere due precipitation in this season providing more lost energy for atmosphere in shape LE through soil evaporation and plant transpiration, this results in LE and H in all season of the Brazilian Savana show higher variation in dynamics energy fluxes between surface and atmosphere, as well as energy partition in this biome. Statistics analyses presents than many climate variables influences LE and H in each season indicating complexity in this fluxes. More study is necessary to higher understand patterns energies fluxes in Brazilian Savana.

The Atlantic Forest is one of the largest and most biodiverse rainforests of South America but anthropogenic activities are drastically changing these *** invasion of alien or exotic species is one of the greatest threats to *** are few studies of invasive species in tropical Brazilian *** research examines growth and ecological aspects of Syzygium cumini and Clitoria fairchildiana,two invasive tree species in the Pedra Branca State Park,an Atlantic Forest remnant in southeastern *** species were successfully dated,indicating an average age of 58 and 31 years,respectively.A positive relationship between growth and precipitation of the previous growing season suggests an ecological adaptive strategy,which could be facilitating their invasion into the *** growth diameter curves indicate slow and fast growth rates for *** and ***,*** release episodes detected in the tree rings indicate increased anthropogenic disturbances over the last 50 years.

Examination of the profitability of technical analysis based on moving average strategies in BRICS

In this paper,we investigated the profitability of technical analysis as applied to the stock markets of the BRICS member *** addition,we searched for evidence that technical analysis and fundamental analysis can complement each other in these *** implement this research,we created a comprehensive portfolio containing the assets traded in the markets of each BRICS *** developed an automated trading system that simulated transactions in this portfolio using technical analysis *** assessment updated the findings of previous research by including more recent data and adding South Africa,the latest member included in *** results showed that the returns obtained by the automated system,on average,exceeded the value *** were groups of assets from each country that performed well above the portfolio average,surpassing the returns obtained using a buy and hold *** returns from the sample portfolio were very strong in Russia and *** also found that technical analysis can help fundamental analysis identify the most dynamic companies in the stock market.

Moringa oleifera Lam(Moringaceae) is a plant with high nutritional and medicinal value. Native to India, it is now widely distributed throughout tropical and subtropical regions of the world. Its different parts are sources of proteins, vitamins and minerals and present different pharmacological and biotechnological potential. Moreover, M. oleifera seeds are widely used in water and effluent treatment, for their coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation properties, their ability of improving water quality, by reducing organic matter and microbial load, with special applicability in intensive animal production systems, such as aquaculture. In addition, due to its high nutritional value and several medicinal properties, this tree may act as a nutritional and medical alternative for socially neglected populations. In this context, this review gathers information on M. oleifera, emphasizing its chemical constituents, nutritional, pharmacological and antimicrobial properties, applications in the treatment of water effluents, and ecological and social aspects.

Leptospirosis is a bacterial disease disseminated through the centuries in the whole world which causes symptoms that go from self-limited diseases to hemorrhagic manifestations and organ failure, including acute kidney injury(AKI), composing the severe disease known as the Weil's syndrome. Mortality rates varies according to the clinical presentation and usually increases when kidney injury is present, and is even higher in the setting of pulmonary hemorrhage. There are recent advances in the search for novel biomarkers of renal involvement and early detection of AKI in leptospirosis, as well as in its pathophysiology. We review in this article the clinical aspects of leptospirosis-associated AKI and the perspectives for future research.

Serum 1,3-beta-D-glucan as a noninvasive test to predict histologic activity in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

BACKGROUND 1,3-beta-D-glucan(BG)is a ubiquitous cell wall component of gut *** hypothesized that the serum levels of BG could reflect active intestinal inflammation in patients with inflammatory bowel *** To determine whether the serum BG concentrations correlate with intestinal *** A prospective observational study was performed in a tertiary referral center,from 2016 to 2019,in which serum BG was determined in 115 patients with Crohn’s disease(CD),51 with ulcerative colitis(UC),and 82 controls using a photometric detection *** activity was determined by ileocolonoscopy,histopathology,magnetic resonance enterography,and biomarkers,including fecal calprotectin(FC),C-reactive protein,and a panel of *** ability of BG to detect active vs inactive disease was assessed using the area under the receiver operating characteristic *** subgroup analysis,serial BG was used to assess the response to therapeutic *** The serum BG levels were higher in CD patients than in controls(P=0.0001).The BG levels paralleled the endoscopic activity in CD patients and histologic activity and combined endoscopic and histologic activity in both CD and UC *** area under the curve(AUC)in receiver operating characteristic analysis to predict endoscopic activity was 0.694[95%confidence interval(CI):0.60-0.79;P=0.001]in CD,and 0.662(95%CI:0.51-0.81;P=0.066)in UC *** AUC in receiver operating characteristic analysis to predict histologic activity was 0.860(95%CI:0.77-0.95;P<0.001)in CD,and 0.786(95%CI:0.57-0.99;P=0.015)in UC *** cut-off values of BG for both endoscopic and histologic activity were 60μg/mL in CD,and 40μg/mL in UC *** analysis showed that the results based on BG of 40 and 60μg/mL were more specific for predicting endoscopic activity(71.8%and 87.2%for CD;and 87.5%and 87.5%for UC,respectively)than FC(53.3%and 66.7%for CD;and 20%and 80%for UC,respectively);and
