Exposure to hypoxia causes damage in several physiological systems, whose tissues are dependent on the O2 supply. Recently, there has been growing attention on the immunosuppressive and inflammatory potential of the hypoxia, including stimulation, nuclear factor kappa b pathway in macrophages and Th2 response from lymphocytes. These changes may result in transient immunosuppression and happen at the same time to worsening of cognition and other psychobiological aspects. Furthermore, exercise and nutrition, especially glutamine supplementation may provide important role, not pharmacological partially reversing the effects of hypoxia. In fact, recent studies show that moderate exercise can improve cognition in people exposed to hypoxia while the exercise associated with glutamine supplementation can reverse the increase in inflammatory markers and the Th1/Th2 balance. This review aims to bring the light of the discussion about nonpharmacological ways to prevent the effects of hypoxia on the connection between the immune system and the central nervous system.

最近发布的第五代（5G）新无线电（NR）特别关注超可靠低延迟通信（URLLC）和增强移动宽带（e Mbb）服务。URLLC服务需要1ms的低延迟和99.999%的高可靠性,而e Mbb服务需要高数据率。URLLC服务专注于触觉媒体,而e Mbb服务专注于视频。在5G NR服务中,除了视频外,还可以提供触觉媒体支持。在触觉媒体中出现的主要网络条件问题是降低体验质量（Qo E）的包丢失、延迟和抖动。然而,在实时应用中,触觉媒体流量需要实现高可靠性、低延迟和最小开销。本文重点研究了针对触觉媒体的多路径调度机制。多路径调度在URLLC服务中提供了很高的期望,以满足触觉媒体的可靠性和延迟（即端到端（E2E）延迟）的要求。本文研究了一种基于双连通性（DC）与数据包重复（PD）算法的多路径调度方案,将相同的包同时通过多个链路（或路径）传输,以满足触觉媒体的性能需求。论文主要工作和贡献如下:首先,研究了触觉媒体通信问题。触觉媒体通信面临的关键问题或挑战是要求高可靠性,最大包丢失概率为0.001%以及不超过1ms的端到端低延迟。此外,原则、网络架构、压缩、协议、定性特征、要求、网络条件问题、体验质量和服务质量方法被认为是触觉媒体通信的关键使能因素。其次,研究了多路径调度机制。给出了问题的求解公式、考虑的多路径模型、调度和信道算法。所提多路径机制的新颖之处在于,它可以通过网络中的不同路径传递压缩的触感媒体帧,如内部（I）、帧间（P）和双向（b）帧。最后,在Matlab中针对多业务流量（具有视频的触觉媒体）异构网络场景实现了所考虑的方法。仿真结果表明,在单连通的典型设置下,可靠性提高了57%,端到端延迟降低了23%,协议开销降低了20%。

Physiological and biochemical Responses of Wheat Subjected to Water Deficit Stress at Different Phenological Stages of Development

Proline has been proposed to be an osmoprotector and scavenger of reactive oxygen species in plants subjected to water deficit. The aim of this work was to study the effects of drought on each wheat phenological stage (tillering, booting, heading, flowering and grain-filling) using stress parameters such as the relative water content (RWC), membrane stability index (MSI), lipid peroxidation through malondialdehyde levels (MDA) and determination of proline content (PRO). The brazilian commercial elite cultivar Triticum aestivum cv. CD 200126 was submitted to eight days of water deficit stress at each stage. The perception of stress was low at tillering and high at the final stages of growth, as verified by the reduction in the MSI and RWC. However, an increase in the MDA was clearly observed. We observed a high proline accumulation when stress was applied, although it was not sufficient to prevent damages. These results indicate that the relevant stages to evaluate the effect of water shortage during wheat plant development are booting, heading and flowering.

Context: Elevated concentrations of b-type natriuretic peptide(bNP) at presentation in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) are associated with long-term mortality. Few data exist regarding serial assessment of bNP levels during follow-up. Objective: To determine whether concentrations of bNP at study entry(prior to hospital discharge for ACS) and at outpatient follow-up at 4 months and 12 months are associated with subsequent clinical outcomes. Design, Setting, and Patients: Prospective observational substudy of 4497 patients with non-ST-elevation or ST-elevation ACS who were enrolled in phase Z of the A to Z trial, which was conducted in 41 countries at 322 acute care hospitals between 1999 and 2003. Main Outcome Measure: Death from any cause or new onset of congestive heart failure(CHF) through 2 years. Results: Levels of bNP were available in 4266 patients at study entry(prior to hospital discharge), 3618 patients at 4 months, and 2966 patients at 12 months. During follow-up there were 230 deaths and 163 incident cases of CHF. Adjusting for age, sex, index event, renal function, hypertension, prior heart failure, and diabetes, elevated levels of bNP(>80 pg/mL) were associated with subsequent death or new CHF when measured at study entry(111[21% ] vs 246[7% ]; adjusted hazard ratio[HR], 2.5; 95% confidence interval[CI], 2.0- 3.3), at 4 months(34[19% ] vs 125[4% ]; adjusted HR, 3.9; 95% CI, 2.6- 6.0), and at 12 months(19[11% ] vs 37[1% ]; adjusted HR, 4.7; 95% CI, 2.5- 8.9). Patients with newly elevated levels of bNP at 4 months were at increased risk of death or new CHF(10[15% ] vs 105[3% ]; HR, 4.5; 95% CI, 2.3- 8.6). Patients with elevated levels of bNP at study entry and with bNP levels lower than 80 pg/mL at 4 months tended to have only modestly increased risk(HR, 1.7; 95% CI, 1.0- 2.9) compared with patients with bNP levels lower than 80 pg/mL at both visits.
