弥漫性恶性腹膜间皮瘤(diffuse malignant peritoneal mesothelioma,DMPM)是一种源自腹膜间皮细胞、高度恶性的罕见原发性恶性肿瘤,本文对DMPM的定义、诊断、患者管理流程、米兰国家癌症中心肿瘤细胞减灭术(cytoreductive surgery,CRs)联合腹腔热灌注化疗(hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,HIPEC)治疗数据、围手术期化疗对患者预后影响、多囊型腹膜间皮瘤治疗建议、乳头状腹膜间皮瘤治疗建议等进行概述。对本中心DMPM认识与治疗经验进行介绍。随着对这类肿瘤疾病的临床特征和生物学特性进行广泛研究,发现可切除性DMPM应接受CRs+HIPEC,可能会改变患者的自然病程。

Human bocavirus(HBoV) is a parvovirus isolated about a decade ago and found worldwide in both respiratory samples, mainly from early life and children of 6-24 mo of age with acute respiratory infection, and in stool samples, from patients with gastroenteritis. since then, other viruses related to the first HBoV isolate(HBoV 1), namely HBoV 2, HBoV 3 and HBoV 4, have been detected principally in human faeces. HBo Vs are small nonenveloped single-stranded DNA viruses of about 5300 nucleotides, consisting of three open reading frames encoding the first two the non-structural protein 1(Ns1) and nuclear phosphoprotein(NP1) and the third the viral capsid proteins 1 and 2(VP1 and VP2). HBoV pathogenicity remains to be fully clarified mainly due to the lack of animal models for the difficulties in replicating the virus in in vitro cell cultures, and the fact that HBo V infection is frequently accompanied by at least another viral and/or bacterial respiratory and/or gastroenteric pathogen infection. Current diagnostic methods to support HBoV detection include polymerase chain reaction, real-time PCR, enzymelinked immunosorbent assay and enzyme immunoassay using recombinant VP2 or virus-like particle capsid proteins, although sequence-independent amplification techniques combined with next-generation sequencing platforms promise rapid and simultaneous detection of the pathogens in the future. This review presents the current knowledge on HBoV genotypes with emphasis on taxonomy, phylogenetic relationship and genomic analysis, biology, epidemiology, pathogenesis and diagnostic methods. The emerging discussion on HBoV s as true pathogen or innocent bystander is also emphasized.

The carburizing process is the enrichment of the depth of low carbon steels with carbon. It leads to samples with a combination of high surface hardness and high core toughness and to an impact strength that is required for many engineering parts. The material studied is a low carbon steel. The carbon content is little in this type of steel （wc = 0.2 ~）. The calculation of case depth is very important for cementation steels that are hardened in the carburi- zing process. The effective case depth is defined as the perpendicular distance from the surface to a place at which the hardness is HV 550. Nowadays, a great number of studies have been carried out on the simulation of effective case depth, but no studies have been conducted to determine the numerical relation between the total case depth on one hand and the carburizing time and the effective case depth on the other hand. The steel specimens were subjected to graphite powder. Then, they were heat treated at 925 ~C for about 3, 5, 8 and 12 h, respectively. Then, these parts were quenched in oil. To determine the effective case depth, the micr0hardness test was performed on the cross-section of specimens. Plotting the case depth vs carburizing time, the required conditions for obtaining the specified case depth were determined. Also, the comparison between the case depths in numerical solution and the actual position in pack carburizing was performed.

since its inception Bohmian mechanics has been generally regarded as a hidden-variable theory aimed at providing an objective description of quantum phenomena. To date, this rather narrow conception of Bohm’s proposal has caused it more rejection than acceptance. Now, after 65 years of Bohmian mechanics, should still be such an interpretational aspect the prevailing appraisal? Why not favoring a more pragmatic view, as a legitimate picture of quantum mechanics, on equal footing in all respects with any other more conventional quantum picture? These questions are used here to introduce a discussion on an alternative way to deal with Bohmian mechanics at present, enhancing its aspect as an efficient and useful picture or formulation to tackle, explore, describe and explain quantum phenomena where phase and correlation (entanglement) are key elements. This discussion is presented through two complementary blocks. The first block is aimed at briefly revisiting the historical context that gave rise to the appearance of Bohmian mechanics, and how this approach or analogous ones have been used in different physical contexts. This discussion is used to emphasize a more pragmatic view to the detriment of the more conventional hidden-variable (ontological) approach that has been a leitmotif within the quantum foundations. The second block focuses on some particular formal aspects of Bohmian mechanics supporting the view presented here, with special emphasis on the physical meaning of the local phase field and the associated velocity field encoded within the wave function. As an illustration, a simple model of Young’s two-slit experiment is considered. The simplicity of this model allows to understand in an easy manner how the information conveyed by the Bohmian formulation relates to other more conventional concepts in quantum mechanics. This sort of pedagogical application is also aimed at showing the potential interest to introduce Bohmian mechanics in undergraduate quantum

The main purpose of the paper is to introduce the concept of the Global TransPark (GTP). It is a critical time to develop air logistics infrastructure in the New Economy. The paper also presents a brief review of the air cargo industry in the Asian-Pacific region and China,in particular China’s development in the industry as its economy has grown rapidly and globalized in the past two decades. The paper argues that China needs to develop a GTP to support its future growth,and explains why the Pearl River Delta-Hong Kong-Macao city-region or Extended Metropolitan Region (EMR) is the best location. Finally,it proposes that Zhuhai Airport,one of the five airports in the EMR,is the best site for the GTP. New policies from Chinese government as well as close cooperation between local governments of Guangdong and the two special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao will be needed to make the establishment of the GTP possible.

AIM:To assess a relationship between longitudinal changes in liver fat content and biochemical parameters in obese children after 1-year nutritional ***:Forty-six obese children, 21 males and 25females, aged 6-14 years, underwent metabolic measurements, liver ultrasonography(Us) and chemicalshift magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) examinations at baseline and after 1-year nutritional intervention. A child was defined obese if her/his body mass index(BMI)was above the age- and sex-adjusted BMI Cole's curve passing through the cut-off of 30 kg/m2 at 18 *** Z scores were calculated and adjusted for age and gender by using the Cole's LMs-method and Italian reference data. Biochemistry included serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AsT). Abdominal Us and chemical-shift MRI were performed according to a randomized *** same radiologist performed Us by a GE Logiq 9(General Electric Healthcare Medical systems, Milwaukee, WI, United states) using a 3.5-MHz convex array transducer. Liver echogenicity was evaluated independently on videotape by 3 radiologists unaware of the child and MRI outcomes, and a consensus was established. Another experienced radiologist, unaware of the child and Us data, performed the abdominal chemicalshift MRI with a 1-t system NT-Intera(Philips Medical systems, Best, The Netherlands) and a phased-array coil. Liver fat fraction(FF) on MRI was judged elevated when greater than 9%. A FF>18% was considered expressing more severe cases of fatty liver according to Fishbein.
