Uni.ersi.y Hospi.al(HUSi.and i.enti.y factors associ.ted wi.h *** To document the percentages of EBF i. those that were born at HUSi.and i.enti.y factors associ.ted to thei. *** Thi. i. a study of cases and controls i. an analyti.,retrospecti.e cohort that took chi.dren born ali.e between January 2016 and January 2019 at HUSi.located i. the ci.y of Bogotá,*** Recei.i.g i.formati.n about BF at HUSi.was able to mai.tai. EBF up unti. 4 mo(OR=1.65;95%Ci.1.02-2.66).The presence of gynecologi. and obstetri. comorbi.i.i.s(OR=0.32;95%Ci.0.12-0.83),havi.g masti.i.(OR=0.56;95%Ci.0.33-0.94),and recei.i.g i.formati.n from mass medi.(OR=0.52;95%Ci.0.31-0.84)are factors associ.ted wi.h not mai.tai.i.g *** Recei.i.g educati.n at a Women-and Chi.d-Fri.ndly i.sti.uti.n was the only si.ni.i.ant factor to achi.ve EBF unti. 4 mo,wi.h a frequency greater than the one reported i. the country,whi.h matches multi.le studi.s where counseli.g and i.di.i.uali.ed support on BF achi.ve thi. *** about BF and early detecti.n of obstetri./gynecologi. compli.ati.ns must be strengthened among the healthcare staff i. charge of mothers duri.g ***,strategi.s must be promoted to conti.ue BF such as creati.g mi.k banks wi.h the objecti.e of i.creasi.g BF rates even when mothers return to work.

Obesi.y and type 2 di.betes are among the most i.portant ri.k factors for severe coronavi.us di.ease-19. Some studi.s have suggested that the use of i.suli. as a therapeuti. agent to treat hyperglycemi. and the metaboli. abnormali.i.s associ.ted wi.h type 2 di.betes duri.g the acute phase of severe coronavi.us di.ease-19 could have a negati.e i.pact on the di.ease’s progressi.n;however, there i. no consensus on thi. i.sue. Here, we performed a systemati. revi.w i. an attempt to answer thi. i.portant questi.n. We i.cluded 29 arti.les publi.hed from December 2019 to August 2023, whi.h reported the outcomes of 3,070,657 pati.nts wi.h severe coronavi.us di.ease-19 that had the di.gnosi. of di.betes and were treated wi.h ei.her i.suli. or other glucose-reduci.g agents. The results show that usi.g i.suli. as a pharmacologi.al i.terventi.n to treat type 2 di.betes i. pati.nts wi.h severe coronavi.us di.ease-19 i.creases the li.eli.ood of mortali.y by 193%.

Bi.der masses i. the fi.ld of ***2 ***2O3 - ***3 of the CaO Ai.O3-Fe2O3-CaSO4 system obtai.ed by soli. state reacti.ns from chemi.ally pure reagents have been studi.d as two di.ferent seri.s. The fi.st had a constant amount of 40% C2S, whi.e the second had a constant amount of 20% C4A3S. The i.fluence of the composi.i.n, especi.lly of SO3 content, upon the hydrauli. properti.s and physi.o-mechani.al properti.s (setti.g ti.e, compressi.e strength, expansi.n etc.) has been followed for up to 28 days. There i. a stri.t dependence between SO3 content, expansi.n and compressi.e mechani.al strengths of the samples. An opti.um content of SO3 (as CaSO4) i. cli.ker determi.es the formati.n of calci.m sulphoalumi.ate compound, C4A3S, i. correspondi.g quanti.i.s. The hydrati.n was ki.eti.ally i.vesti.ated usi.g di.ferent fi.ti.g functi.n i. order to fi.d the best model and to i.enti.y the changes duri.g the hardeni.g ti.e over 28 days. Two di.ferent correlati.n functi.ns between the mi.eralogi.al composi.i.n and the mechani.al behavi.rs are proposed for the sulfoferroalumi.at beli.e - S(F)AB - bi.der masses.

Also,relati.nshi.s between the E_(dr)values,on the one hand,and bulk modulus,K,and shear modulus,G,on the other,have been the subject of di.cussi.n not only for pure cycli. ni.rami.es but also for thei. PBXs,bonded by a poly-fluoro bi.der. The closest li.ear correlati.n exi.ts between the E_(dr)values and di.ensi.nless K·G^(-1) rati. whi.h i.di.ates the plasti.i.y range. A si.i.ar relati.nshi. i. vali. also for the ΔV values. Relati.nshi.s of the E_(dr) and / or ΔV values wi.h the shear modulus or to the K·G^(-1) rati. reflect an unusual behavi.r of ε-HNi. to whi.h the publi.hed morphologi.al i.stabi.i.y of thi. parti.ular HNi. versi.n mi.ht also be related.

Hydroelectri. faci.i.i.s i.pact water temperature; low veloci.i.s i. a reservoi. i.crease resi.ence ti.e and enhance heat exchange i. surface layers. i. thi. study, an unsteady three-di.ensi.nal model was developed to predi.t the temperatm＇e dynami.s i. the McNary Dam forebay. The model i. based on the open-source code OpenFOAM. RANS equati.ns wi.h the Boussi.esq approxi.ati.n were used to solve the flow fi.ld. A： reali.able k-ε model that accounts for the producti.n of wi.d turbulence was developed. Solar radi.ti.n and convecti.e heat transfer at the free surface were i.cluded. The result of the model was compared wi.h the fi.ld data collected on August 18, 2004. Changes i. di.rnal strati.i.ati.n were adequately predi.ted by the model. Observed verti.al and lateral temperature di.tri.uti.ns were accurately captured. Results i.di.ate that the model can be used as a numeri.al tool to assess structural and operati.nal alternati.es to reduce the forebay temperature.

These measures are sensi.i.e to cogni.i.e changes i. early Mi.d Cogni.i.e i.pai.ment (MCi. and precli.i.al AD determi.ed by Aβ load usi.g PET. The goal of thi. study was to compare a new computeri.ed versi.n of the LASSi.L (LASSi.Bri.f Computeri.ed) to the standard paper-and-penci. versi.n of the test. i. thi. study, we exami.ed 110 cogni.i.ely uni.pai.ed (CU) older adults and 79 wi.h amnesti. MCi.(aMCi. who were admi.i.tered the paper-and-penci. form of the LASSi.L. Thei. performance was compared wi.h 62 CU older adults and 52 aMCi.parti.i.ants exami.ed usi.g the LASSi.BC. After adjustment for covari.tes (degree of i.i.i.l learni.g, sex, educati.n, and language of evaluati.n) both the standard and computeri.ed versi.ns di.ti.gui.hed between aMCi.and CU parti.i.ants. The performance of CU and aMCi.groups usi.g ei.her form was relati.ely commensurate. i.portantly, an opti.al combi.ati.n of Cued B2 recall and Cued B1 i.trusi.ns on the LASSi.BC yi.lded an area under the ROC curve of .927, a sensi.i.i.y of 92.3% and speci.i.i.y of 88.1%, relati.e to an area under the ROC curve of .815, a sensi.i.i.y of 72.5%, and a speci.i.i.y of 79.1% obtai.ed for the paper-and-penci. LASSi.L. Overall, the LASSi.BC was comparable, and i. some ways, superi.r to the paper-and-penci. LASSi.L. Advantages of the LASSi.BC i.clude a more standardi.ed admi.i.trati.n, sui.abi.i.y for remote assessment, and an automated scori.g mechani.m that can be veri.i.d by a bui.t-i. audi. recordi.g of responses.
