High-precision estimation of lithium battery SoC can effectively optimize vehicle energy management,improve lithium battery safety protection,extend lithium battery cycle life,and reduce new energy vehicle *** on the forgetting factor recursive least square method(FFRLS),Thevenin equivalent circuit model and Singular Value Decomposition-Unscented Kalman Filter(SVD-UKF),the SVD-UKF combined lithium battery SoC estimation algorithm with model capacity update is proposed,aiming at further improving the SoC estimation accuracy of lithium *** parameter identification of Thevenin model is studied by using the forgetting factor recursive least square *** overcoming the shortcomings of Kalman filter linearization error and non-positive definite covariance matrix,the singular value decomposition unscented Kalman filter algorithm is *** is worth mentioning that in order to consider the impact of battery available capacity attenuation on the estimation of lithium battery SoC,the model capacity update algorithm is used to optimize the model parameters and state joint estimation algorithm based on FFRLS&*** by simulation and lithium battery test,the results show that the SVD-UKF algorithm based on model capacity update can accurately estimate the SoC of lithium battery in real time with the available capacity of lithium battery continuous *** purpose of improving the accuracy of SoC estimation of lithium batteries is achieved.

Solid-state batteries with solid polymer electrolytes are considered the most promising due to their high energy density and safety ***,their development is hindered by the limitations of polymer electrolytes,such as low ionic conductivity,poor mechanical strength and inadequate fire *** study presents a thin polyvinylidene fluoride-based composite solid electrolyte film(25μm incorporating twodimensional modified lipophilic lithium magnesium silicate(LLS)as additives with good *** incorporation of LLS promotes grain refinement in polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),enhances the densification of electrolyte films,increases the tensile strength to10.42 MPa and the elongation to 251.58%,improves ion transport interfac e,and facilitates uniform deposition of lithium ***,LLS demonstrates strong adsorption ability,promoting the formation of solvated molecules,resulting in high ionic conductivity(2.07×10^(-4)S·cm^(-1)at 30℃)and a stable lithium/electrolyte *** Li//Li cells assembled with the thin composite electrolytes exhibit stable cycling for2000 h at 0.1 mA·cm^(-2)and 0.05 mAh·cm^(-2).Additionally,the LiFePo_(4)//Li battery shows a capacity retention rate of99.9%after 200 cycles at 0.5C and room temperature.

BACKGRoUND: Notch-1/NF-κB signaling plays a key role in the cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced sepsis. This study aims to investigate the intervention effects of microRNA-34a(miR-34a) lentivirus regulating Notch-1/NF-κB signaling pathway on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC).METHoDS: HUVEC were divided into four groups as the following: they were infected with negative control lentivirus(NC group) or miR-34a lentivirus(oE group); LPS(1 g/mL) was added on the third day on the basis of NC group and oE group for 24 hours(NC+LPS group or oE+LPS group). The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-10 in the cell supernatants, and the mRNA and protein expression of Notch-1 and NF-κB in the HUVEC were ***: After 24 hours, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in the cell supernatants and the protein expression of NF-κB from NC+LPS group were significantly higher than those of NC group, but IL-10 level and the protein expression of Notch-1 in NC+LPS group were the opposite. After intervention of miR-34a lentivirus, the cell supernatants TNF-α and the protein expression of NF-κB in oE+LPS group after 24 hours markedly decreased compared to NC+LPS group. While the cell supernatants IL-1β and IL-6 and the mRNA expression of NF-κB slightly decreased in oE+LPS group, IL-10 and the mRNA and protein expression of Notch-1 were the ***: miR-34a regulating Notch-1/NF-κB signaling pathway can reduce the HUVEC damage caused by LPS stimulation.

Beijing City has suffered from groundwater-induced subsidence since the late 1930s and the over-exploration of groundwater could lead to subsidence as much as−12.0 cm yr−*** studies on the ground deformation at Beijing City mainly focused on the period before the year of 2014 when a mega-engineering project was launched to reduce water shortage in *** study the most recent ground deformation,19 L-band ALoS-1 PALSAR images(June 2007–January 2011),24 C-band Sentinel-1 SAR images(June 2015–November 2016)together with 9 ALoS-2 PALSAR acquisitions(September 2014–February 2017)were analysed in this *** measurements were exploited to verify the ALoS-1-based time series InSAR(TS-InSAR)result while Sentinel-1 and ALoS-2 result were cross-verified with each ***,the whole study area was divided into four sub-zones,and the result indicated that the subsidence rates over five townships,Cuigezhuan,Jinzhan,Liyuan,Songzhuang and Yanjiao were accelerating and more attentions should be *** the contrary,the town centre of Douge Zhuang township experienced a decreasing trend between these two ***,the time series measurements with respect to five selected measurement points and the profile line along the subsidence hot spots were analysed.

Coalbed methane(CBM)exploration generally refers to a technique that extracts natural gas from coal *** development of CBM in Liulin,China,has experienced a significantly growth period during the past two *** research mainly focused on the coal geological background or CBM technique itself,while time series InSAR(TS-InSAR)technique was conducted in this work to study the potential land deformation induced by CBM extraction from 2003 to *** total,21 ALoS-1 PALSAR images(acquired from 22 December 2006 to 2 January 2011)and 14 ENVISAT ASAR scenes(captured between 29 october 2003 and 7 November 2007)were *** TS-InSAR outcome revealed that the annual deformation rates were ranging from 15 to−40 mm yr−1 over the study *** the time series deformation evolutions were analysed over 8 CBM sites(No.4 coal seam)out of 20,and the subsidence rates between 1.9 and−6.5 mm yr−1 were *** addition,the average subsidence rate and standard deviation among these eight measurements were−3.0 and 2.6 mm yr−1 respectively,suggesting that these CBM extraction sites were quite stable and no obvious subsidence had been observed during this eight-year period.

With the increased cultivation of Bt crops in China,Apolygus lucorum and other mirid bugs have emerged as important agricultural pests because they are insensitive to the Bt *** addition,the reduction of pesticide applications after planting Bt crops also increases the severity of mirid bug *** spretus is a parasitoid of mirid nymphs,but its sensitivity to Bt proteins is not *** the current study,we developed a dietary exposure assay to assess the effects of Bt proteins(Cry1Ab,Cry1Ac,Cry1F,Cry2Aa,and Cry2Ab)on *** adults using a diet consisting of a 10% honey solution with or without Bt proteins at 400μg g^(-1) *** results showed that the survival and reproduction of *** adults were reduced by the cysteine protease inhibitor E-64(a positive control)but were not affected by any of the five Bt *** activities of digestive,detoxifying,and antioxidant enzymes in *** were also unaffected by diets containing the Cry proteins,but they were significantly affected by the diet containing *** then developed a tritrophic bioassay to determine the effects of the five Bt proteins on *** larvae and *** this assay,*** nymphs fed an artificial diet containing Cry proteins were used as the hosts for *** results of the tri-trophic assay indicated that neither the pupation rate nor the eclosion rate of the *** parasitoids were significantly affected by the presence of high concentrations of Bt proteins in the parasitized *** *** overall results indicate that these two assays can be used to evaluate the toxicity of insecticidal compounds to *** and that the tested Cry proteins are not toxic to ***.

Several indices and simple empirical models and ratios of single band from pre-and post-fire Landsat images have been developed to estimate and/or map burn ***,these models and indices are usually site-,time-and vegetation-dependent and their applications are *** Daxing'an Mountains range has the largest forested area in China and is prone to *** or not the existing models can effectively characterize the burn severity over a large region is *** this study,we used the orthogonal signal correction method based on partial least squares regression(PLSR)to select those variables that better interpret the variance of burn severity.A new index and other commonly used indices were used to construct a new,multivariate PLSR model which was compared with the popular single variable models,according to three assessment indices:relative root mean square error(RMSE%),relative bias(R E%)and Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency(NSE%).The results indicate that the multivariate PLSR model performed better than the other single variable models with higher NSE%(68.2%vs.67.8%)and less RE%(3.7%vs.-8.7%),while achieving almost the same R MSE%.We also discuss the spectral characteristics of the four selected variables for constructing the multivariate PLSR model and their correlation with the field burn severity *** new model developed from this study should help to better understand the patterns of forest burn severity and assist in vegetation restoration efforts in the region.

Identifying the active site of oxide-supported metal catalysts and revealing the intrinsic synergistic mechanism between metal and oxide support remain a large ***,we report the identification and separation of the Pt-o-Ti interface and Tio_(2) surface in Pt-Tio_(2)-based catalysts by depositing different thickness of Tio_(2) shell with∼0.4-nm micropores onto the surface of Pt/Tio_(2) catalyst through atomic layer deposition(ALD).In the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)by hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)o_(2))process,the Tio_(2) microporous shells can prevent the contact between TMB and embedded Pt clusters,but not delay the diffusion of H_(2)o_(2).The heterolysis of H_(2)o_(2) to ·oH occurs on the Pt-o-Ti interface,and the generated•oH migrates to the Tio_(2) surface to supplement the surface lattice oxygen,which sequentially oxidizes TMB to *** the synergistic effect between Pt-o-Ti interface active sties and Tio_(2) surface active sites can significantly improve the catalytic *** study provides a guide for the understanding of the intrinsic synergistic mechanism between the metal and oxide support in the metal-oxide catalysts.
