The.pape. pre.e.ts re.e.rch re.ults of the.synthe.is, phase.composition, and structure.of products obtaine. by highly e.othe.mic re.ctions be.we.n Ti and C10H8O4mixture.compone.ts, de.e.ding on the.plastic waste.conce.tration and Ti powde. dispe.sive.e.s, de.sity of initial sample., and synthe.is me.ium. The.de.e.de.ce.of the.phase.composition and structure.of the.synthe.is products on the.conce.tration of the.polyme.（plastic）compone.t in the.initial Ti-Pe.(C10H8O4) syste. was found. Whe. the.plastic waste.conte.t is 20 wt% to 25 wt%, synthe.is products contain TiC0.5O0.5–TiC0.6–0.75particle.agglome.ate.. Furthe. growth in the.polye.hyle.e.te.e.hthalate.conte.t from 30 wt% to 45 wt% le.ds to the.formation of synthe.is products consisting of titanium carbide.TiC0.6–1.0). The.gase.us byproduct composition of the.e.othe.mic re.ction is inve.tigate. for the.Ti–-C10H8O4mixture.composition. It is found that the.gase.us by-product mostly contains hydroge. and carbon monoxide.as we.l as impuritie. of diffe.e.t hydrocarbons（me.hane. ace.yle.e. e.hane. e.he.e. and carbon dioxide. The.maximum adiabatic te.pe.ature.of the.gas combustion te.pe.ature.is 2080℃, which de.onstrate. the.possibility of using gas as a fue. for e.e.gy ge.e.ation de.ice.. Base. on the.data obtaine., it is possible.to cre.te.a basis for a ne. plastic waste.te.hnology to fabricate.carbide.containing mate.ials.
