Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis,showed a wide spectrum of intestinal and extra-intestinal manifestations,which rendered the patients physically inactive and impaired their quality of *** has been found that physical activity is a non-pharmacological intervention that improves the quality of life for those *** is one member of the myokines secreted by muscle contraction during exercise and could be used as an antiinflammatory biomarker in assessing the physical activity of IBD *** addition,experimental studies showed that exogenous irisin significantly decreased the inflammatory markers and the histological changes of the intestinal mucosa observed in experimental ***,irisin produces changes in the diversity of the ***,endogenous or exogenous irisin,via its anti-inflammatory effects,will improve the health of IBD patients and will limit the barriers to physical activity in patients with IBD.

在真核生物中,环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种重要的转录本。该研究证明了水痘-带状疱疹病毒(varicella-zoster virus,VZV)感染过程中可产生病毒来源的circRNA。该研究通过联合二代与三代深度circRNA测序,绘制了高分辨率的细胞和病毒circRNA图谱。接着,在VZV感染的细胞以及带状疱疹病人组织样品中,通过多种实验技术手段进一步验证VZV感染可产生大量病毒circRNA。此外,该研究发现了许多与VZV潜伏相关转录本同源的circRNA(circVLTSlytic)。为了分析这些circVLTSlytic的生物学功能,利用细菌人工染色体系统在基因组DNA水平,对circVLT进行突变。结果发现,circVLT是VZV复制的非必需分子,但circVLTsSlytic外显子5下游的突变可导致VZV对阿昔洛韦敏感性增加。该研究首次证明了VZV感染可产生具有生物学功能的病毒来源circRNA,这为带状疱疹的防治提供了新的思路。

Behind armour blunt trauma(BABT)is a body injury resulting from the deformation of the back surface of armour as a result of a bullet *** the case of textile body armour,the severity of the injury may depend on the material of the fibres,but also on the geometric structure of the *** article focuses on experimental research into injuries of the human body protected by ballistic packets made of biaxial and triaxial fabrics,during a non-penetrating impact from a Parabellum 9 mm×19 mm Full Metal Jacket(FMJ)bullet,at a speed of 406±5 m/*** experimental research,the fabrics had a comparable surface weight and were made of the same Kevlar^(■)29 *** ballistic packages were made of 30 *** part of the work,a physical model of the human body was *** human body model consisted of a model of the heart,lungs,and skeletal and muscular *** the bullet impact,the pressure forces were recorded using sensors located at selected points of the human *** bullets hit five selected places on the body that were considered critical,from the point of view of maintaining a human’s vital *** was found that,during firing,pressure increases both at the site of impact and in the internal organs,which can lead to multi-organ *** a result of the experimental analysis,it has been shown that the pressures exerted on specific organs are always lower in the case of body protection with a ballistic packet made of triaxial fabrics,compared to a packet made of biaxial fabrics.

High performance binderless carbon bodies can be manufactured from the mesophase raw material derived from petroleum pitch, which is ground into fine powders less than 10 mu m, and directly moulded, then sintered at 1000 degrees C without any kind of binder. The sintered bodies have a bulk density of 1.69 g/cm(3), bending strength of 91.2 MPa. Shore hardness of 100, porosity of only 7.2%, and electrical resistivity of 60x10(-6) Omega m. The bodies graphitized at 2800 degrees C have a bulk density of 1.88 g/cm(3), bending strength of 82 MPa. Shore hardness of 85, porosity of 5.4%, and electrical resistivity of 12x10(-6) Omega m. The scanning electron micrographs of the section show that the bodies possess an extremely dense and homogeneous structure. Infra-red spectrum analysis shows that carbonyls introduced when ground or activated are one of the key factors determining the selfbinding and selfsintering properties of the mesophase fine powders, and the structure and strength of the sintered bodies.

Microstructures and room-temperature tensile properties of isothermally-forged gamma-base (gamma + alpha(2)) alloys in Ti-AI-Nb-Cr-V system with different heat treatments were investigated. The results show that the microstructures of Ti-47Al-2Nb-1Cr-1V and Ti-47Al-2V-1Cr (at. pet) alloys are mainly determined by heat treating temperature in the (alpha + gamma) two-phase field, and the joint additions of Nb, Ci and V in the Ti-47Al alloy affect T-alpha significantly. The microstructure of Ti-47Al alloy with additions of Nb, Cr and V (1 similar to 2 at. pat) can be duplex or nearly-lamellar by a suitable heat treatment after isothermal forging at 1000 degrees C for over 50% plastic strains. Therefore its tensile properties can be improved at room temperature.
