The facile chemical synthesis of silver sulphide nanocrystals from metal-loaded organic media, containing a silver-selective organophosphorous ligand as extractant, is reported. The method involves the phase-transfer of silver species from aqueous nitrate media to organic solution using the commercial extractant Cyanex? 471x (tri-isobutylphosphine sulphide, Cytec Co.) as extractant, followed by precipitation stripping using ammonium sulphide as strip reagent. The nanoparticles were structurally characterized, and some aspects of the synthetical process, are briefly discussed. Under the conditions studied, the extractant Cyanex? 471x was able to act as stabilizer adsorbing on the particles surface, maintaining the size of the particles nanometrical.

Desmodus rotundus and Diphylla ecaudata, both of which are mammals of the order Chiroptera, Desmodontidae family, their diet consisting exclusively of blood. D. rotundus is the main vector and transmitter of the rabies virus, which affects human beings as well as several livestock species so the study of this bat species is of high importance within the fields of animal agriculture and public health. The present study describes and compares the histologic characteristics of the urinary system of two hematophagous bat species. A total of 5 bats from each species were captured in the municipalities of Progreso de Obregón, Hidalgo (D. rotundus), and Huayacocotla, Veracruz (D. ecaudata). Organs belonging to the urinary system were extracted: kidneys, ureters, urinary bladder, and urethra;samples were fixed using 10% formalin and processed by the paraffin embedding technique, obtaining sections of 5 µm thickness, which in turn were stained using hematoxylin-eosin (H-E) and Gomori trichrome (GT) stains. From the obtained histologic preparations, a descriptive and comparative analysis of the structural organography of the urinary system of both species was made, and no noteworthy histological differences between samples were noted. The present research is intended to provide a framework for future studies of these species’ currently understudied microscopic anatomy.

选自沃尔夫冈·阿玛多伊斯·莫扎特(Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart)的歌剧《后宫诱逃》(Die Entführung aus dem serail)的咏叹调“marten Aller Arten”,被认为是最具挑战性的女高音咏叹调之一。演唱这首咏叹调需要歌唱者具备较高的歌唱技术,包含歌唱中气息的灵活性、音与音之间的过渡和衔接、可长时间保持发声与音准的气息强度。此外,还需要歌唱者拥有宽广的音域和能够随时转换音高的能力。现今大众仍普遍认同的观点是,戏剧性的声音是沉重的、强烈的、甚至阴暗的,这与敏捷、灵活与明亮的声音几乎是对立的。通常情况下,敏捷、清晰的声音会更多地与闹剧或喜剧作品联系在一起,而沉重、强烈的声音则更多地与戏剧联系在一起。本文中,笔者尝试证明这两种音色可以同时存在于一个曲目中,由抒情花腔女高音扮演的康斯坦斯这一角色正好可以证明笔者的观点。本文提出了一些可供参考的观点,以帮助读者从不同的技术角度了解女高音如何处理声区转换,以支持其在主要音域中以饱满的嗓音演唱歌曲,使声音放开,并实现咏叹调“marten Aller Arten”所要求的戏剧性。同时,本文以意大利美声学派的原则为基础,介绍了该咏叹调的技术方法——其重点集中于四个声区:胸声区、弱混声区、强混声区和头声区。本文比较了意大利美声学派的一些歌唱方法和关于声区的不同技术的概念。尽管这些概念仍会引起混淆,但这一新的视角有助于帮助人们理解女高音声区的结构,并将其更清晰地带入实践当中。了解了这四个音区的工作原理,女高音歌唱家就能更自如地去演绎这首咏叹调,并将嗓音发挥到极致,帮助歌唱家们更深入地了解自己的“乐器”,加强声音本身的柔韧性、肌肉和嗓音的调节能力,这些都是演唱咏叹调“marten Aller Arten”所需要的。

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the sperm viability of semen infected with PRRsV viral particles, observing the effect of the Virus on the motility of boar sperm. The work was carried out at the FMVZ-BUAP Genetics and Reproduction Laboratory. 5 stallions were used. Each sample contained 1 × 10sup>6sup> sperm, the PRRs virus strain was ATCC-VR-2332 (0, 10sup>2sup>, 10sup>4sup> and 10sup>6sup> copies of RNA/mL in triplicate), it was observed daily at the CAsA;Hamilton Thornesup>®sup>. Cells with MT (P s 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 of evaluation with 201 ± 7.3, 167 ± 10.1, 165 ± 14.6, 134 ± 8.2 and 120 ± 8.8, respectively. The % MP between control and virus concentrations (P ≥ 0.05). The LCV on day 1 and 7 PI at 10Xsup>2sup> and 10Xsup>6sup> (P s control. In the Correlation Matrix, where it is observed that there is a correlation between VsL and VAP, VsL and VCL, VCL and ALH, VAP with ALH. There is a correlation of VsL and ALH, sTR and ALH. In this study there were (P ≤ 0.01) in the VCL, in the concentrations (10sup>2sup>) 162.81 ± 10.65 and (10sup>6sup>) 177.12 ± 5.77 vs 193.04 ± 4.62 of control. This indicates that altering these parameters would be related to fertility and the PRRs virus affects the LCV. Regarding the VsL, it was observed that the sperm infected with viruses 10sup>2sup>, 10sup>4sup> and 10sup>6sup> of 48.00 ± 3.38, 49.88 ± 1.83 and 50.55 ± 2.24 Vs. 56.66 ± 1.68 of control respectively, the control would have greater possibilities of fertilizing the oocyte. In this study, it was found (P ≤ 0.01) in the VAP with 102 of 77.26 ± 5.16, 10sup>4sup> with 83.35 ± 2.41 and 10sup>6sup> with 81.29 ± 3.14 vs the control with 90.56 ± 2.07. Regarding the ALH there is (P sup>4sup> with 8.70 ± .26 and 10sup>6sup> with 9.64 ± 0.23 vs control 8.50 ± 0.27. The Claromec o Basin is located at the south-western sector of the Buenos Aires province,*** basin is considered a foreland basin closely related to the evolution of the southwestern Gondwana *** contribution focuses on the provenance analysis of the Tunas Formation(Permian,Pillahuinc o Group),which represents the last filling stage for the Claromec o Foreland *** and tectonic provenance analyses were performed in sandstones recovered from subsurface(PANG 0001 and PANG0003 exploration wells)and outcrops located close to the basin center(Gonzales Chaves locality).In the subsurface,the analyzed succession is composed of medium-to fine-grained sandstones interbedded with tuffs,mudrocks,carbonaceous mudrocks and coal *** outcrops,the succession is dominated by mediumto fine-grained sandstones interbedded with *** composition patterns are distributed into the recycled orogen and transitionally recycled to mixed *** analyses,in addition to provenance and sedimentological studies,confirm that sedimentary material was derived from a mixed source,which largely comes from the sierras Australes fold and thrust belt,located towards the W-sW,where the sedimentary succession is interbedded with volcanic *** Tunas Formation shows clear differences in its modal composition,paleocurrent direction and paleoenvironmental conditions with respect to the underlying units of the Pillahuinc o Group(sauce Grande,Piedra Azul and Bonete formations).source areas changed from cratonic to mixed fold belt/arc-derived material,suggesting variations in the Claromec o Basin configuration during the Late *** in the paleotectonic scenario during the deposition of the Tunas Formation have been interpreted as a consequence of a compressive post-collisional deformation event,the product of adjustment,accommodation and translation of terrains towards the equator during the Permian-Triassic to form Pangea.

Chromium(Cr)is used in many manufacturing processes,and its release into natural waters is a major environmental problem *** concentrations of Cr(Ⅵ)are toxic to human health and living organisms due to the carcinogenic and mutagenic nature of this *** work examined the conversion of Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ)via electrochemical reduction using gold electrode in an acidic sodium alginate(sA)solution and subsequent removal of the produced Cr(Ⅲ)-sA by the polymer-enhanced ultrafiltration(PEUF)technique.A solution of sA in nitric acid was used both as an electrolytic medium during the voltammetric measurements and bulk electrolysis and as an extracting agent during the PEUF *** electroanalysis of Cr(Ⅵ)was performed by linear sweep voltammetry in the presence of acidic sA solution to study its voltammetric behavior as a function of the Cr(Ⅵ)concentration,pH,presence of Cr(Ⅲ),sA concentration and scan *** addition,the quantitative reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ)was studied through the bulk electrolysis *** results showed efficient reduction with well-defined peaks at approximately 0.3 V ***/AgCl,using a gold working *** the pH increased,the reduction signal strongly decreased until its *** optimum sA concentration was 10 mmol/L,and it was observed that the presence of Cr(Ⅲ)did not interfere in the Cr(Ⅵ)*** the quantitative reduction by bulk electrolysis in the presence of acidic sA solution,it was possible to reduce all Cr(Ⅵ)to Cr(Ⅲ)followed by its removal via PEUF.

BACKGROUND Neuropsychiatric symptoms(NPs)have been insufficiently examined in persons with aphasia(PWA)because most previous studies exclude participants with language and communication *** To report a two-part study consisting of a literature review and an observational study on NPs in post-stroke *** study 1 reviewed articles obtained from PubMed,PsycINFO,Google scholar and Cochrane databases after cross-referencing key words of post-stroke aphasia to NPs and *** 2 examined language deficits and activities of daily living in 20 PWA(median age:58,range:28-65 years;13 men)with the Western Aphasia Battery-Revised and the Barthel Index,*** of these 20 PWA were proxy-evaluated with the Neuropsychiatric Inventory and domain-specific scales,including the stroke Aphasia Depression Questionnaire-10 item version and the starkstein Apathy *** addition,an adapted version of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale was directly administered to the PWA *** observational study is based on the baseline assessment of an intervention clinical trial(EudraCT:2017-002858-36;*** identifier:NCT04134416).REsULTs The literature review revealed a broad spectrum of NPs in PWA,including depression,anxiety,apathy,agitation/aggression,eating and sleep disorders,psychosis,and hypomania/*** findings alert to the need for improving assessment and treatment approaches of NPs taking into consideration their frequent occurrence in *** 2 showed that the 20 participants had mild-to-moderate aphasia severity and were functionally independent.A wide range of comorbid NPs was found in the post-stroke aphasic population(median number of NPs:5,range:1-8).The majority of PWA(75%)had depressive symptoms,followed by agitation/aggression(70%),irritability(70%),anxiety(65%)and appetite/eating symptoms(65%).Half of them also presented symptoms of apathy,whereas euphoria and psychotic symptoms were rare(5%).Domain

A 33-year-old woman who presented with epigastric discomfort and diarrhea underwent an abdominal ultrasound(Us).This investigation and subsequent contrastenhanced computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging and endoscopic Us with fine needle aspiration (FNA)revealed a 40 mm well-circumscribed mass in the uncinate process of the *** were suggestive of a mucinous or solid-cystic pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas,although other lesions such as a nonfunctioning neuroendocrine tumor could not be ruled *** samples were negative for malignant cells,but of limited value due to poor *** was decided to surgically remove the tumor because malignancy could not be *** intraoperative biopsies were suggestive of mesenchymal tumor and consequently a conservative resection(uncinatectomy)was performed.
