circRNA3669 promotes goat endometrial epithelial cells proliferation via miR-26a/RCN2 to activate PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways

The development of receptive endometrium(RE) from pre-receptive endometrium(PE) for successful embryo implantation is a complex dynamic process in which the morphology and physiological states of the endometrial epithelium undergo a series of significant changes, including cell proliferation and apoptosis. However, the molecular mechanisms are not yet fully understood. In this study, a higher circRNA3669 level was observed in PE than in RE of goats. Functional assays revealed that this overexpression promoted the proliferation of goat endometrial epithelial cells(GEECs) by activating the expression of genes related to the PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways,thereby inhibiting apoptosis in vitro. Furthermore, circRNA3669 functioned as a competing endogenous RNA(ceRNA) to upregulate Reticulocalbin-2(RCN2) expression at the post-transcriptional level by interacting with and downregulating miR-26a in GEECs. In addition, RCN2, which is highly expressed in the PE of goats, was found to be regulated by β-estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4). Our results demonstrated that RCN2 also affected the key proteins PI3K, AKT, mTOR, JNK, and P38 in the PI3K/AKT-mTOR and MAPK pathways, thereby facilitating GEECs proliferation and suppressing their apoptosis in vitro. Collectively, we constructed a new circRNA3669-miR-26aRCN2 regulatory network in GEECs, which further provides strong evidence that circRNA could potentially play a crucial regulatory role in the development of RE in goats.

Permeability Estimation of Shale Oil Reservoir with Laboratory-derived Data: A Case Study of the Chang 7 Member in Ordos basin

The shale oil reservoir within the Yanchang Formations of Ordos basin harbors substantial oil and gas resources and has recently emerged as the primary focus of unconventional oil and gas exploration and *** to its complex pore and throat structure,pronounced heterogeneity,and tight reservoir characteristics,the techniques for conventional oil and gas exploration and production face challenges in comprehensive implementation,also indicating that as a vital parameter for evaluating the physical properties of a reservoir,permeability cannot be effectively *** study selects 21 tight sandstone samples from the Q area within the shale oil formations of Ordos *** systematically conduct the experiments to measure porosity,permeability,ultrasonic wave velocities,and resistivity at varying confining *** reveal that these measurements exhibit nonlinear changes in response to effective *** using these experimental data and effective medium model,empirical relationships between P-and S-wave velocities,permeability and resistivity and effective pressure are established at logging and seismic ***,relationships between P-wave impedance and permeability,and resistivity and permeability are determined.A comparison between the predicted permeability and logging data demonstrates that the impedance–permeability relationship yields better results in contrast to those of resistivity–permeability *** relationships are further applied to the seismic interpretation of shale oil reservoir in the target layer,enabling the permeability profile predictions based on inverse P-wave *** predicted results are evaluated with actual production data,revealing a better agreement between predicted results and logging data and productivity.

Investigation of Fracture Strength of Current Post Materials (Peek, Fiber, Cast Metal) in Different Ferrule Conditions

Aim: The fracture resistance of the post materials used nowadays significantly impacts the fracture type of the post material. The current study aimed to examine the impact of the fracture resistance of PEEK posts, whose use as a post material has not yet become widespread, on the fracture pattern that will occur. Materials and Methods: Sixty-six extracted upper central incisor human teeth were used in the study. Six groups of posts were produced from metal, fiber, and PEEK materials (n = 11). Afterward, the fracture resistance test was applied to the samples. Samples were classified according to fracture type as repairable or irreparable. The ANOVA and test were used in statistical analysis. Post-hoc tests were carried out using Tukey’s and Tamhane’s T2 tests. On the other hand, Pearson’s chi-square test and the Fisher-Freeman-Halton test were conducted for comparisons between categorical variables. The statistical significance level was accepted as p Results: According to the fracture resistance test results, the groups where metal personal posts were used displayed higher fracture resistance in comparison with all other groups. According to the results of the optical microscope examination, the incidence of repairable fractures was significantly higher in the PEEK post group with ferrule preparation (p 0.05). Conclusion: In the absence of the ferrule effect, fractures are catastrophic, regardless of the material used. The use of PEEK as a post material contributes to keeping fractures at a repairable level.

[研究目的]基于动态知识流动特征对有向的技术融合关系进行预测,有助于提高企业的研发效率及科技管理部门对科技资源的合理分配。[研究方法]首先,将IPC前4位代码作为技术单元,基于专利中主分类号与副分类号提取技术间的有向知识流动关系;然后,借鉴关联规则挖掘算法从重要性、强度和依赖度3个维度对知识流动关系进行筛选,将满足指标阈值的知识流动关系作为有向技术融合关系;最后,将有向技术融合关系预测转化为有监督的二分类任务,以机器学习算法为模型基础,结合前两个时期的技术间知识流动特征及其时序变化特征,预测下一个时期内的技术间是否存在技术融合关系。[研究结论]增材制造领域的实证分析结果显示,以代价敏感机器学习算法为预测算法,基于前两个时期的技术间知识流动特征及其时序变化特征可以有效预测下一阶段中的技术融合。随着技术的发展,技术间的单向融合愈发频繁,并逐渐演变为技术双向融合,甚至呈现多技术融合的现象。

Influence of donor age on liver transplantation outcomes: A multivariate analysis and comparative study

Federated Dynamic Client Selection for Fairness Guarantee in Heterogeneous Edge Computing

Federated learning has emerged as a distributed learning paradigm by training at each client and aggregat-ing at a parameter *** heterogeneity hinders stragglers from responding to the server in time with huge com-munication *** client grouping in federated learning can solve the straggler problem,the stochastic selection strategy in client grouping neglects the impact of data distribution within each ***,current client grouping ap-proaches make clients suffer unfair participation,leading to biased performances for different *** order to guaran-tee the fairness of client participation and mitigate biased local performances,we propose a federated dynamic client selec-tion method based on data representativity(FedSDR).FedSDR clusters clients into groups correlated with their own lo-cal computational *** estimate the significance of client datasets,we design a novel data representativity evalua-tion scheme based on local data ***,the two most representative clients in each group are selected to optimize the global ***,the DYNAMIC-SELECT algorithm updates local computational efficiency and data representativity states to regroup clients after periodic average *** on real datasets show that FedS-DR improves client participation by 27.4%,37.9%,and 23.3%compared with FedAvg,TiFL,and FedSS,respectively,tak-ing fairness into account in federated *** addition,FedSDR surpasses FedAvg,FedGS,and FedMS by 21.32%,20.4%,and 6.90%,respectively,in local test accuracy variance,balancing the performance bias of the global model across clients.

中国教育人类学在百余年发展历程中取得长足进步和显著成就,但也面临如何提高研究质量和提升创新能力的尖锐挑战。当前中国教育人类学的繁荣发展,需要紧紧抓住新文科建设提供的难得契机,在厘清和重构学科定位和愿景的基础上,构建以学会组织为核心的学科创新生态系统。为实现“世界水平、中国特色”的学科建设目标和任务,中国教育人类学界需要齐心协力,从开发和健全学会组织功能、激励和加强高等学校教学、构建和密织学术合作网络、加强和提升学术创新能力、普及和传播学科视角方法等五个方面着手构建学科创新生态系统。通过不懈努力将教育人类学打造成文科教育中国范式的典型案例和示范学科,真正开创出国际学界公认和国内学界自豪的“教育人类学的中国时代”。

生长和繁殖之间的权衡是克隆植物适应性策略的重要组成部分。根茎型沙生植物通过权衡策略应对风沙过程(埋沙和风蚀)对它们在流动沙丘上的定居尤为重要。尽管根茎型物种对风沙过程的响应已经有了部分研究,但这些克隆物种如何通过生长和繁殖中的潜在权衡关系来应对风沙过程仍不清楚。在本研究中,我们采用了野外调查和生物量建模的手段,评估了芦苇(Phragmites communis)在沙埋和风蚀条件下,营养生长和生殖生长以及分株数量和大小之间的权衡关系。研究结果表明,沙埋促进了种子生物量和生殖努力(RE)的增加;风蚀减少了RE,但对种子生物量没有显著影响。沙埋增加了分株的生物量,而风蚀增加了分株种群密度并加速了分株的成熟。这些研究表明,根茎型沙地植物通过调整其生长策略来应对风沙过程,即在沙埋条件下,增加生殖生长和分株大小,而在风蚀条件下,增加营养生长和分株数量。

作为学科界说的新范式,“新教育人类学”建立在两个基本假设--教育人类学既是一门社会科学,又是教育诸学科中最为基础的学科--之上,主张教育人类学的根本研究论题是现代性与多样性的关系问题。尽管学界关于“何谓现代性”至今仍是聚讼纷纷、莫衷一是,但在反思性继承社会科学已有经验和成果的基础上,教育人类学至少可以从同一性与多样性和不平等与多样性两个主题出发对现代性与多样性的关系问题展开探索和论述,进而转换研究视角和理论观念,努力做出新时代“标志性研究成果”。
