An image encryption algorithm is proposed in this paper based on a new four-dimensional hyperchaotic system,a neural mechanism,a Galois field and an improved Feistel block structure,which improves the efficiency and enhances the security of the encryption ***,a four-dimensional hyperchaotic system with a large key space and chaotic dynamics performance is proposed and combined with a cloud model,in which a more complex and random sequence is constructed as the key stream,and the problem of chaotic periodicity is ***,the key stream is combined with the neural mechanism,Galois field and improved Feistel block structure to scramble and diffuse the image ***,the experimental results and security analysis show that the encryption algorithm has a good encryption effect and high encryption efficiency,is secure,and can meet the requirements of practical applications.

Ionic Liquid Electrospray Thrusters(ILETs)are well suited for micro-nano satellite applications due to their small size,low power consumption,and high specific ***,the limited thrust of a single-emitter ILET restricts its use in space *** optimize the performance of ILETs and make them suitable for a wider range of space missions,we designed a Circular-emitter ILET(CILET)to convert a one-dimensional(point)emission into a twodimensional(line)*** CILET can self-organize multiple Taylor cones *** cones were photographed and the axial emission currents were measured under different voltage and pressure difference conditions with a CILET experimental *** emission can be divided into two stable states and one unstable state based on the flow and current *** current in Stable state Ⅰ increases non-linearly with the voltage,while that in Stable state Ⅱ is nearly linear with respect to the *** number of cones increases with the voltage in stable states,while the cones become short and crowded under high-voltage *** variation law of the number of cones can be explained with the self-organization *** variation in the current exhibits a good correlation with the number of *** study demonstrates the feasibility of circular emitters and experimentally indicates that the emission current is improved by approximately two orders of magnitude compared to that of a single capillary.

Review of precipitation strengthening in ultrahigh-strength martensitic steel

Overdose intake of ethanol can impair cerebellar cortical neurons to integrate and transfer external information, resulting in a dysfunction of cerebellar motor regulation or cerebellar ataxia. We recently investigated the effects of ethanol on sensory stimulation-evoked responses in the cerebellar cortex of urethane-anesthetized mice, by electrophysiological and pharmacological methods. We found that ethanol dosedependently inhibited the facial stimulation evoked field potential responses in cerebellar granule cell layer, whereas ethanol bidirectional modulate the sensory stimulation-evoked responses in molecular layer via GABAA receptor. In vivo patch-clamp recordings showed that ethanol dose-dependently inhibited the facial stimulation-evoked outward currents of cerebellar Purkinje cells（PCs）. The ethanol-induced inhibition of facial stimulation-evoked outward currents were significantly abrogated by cannabinoid receptor 1（CB1） antagonists and agonist. The ethanol-induced inhibition of facial stimulation-evoked outward currents was prevented by cerebellar surface perfusion of the PKA inhibitors H-89, but not by intracellular administration of the PKA inhibitor PKI. Our present results indicate that ethanol inhibits the facial stimulation-evoked outward currents by activating presynaptic CB1 receptors via the PKA signaling pathway, suggesting that ethanol overdose impairs sensory information processing, at least in part, by inhibiting GABA release from molecular layer interneurons onto PCs. In addition, ethanol inhibited the spontaneous CS-evoked pause in simple spike firing and in the amplitude of the afterhyperpolarization via activation of CB1 receptors in vivo in mice, suggesting that excessive ethanol intake inhibits climbing fiber–PC synaptic transmission by modulating CB1 receptors in the cerebellar cortex.

Paving the Way towards Green Development:Impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on Electrification in Participating Countries

Electrification is crucial for achieving global net zero emissions and reducing energy poverty, particularly in developing countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). This study uses the difference-in-differences method to examine the BRI's impact on electrification levels in 118 countries from 2009 to 2020. Its findings indicate that the BRI increased electrification in BRI countries by approximately 1 percent compared with non-BRI countries. This increase was driven primarily by enhanced trade and investments, which facilitated imports of power equipment and supported China-backed power-plant projects. The BRI's impact was more pronounced in Maritime Silk Road countries, high-income nations, and those with favorable business environments. Although the BRI promoted both renewable and nonrenewable power equipment imports, it primarily favored nonrenewable infrastructure investments. Given China's expertise in clean energy, there remains untapped potential for the BRI to prioritize renewable energy integration, fostering a sustainable and low-carbon future.

Sixth-generation(6G) networks are anticipated to achieve transformative advancements, characterized by extreme connectivity, deep integration with artificial intelligence(AI) and sensing, and airground integration. The evolution of 6G exhibits two major trends: ubiquitous intelligence and sustainability. The former aims to embed state-of-the-art AI technology into the 6G network, from the physical layers to applications, while the latter emphasizes reducing energy consumption while enhancing network performance to address environmental concerns. Despite the amazing progress in recent years, AI advancements come with substantial increases in data and computational overhead, posing critical challenges for integrating AI into sustainable 6G networks. First, high energy consumption from large datasets and heavyweight AI models contradicts6G's green goals. Second, the precise collection of large datasets, message delivery latency, and inference delays in AI models pose challenges for real-time tasks in 6G. Third, the uninterpretability and unpredictability of AI models complicate meeting the stringent requirements for controllable transmission in dynamic wireless environments. Addressing these challenges and achieving sustainable 6G with ubiquitous intelligence calls for a revolutionary design of 6G architecture and AI frameworks. To this end, this paper introduces a novel and practical methodology for green, real-time, and controllable 6G native intelligence,starting with knowledge graph(KG) analysis to extract small but critical datasets, followed by the development of distributed lightweight AI models, and the use of digital twins(DTs) to create precise replicas of physical 6G networks. This leads to a pervasive multi-level(PML)-AI framework supported by a task-centric, three-layer 6G architecture. The successful application of perimeter control of urban traffic system strongly depends on the macroscopic fundamental diagram of the targeted *** intensive studies on the partitioning of urban road networks,the dynamic partitioning of urban regions reflecting the propagation of congestion remains an open *** paper proposes to partition the network into homogeneous sub-regions based on random walk *** from selected random walkers,the road network is partitioned from the early morning when congestion emerges.A modified Akaike information criterion is defined to find the optimal number of *** boundary adjustment algorithms are adopted to optimize the partitioning results to further ensure the correlation of *** traffic data of Melbourne city are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed partitioning method.
