The technology of solid-state lighting has developed for decades in various ***,as an element part,determines the application domain of lighting *** instance,blue and redemitting phosphors are required in the process of plant supplementing light,arrow-band emitting phosphors are applied to backlight displays,*** this work,a Bi3+-activated blue phosphor was obtained in a symmetrical and co mpact crystal structure of Gd3Sb07（GSO）.Then,the co-doping strategy of alkali metal ions（Li+,Na+,and K+） was used to optimize the *** result shows that the photoluminescence intensity is increased by 2.1 times and 1.3 times respectively by introducing Li+and K+*** only that,it also achieves narrow-band emitting with the full width of half-maximum（FWHM） reaching 42 nm through Na+doping,and its excitation peak position also shifts from 322 to 375 nm,which can be well excited by near-ultraviolet（NUV） light emitting diode（LED） chips（365 nm）.Meanwhile,the electroluminescence spectrum of GSO:0.6 mol%Bi3+,3 wt%Na+matches up to 93.39% of the blue part of the absorption spectrum of chlorophyll *** summary,the Bi3+-activated blue phosphor reported in this work can synchronously meet the requirements of plant light replenishment and field emission displays.

IκB kinase ε(IKKε) is a non-canonical IκB kinase that is extensively studied in the context of innate immune response. Recently, significant progress has been made in understanding the role of IKKεin interferon(IFN) signaling. In addition to its roles in innate immunity, recent studies also demonstrate that IKKε is a key regulator of the adaptive immune response. Specifically, IKKεfunctions as a negative feedback kinase to curtail CD8 T cell response, implying that it can be a potential therapeutic target to boost antiviral and antitumor T cell immunity. In this review, we highlight the roles of IKKε in regulating IFN signaling and T cell immunity, and discuss a few imminent questions that remain to be answered.

Direct electrochemical reduction ofp-nitrophenol （PNP） was investigated on a room temperature ionic liquid N-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate （BPPF6） modified carbon paste electrode （CILE）. The cathodic peak potential was positively shifted and the peak currents were increased compared to that obtained on traditional carbon paste electrode （CPE）. The results indicated that the presence of ionic liquid BPPF6 on the electrode surface showed excellent catalytic ability to the electrochemical reduction of PNP. The electrochemical behaviors of PNP on the CILE were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and the conditions such as the scan rate, the buffer pH, the substrate concentration were optimized. The electrochemical parameters were further calculated with the results of the electron transfer number （n）, the charge-transfer coefficient （α） and the surface concentration （Гr） as 1.76, 0.37 and 2.47 × 10^-9 mol/cm^2, respectively, for the selected reductive peak. The results indicated that PNP showed an irreversible adsorption-controlled electrode process on the CILE.

The ring opening of β-sultam v/a an H2O-assisted ammonolysis process was studied by using Density Functional Theory（DFT） method at the B3LYP/6-31G level as a further step in the theoretical investigation of the ammonolysis reaction of β-sultams. The calculated pathways are analogous to those previously described for the non-assisted ammonolysis reaction. Solvent effects were assessed by using the polarized continuum model（PCM） method. The results show that mode 1 and pathway a in channel Ⅱ are the most favorable ones in both the cases. The energy barrier of the cleavage of C-S bonds producing P1 is the highest among all the energy barriers. The presence of a solvent in the continuum model disfavors the reaction, whereas the participation of water in the ammonolysis reaction plays a positive role and reduces the active energy greatly. The relative energies of all the transition states in the assisted ammonolysis are 20-80 kJ/mol lower than those for the non-assisted reaction.

Blue-violet light can not only enhance the total content of biomass and glucoside but also enrich the taste of the ***,it is meaningful to study the blue-violet luminescent materials for plant *** this study,titanium(IV)-activated CaYAlO4(CYAO) phosphors were synthesized by conventional hightemperature solid-state reaction.X-ray powder diffraction was employed to analyze the crystalstructure of *** is found that the doped Ti^4+ ions do not change obviously the crystal structure of *** 246 nm excitation,CaYAl1-xO4:xTi^4+phosphors exhibit broad blue-violet emission band peaking at 395 nm,which can be attributed to the charge transfer of Ti^4+-O^2-.Moreover,this phosphor exhibits strong thermal *** luminescence emission intensity at 150℃maintained about 91 mol% of its initial value at room ***,the electron transition process and concentration quenching mechanism of CaYAl1-xO4:xTi^4+are discussed in *** excellent luminescent properties indicate that CaYAl1-xO4:xTi^4+phosphor may have promising application in indoor plant cultivation.

Oncolytic measles virus(OMV) is a promising antitumor agent. However, the presence of anti-measles neutralizing antibodies(NAbs) against the hemagglutinin(H) protein of OMV is a major barrier to the therapeutic application of OMV in clinical practice. In order to overcome this challenge, specific types of cells have been used as carriers for *** loading strategies appear to result in different therapeutic outcomes; despite this, only few studies have reported practical ex vivo loading strategies required for effective treatment. To this end, we systematically evaluated the antitumor efficacy of OMV using different loading strategies; this involved varying the in vitro loading duration and loading dose of OMV. We found that improved oncolysis of carrier cells was achieved by a prolonged loading duration in the absence of NAbs. However, the enhanced oncolytic effect was abrogated in the presence of NAbs. Further, we found that the expression of H protein on the surface of carrier cells was predominantly determined by the loading duration rather than the loading dose. Finally, we showed that NAbs blocked viral transfer by targeting H protein prior to the occurrence of cell-to-cell interactions. Our results provide comprehensive information on the determinants of an effective loading strategy for carrier cell-based virotherapy; these results may be useful for guiding the application of OMV as an antitumor agent in clinical practice.

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性难治性自身免疫病,主要表现为滑膜炎症和关节破坏。血管生成在RA的病理进程中起着关键作用,血管内皮细胞作为血管生成的核心参与者,其功能紊乱加速促进滑膜炎症,加剧血管翳的形成及关节破坏。中成药火把花根片临床上治疗RA效果显著,但其通过调控血管内皮细胞功能抑制RA血管生成的机制尚未明晰。本研究采用转录组学数据挖掘、生物网络分析与体内外实验验证相结合的研究策略,初步探讨了火把花根片抑制RA血管生成的潜在分子机制。动物福利和实验过程均遵循中国中医科学院中医基础理论研究所实验动物伦理委员会的规定(批准号:IBTCMCACMS21-2307-06)。网络分析结果表明核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域蛋白2 (NOD2)、SMAD家族成员3 (SMAD3)和血管内皮生长因子A (VEGFA)等核心基因显著富集于NOD样受体信号通路、VEGF信号通路等,提示火把花根片可能通过调控血管生成相关通路,影响血管内皮细胞功能,从而抑制血管生成。体内研究中火把花根片能显著下调佐剂诱导性关节炎(AIA)模型大鼠踝关节组织中血小板-内皮细胞黏附分子(CD31)和VEGF阳性表达。体外实验进一步验证,火把花根片可有效抑制由VEGF诱导的HUVEC细胞迁移、侵袭及管腔形成,显著降低血管生成相关因子VEGFA、CD31、血管生成素-1 (Ang-1)的表达水平,减少HUVEC细胞中CD31、VEGF的阳性表达。同时,火把花根片还明显抑制NOD2、SMAD3、VEGFA等相关蛋白表达。综上,本研究揭示火把花根片通过靶向NOD2/SMAD3/VEGF信号轴改善血管内皮细胞功能,抑制RA异常血管生成的作用。上述研究丰富了中成药火把花根片在抑制RA病理性血管生成方面的科学内涵,也为临床防治类风湿关节炎提供新的思路。

C^(18)O Observations of the Dark Molecular Cloud L134 and Gas Depletion onto Dust

We map the dark molecular cloud core of L134 in the C^(18)O (J = 1 - 0)emission line using the PMO 13.7m telescope, and present a contour map of integrated intensity ofC^(18)O (J = 1 - 0) emission. The C^(18)O cloud is inside the distribution of extinction A_B, thevisual extinction of blue light, as well as inside the ^(13)CO cloud in the L134 region. Thedepletion factors in this C^(18)O cloud are generally greater than unity, which means there is gasdepletion onto dust. Since only a minimum A_B - 9.7 mag is available, and our observations measureboth undepleted and depleted regions along the line of sight, the depletion factors could verylikely be larger in the central core than the calculated value. So we conclude that depletion doesoccur in the bulk of the C^(18)O cloud through a comparison between the C^(18)O and blue extinctionmaps in the L134 region. There is no direct evidence as yet for star formation in L134, and so coreson the verge of collapse will not be visible in CO and other gas molecules.

Two new phenylpropanoid glycosides, 9-O-[6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-4-hydroxycinnamic acid （1） and 8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（R）-（＋）-3,4,8-trihydroxy methyl phenylpropionate （2） were isolated from the 80% EtOH extract of the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis. Their slructures were characterized by spectroscopic analysis and chemical method, including 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited the moderate antimicrobial activities against all Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria tested.
