水合物法捕集和封存二氧化碳(CO_(2))具有储气量高和成本低等优点,但生成CO_(2)水合物(简称“水合物”)的诱导时间长、生成速率缓慢限制了该方法的应用。为促进水合物的生成,采用恒容法研究了纳米氧化锌(ZnO)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对水合物生成的影响。结果表明,在一定条件下增大初始压力和引入机械搅拌可以促进水合物生成,并且单独添加纳米ZnO或SDS均能显著缩短诱导时间。其中,在ZnO质量分数为0.06%和275.65 K的条件下,确定了初始压力和搅拌速率的最优值分别为4.5 MPa和500 r/min。在3.5 MPa、275.65 K和300 r/min的条件下,加入质量分数为0.10%、粒径为50 nm的纳米ZnO(ZnO-50)体系的诱导时间为41.6 min,较纯水体系的诱导时间(487.4 min)缩短了91.5%。体系中ZnO-50的质量分数为0.06%时,气体消耗总量为0.903 mol,较纯水体系的气体消耗总量(0.444 mol)提高了103.4%。提高SDS的质量分数对气体消耗总量的促进效果逐渐增强,当体系中SDS的质量分数为0.10%时,气体消耗总量达到最大(1.027 mol),比纯水体系的气体消耗总量提高了131.3%。以质量分数为0.10%的SDS与质量分数为0.02%的ZnO-50构建协同体系,其气体消耗总量(1.045 mol)受相平衡压力的影响变化不大,但可以显著加快水合物生成速率,实验半程(反应5 h)的气体消耗量可达0.924 mol,占实验全程(反应10 h)气体消耗总量的88.4%,明显高于单独使用质量分数为0.02%的ZnO-50和质量分数为0.10%的SDS体系的相应数据(分别为63.7%和48.5%)。相关研究结果可为应用水合物技术进行CO_(2)捕集和封存提供一定的理论指导。

Characteristics and sedimentary processes of lamina-controlled sand-particle imbricate structure in deposits on Lingshan Island, Qingdao, China

Imbricate structure is a common sedimentary structure and is well developed in sandy sediments.Here,we report a laminacontrolled fine-sand-particle imbricate structure in a set of very fine grained sedimentary rocks(fine sandstone,siltstone,and mudstone)at the Dockyard and Qianceng Cliff areas of Lingshan Island,Qingdao,Shandong,China.Sets of up to 300 laminae are found in stratigraphic profiles in these areas.The laminae are generally less than 1 mm thick,with most being 0.3–0.4 mm thick and the thinnest being<0.1 mm.The dip angle of the imbricate structure varies widely,between 0°and 90°,with an average dip angle of about 40°–50°,which is higher than that of imbricate riverbed gravels(about 34°).The dip angle is a function of the shape and sorting of the particles,as well as the hydrodynamic conditions under which these fine-grained sediments were deposited.Several profiles show well-developed multiscale,soft-sediment deformation structures.Flute casts,load casts,and groove casts are also common.Fragments of carbon remains occur widely and commonly constitute stringers several millimeters thick and up to 10 cm long,together with fine clasts.Vitrain lenticles are also common.Based on the imbricate structure of the Lingshan Island deposits,it is shown that in addition to paleocurrent analysis,the imbricate structure can be used to infer information about fluid properties,transport characteristics,and sedimentary processes of the depositional environment.A near-bottom underflow,either of authigenic origin or derived from cold river water in winter in a delta interdistributary bay or delta-front environment,is inferred to have provided the hydrodynamic setting in which this imbricate structure formed.The imbricate structure,together with other sedimentary structures and features,shows that the sedimentary rocks on Lingshan Island were deposited in an inland,shallow-water environment,such as a delta,and not in a deep-water or submarine continental-slope environment.

目的分析低浓度对比剂对头颈部CT血管成像(CTA)患者受辐射剂量、对比剂肾损伤(CIN)发生率的影响。方法将2022年1月~2022年12月入院的68例行头颈部CTA检查者随机分为低浓度组(34例)与高浓度组(34例),低浓度组使用对比剂为碘克沙醇320mgl/mL,管电压为100kVp,高浓度组对比剂为碘海醇350mg l/mL,管电压为120kVp。比较两组图像主观评分及客观图像质量[各部位CT值、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)]差异,记录两组辐射剂量[CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED)]及CIN等不良反应发生率,并评估两组超重及肥胖人群的SNR、CNR。结果两组图像主观评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2名放射科医生对两组图像判断的一致性均良好(P0.05)。结论碘克沙醇320mgl/mL碘对比剂及100kVp管电压,结合三维自适应迭代剂量降低算法重建,可实现高图像质量及低辐射剂量的双重优点,对降低CIN发生风险也有利,但对于超重、肥胖受检者可能不适用。

以西南片区某库区的深水高墩大跨波形钢腹板连续刚构桥为工程背景,考虑梁端碰撞作用、动水压力以及二者同时作用的影响,采用OpenSees代码平台进行建模,并分别建立混凝土腹板连续刚构桥模型进行对比分析。分析天然地震动与人工地震动下各个模型的地震响应,对比响应结果以探究梁端碰撞和动水压力对波形钢腹板桥的抗震性能影响。结果表明:动水压力对于桥梁自振特性影响主要在第十阶振型之后,梁端碰撞主要影响桥梁第四阶~七阶振型;动水压力会明显增加桥梁动力响应峰值;梁端碰撞作用会降低桥梁纵桥向位移响应,但会增大墩底弯矩;两者共同作用时会降低桥墩的位移与剪力,但会增加墩底的弯矩。

A typical ancient karst cave is found in the Yijianfang Formation of Ordovician at Liuhuanggou,North Tarim Basin.With an entrance of 4.8 m wide and 20 m high,the Liuhuanggou ancient karst cave extends to NW 315° and has been filled by sediments,which can be classified into three types according to their nature and origin:clastic sediments(gravels),chemical sediments(palaeotravertine),and mixed sediments.Among them,the Paleotravertine and gravels are most common.The palaeotravertine is laminated type and yellowish brown or black in color due to oil inside.When saturated with oil,the palaeotravertine is black.Under microscope,oil mainly accumulates in the cracks between calcite crystals.The filling period of the Liuhuanggou karst cave can be divided into three stages:mixed filling,chemical filling,and clastic(palaeotravertine breccia) filling.Numerous fractures are distributed on one side of the karst cave.The fractures can be as wide as 40 cm and over 40 m long.Fractures of different periods and sizes constitute a fracture network and are all filled with calcite veins.Oil can be found inside the fractures.In the chemical fillings,sulfur is also found,which can indicate the magma influence on karst caves.The existence of sulfur also confirms that the Liuhunggou karst cave was formed in ancient times rather than recently or nowadays.Different from normal sedimentary limestone,the ancient Liuhuanggou karst cave has a distinct isotope fractionation and the depletion of heavy carbon and oxygen isotope.Controlled by the northwest oriented vertical strike-slip shear fault,the karst cave is actually a dissolved vertical fault belt.

Metal-to-insulator transitions (MITs),which are achieved in 3d-band correlated transitional metal oxides,trigger abrupt variations in electrical,optical,and/or magnetic properties beyond those of conventional semiconductors.Among such material families,iron(Fe:3d^(6)4s^(2))-containing oxides pique interest owing to their widely tunable MIT properties,which are associated with the various valence states of Fe.Their potential electronic applications also show promise,given the large abundance of Fe on Earth.Representative MIT properties triggered by critical temperature (TMIT) were reported for ReFe_(2)O_(4)(Fe^(2.5+)),ReBaFe_(2)O_(5)(Fe^(2.5+)),Fe_(3)O_(4)(Fe^(2.67+)),Re_(1/3)Sr_(2/3)FeO_(3)(Fe^(3.67+)),Re Cu_(3)Fe_(4)O_(12)(Fe^(3.75+)),and Ca_(1-x)Sr_(x)FeO_(3)(Fe^(4+))(where Re represents rare-earth elements).The common feature of MITs of these Fe-containing oxides is that they are usually accompanied by charge ordering transitions or disproportionation associated with the valence states of Fe.Herein,we review the material family of Fe-containing MIT oxides,their MIT functionalities,and their respective mechanisms.From the perspective of potentially correlated electronic applications,the tunability of the TMITand its resultant resistive change in Fe-containing oxides are summarized and further compared with those of other materials exhibiting MIT functionality.In particular,we highlight the abrupt MIT and wide tunability of TMITof Fe-containing quadruple perovskites,such as Re Cu3Fe4O12.However,their effective material synthesis still needs to be further explored to cater to potential applications.

A radiant floor cooling system(RFCS)is a high-comfort and low energy consumption system suitable for residential buildings.Radiant floor systems usually work with fresh air,and their operating performance is affected by climatic conditions.Indoor and outdoor environmental disturbances and the system’s control strategy affect the indoor thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the system.Firstly,a multi-story residential building model was established in this study.Transient system simulation program was used to study the operation dynamics of three control strategies of the RFCS based on the calibrated model.Then,the performance of the control strategies in five climate zones in China were compared using multi-criteria decision-making in combination.The results show that control strategy has a negligible effect on condensation risk,but the thermal comfort and economic performance differ for different control strategies.The adaptability of different control strategies varies in different climate zones based on the consideration of multiple factors.The performance of the direct-ground cooling source system is better in Hot summer and warm winter zone.The variable air volume control strategy scores higher in Serve cold and Temperate zones,and the hours exceeding thermal comfort account for less than 3%of the total simulation period.Therefore,it is suggested to choose the RFCS control strategy for residential buildings according to the climate zone characteristics,to increase the energy savings.Our results provide a reliable reference for implementing RFCSs in residential buildings.

Blautia has attracted attention because of its potential efficacy in ameliorating host energy metabolism and inflammation.This study aims to investigate the influences of Blautia producta D4 on colitis induced by dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)and to reveal the underlying mechanisms.Results showed that B.producta D4 intervention significantly relieved body weight loss,and suppressed the elevation of pro-inflammatory cytokines(including interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-1β(IL-1β))and excessive oxidative stress(myeloperoxidease(MPO)activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity,and malondialdehyde(MDA)level)in colitis mice.Moreover,the concentrations of tight junction proteins(occludin,claudin-1,and ZO-1)related to the intestinal barrier were obviously elevated,and colitis-related TLR4/NF-κB pathway activation was remarkably inhibited after B.producta D4 intervention.The intestinal microbial disorder was evidently ameliorated by increasing the relative abundance of Clostridium sensu stricto 1,Bifidobacterium,GCA-900066225,Enterorhabdus,and reducing the relative abundance of Lachnospiraceae NK4A136 group.In conclusion,oral administration of B.producta D4 could ameliorate DSS-induced colitis by suppressing inflammatory responses,maintaining the intestinal barrier,inhibiting TLR4/NF-κB pathway,and regulating intestinal microbiota balance.These results are conducive to accelerate the development of B.producta D4 as a functional probiotic for colitis.
