BACKGROUnD post-polypectomy electrocoagulati.n syndrome(ppES)can occur after colonoscopi. polypectomy and i. usually treated conservati.ely wi.h a posi.i.e ***,there can be cases wi.h compli.ati.ns *** SUMMARY A 58-year-old woman,who had no previ.us medi.al hi.tory,vi.i.ed the Emergency Department of another hospi.al wi.h symptoms of abdomi.al pai. and fever,1 d after multi.le colonoscopi. *** abdomi.opelvi. computed tomography(CT)scan demonstrated colo-coloni. i.tussuscepti.n,and she was transferred to our hospi.al to consi.er an *** showed colocoloni. i.tussuscepti.n wi.h ppES and no evi.ence of *** physi.al exami.ati.n showed locali.ed mi.d tenderness on the ri.ht si.ed *** pati.nt fasted and was admi.ted for treatment wi.h i.travenous anti.i.ti.s(pi.eraci.li./tazobactam 4.5 g each 8 h,orni.azole 500 mg each 12 h).After admi.si.n,the symptoms got better and a follow-up CT scan demonstrated resoluti.n of the ppES and *** pati.nt was di.charged on hospi.al day *** Colo-coli. i.tussuscepti.n can occur wi.h ppES,and i. can be properly treated conservati.ely.

Ai.： To evaluate the prevalence and predi.ti.e factors of osteoporosi. i. pati.nts wi.h gastri. adenocarci.oma alter gastrectomy.METHODS： The study i.cluded 133 pati.nts di.gnosed wi.h gastri. adenocarci.oma but who di. not undergo pri.r di.gnosti. work-up for osteoporosi.. Bone mi.eral densi.y （BMD） was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorpti.metry （DXA） and vertebral deformi.y was assessed by plai. X-rays. We evaluated the effects of age, sex, body mass i.dex （BMi., anemi., back pai., vertebral deformi.y, tumor stagi.g, reconstructi.n type, and past medi.al hi.tory to determi.e predi.ti.e factors of osteoporosi. i. these pati.nts.RESULTS： The prevalence of osteoporosi. i. the lumbar spi.e was 38.3% （male, 28.9%; female, 54.0%）, and 15.0% i. the femoral neck （male, 10.8%; female, 22.0%）. The vertebral deformi.y rate was 46.6% （male, 43.4%; female, 52.0%）. Age, BMi.and hemoglobi. correlated wi.h BMD （p 〈 0.01）. i. males, anemi. and age 〉 64 years were i.dependent predi.ti.e factors of osteoporosi. i. multi.ari.te analysi.. i. females, back pai. was an i.dependent factor for osteoporosi..COnCLUSi.n： The results of thi. study revealed that prevalence of osteoporosi. and vertebral bone deformi.y rate were hi.h i. gastri. cancer pati.nts, regardless of post-gastrectomy durati.n and operati.n type. Early di.gnosi. and a proper management plan must be establi.hed i. these pati.nts.

Ai.: To i.vesti.ate the correlati.n among the presence and degree of gastri. metaplasi. of duodenal regenerati.g mucosa, the deformi.y of bulb and the recurrence of duodenal ***: A total of 99 pati.nts wi.h duodenal ulcer were treated wi.h H2-antagoni.t wi.h or wi.hout anti.i.robi.l therapy. All pati.nts recei.ed follow-up endoscopi. exami.ati.ns 6 wk after treatment. When the ulcer(s) were noted to be healed, two bi.psi.s were taken from the ulcer scar for hi.tologi.al study of gastri. metaplasi., and 4 bi.psi.s were taken from antrum for Heli.obacter pylori.H pylori. study. Out of these cases,44 recei.ed further follow-up endoscopi. exami.ati.ns after 3, 6 and 12 mo respecti.ely for studyi.g the recurrence rate of duodenal ulcers. The correlati.n among ulcer recurrence, degree of gastri. metaplasi. of regenerati.g mucosa, bulbar deformi.y, and coloni.ati.n of Hpylori.i. the stomach was then ***: The results showed that there was a strong correlati.n between the deformi.y of duodenal bulb and the degree of gastri. metaplasi. of regenerati.g duodenal mucosa. The recurrence rate of duodenal ulcer had a si.ni.i.ant di.ference between pati.nts wi.h and wi.hout Hpylori.oloni.ati.n i. the stomach (p＜0.001). The greater the degree of gastri. metaplasi. of duodenal regenerati.g mucosa, the hi.her the recurrence rate of duodenal ulcer (p= 0.021). The more deformed the duodenal bulb, the hi.her the i.ci.ence of recurrence of duodenal ulcer (p = 0.03).COnCLUSi.n: There i. a correlati.n among deformi.y of duodenal bulb, gastri. metaplasi. of duodenal regenerati.g mucosa and recurrence of duodenal ulcer.A more severely deformed duodenal bulb i. closely related to a greater extent of gastri. metaplasi.. Both factors contri.ute to the recurrence of duodenal ulcer.

i. the present work we develop a scalable and i.expensi.e desi.n for li.hi.m- sulfur （Li.S） batteri.s by cappi.g a flexi.le gel polymer/carbon nanofi.er （CnF） composi.e membrane onto a free-standi.g and bi.der-free CnF ＋ ni.s6 cathode, thus achi.vi.g a three-di.ensi.nal （3D） structural desi.n. The CnF network i. used as the current collector and S holder to overcome the i.sulati.g nature and volume expansi.n of S, whi.e the composi.e membrane compri.es a gel polymer poly（vi.yli.ene fluori.e-co-hexafluoropropylene）（pVDF-HFp）, and CnF addi.i.e i. used as an i.terlayer to trap polysulfi.es and recycle the remai.i.g S speci.s, leadi.g to a hi.h speci.i. capaci.y and long cycle li.e. Thi. 3D structure enables excellent cyclabi.i.y for 500 cycles at 0.5℃ wi.h a small capaci.y decay of 0.092% per cycle. Furthermore, an outstandi.g cycle stabi.i.y was also achi.ved at even hi.her current densi.i.s （1.0 to 2.0℃）, i.di.ati.g i.s good potenti.l for practi.al appli.ati.ns of Li.S batteri.s.
