Crop improvement is crucial for addressing the global challenges of food security and sustainable *** advancements in high-throughput phenotyping(HTP)technologies and artificial intelligence(AI)have revolutionized the field,enabling rapid and accurate assessment of crop traits on a large *** integration of AI and machine learning algorithms with HTP data has unlocked new opportunities for crop *** algorithms can analyze and interpret large datasets,and extract meaningful patterns and correlations between phenotypic traits and genetic *** technologies have the potential to revolutionize plant breeding programs by providing breeders with efficient and accurate tools for trait selection,thereby reducing the time and cost required for variety ***,further research and collaboration are needed to overcome the existing challenges and fully unlock the power of HTP and AI in crop *** leveraging AI algorithms,researchers can efficiently analyze phenotypic data,uncover complex patterns,and establish predictive models that enable precise trait selection and crop *** aim of this review is to explore the transformative potential of integrating HTP and AI in crop *** review will encompass an in-depth analysis of recent advances and applications,highlighting the numerous benefits and challenges associated with HTP and AI.

Carbon(C)is a key constitutive element in living organisms(plants,microbes,animals,and humans).Carbon is also a basic component of agriculture because it plays a dynamic role in crop growth,development,nutrient cycling,soil fertility,and other agricultural *** presence of C enhances soil physical,chemical,and biological *** C cycle supports all life on the Earth by transferring C between living organisms and the *** global climate is changing,and this change is attributable to the release of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from human *** to the global climate change,agriculture is expected to be majorly *** production is directly linked to the *** five main global C pools are the oceanic,geologic,pedologic,atmospheric,and biotic pools,with specific reservoirs and inter-pool *** soil organic matter has various organic C pools(active,slow,and passive pools),containing various C-based fractions and specific liability ***,geology,land use,and management techniques are some of the variables that affect organic C and its *** dynamics of each of these variables must be understood for a thorough knowledge of how they impact the soil C pools and storage capacity under the changing climate *** review provides a comprehensive overview of the various factors that affect soil C pools/fractions and their C sequestration capacity.

AIM:To detect the expression of tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)in colorectal cancer(CRC)cells among Saudi patients,and correlate its expression with clinical stages of ***:Archival tissue specimens were collected from 30 patients with CRC who had undergone surgical intervention at King Khalid University *** demographic information,including age and gender,tumor sites,and histological type of CRC,was *** measure TNF-a m RNA expression in CRC,total RNA was extracted from tumor formalin-fixed,paraffinembedded,and adjacent normal *** transcription and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction were *** tissue microarrays were constructed to investigate the protein expression of TNF-a by ***:The relative expression of TNF-a m RNA in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that seen in adjacent normal colorectal *** TNF-a gene expression was associated with StageⅢandⅣneoplasms when compared with earlier tumor stages(P=0.004).Eighty-three percent of patients(25/30)showed strong TNF-a positive staining,while only 10%(n=3/30)of patients showed weak staining,and 7%(n=2/30)were *** showed the presence of elevated TNF-a gene expression in cancer cells,which strongly correlated with advanced stages of ***:High levels of TNF-a expression could be an independent diagnostic indicator of colorectal cancer,and targeting TNF-a might be a promising prognostic tool by assessment of the clinical stages of CRC.
