Effects of different soil amendments on physicochemical property of soda saline-alkali soil and crop yield in Northeast China

Soil amendment is one of the most effective methods to improve saline-alkali *** this study,laboratory experiments were conducted to verify the effect of 13 kinds of amendments and their combinations(Citric acid(NM),Phosphogypsum(LS),Aluminum sulfate+citric acid(AL+NM),Aluminum sulfate+phosphogypsum(AL+LS),Aluminum sulfate+citric acid+phosphogypsum(HH),Zeolite(Z),Acidified zeolite(ZH),Aluminum sulfate(AL),Aluminum sulfate+zeolite(AL+Z),Aluminum sulfate+acidified zeolite(AL+ZH),Poly Aluminum chloride(ALCL),Polyaluminium chloride+zeolite(ALCL+Z),Polyaluminium chloride+acidified zeolite(ALCL+ZH))on soil pH,metal cations content,exchangeable Na+,exchangeable sodium percentage(ESP)in the *** then the five most effective amendments(Z,ZH,AL,AL+Z,and AL+ZH)were chosen applying both in dry field(maize field)and paddy field to evaluate their improvement on soda saline-alkali soil and crop yield in the northeast Songnen Plain,*** lab results showed that AL,AL+Z and AL+ZH treatments could significantly reduce the pH in soil solution and increase the content of metal cations.Z and ZH treatments could adsorb metal cations in *** in dry and paddy fields,all five treatments could increase the soil saturated hydraulic conductivity(Ks),increased from 9.63 to 60.02 mm/d and 0.18 to 33.25 mm/d,respectively,of which the AL treatment was the best;all five treatments could reduce the content of exchangeable Na+in soil,and decrease by 38.62%-61.33%and 25.24%-71.53%,respectively,of which the AL+ZH treatment was the best;all treatments could reduce soil exchangeable sodium percentage,and decrease by 0.14-0.22 and 0.14-0.41,respectively,of which the AL+ZH treatment was the best;AL,AL+Z and AL+ZH treatments could improve soil organic matter content;all treatments could effectively improve the yield of crops,and increase 23.98%-60.75%and 52.51%-260.21%,respectively,of which the AL treatment was the best in dry field and the AL+ZH treatment was the best in paddy *** eff

TiO2 nanotube (NT) arrays have been prepared by anodic oxidation of a Ti sheet,and carbon-deposited TiO2 NT arrays have been prepared by annealing TiO2 NT arrays in carbon atmosphere. The biocompatibility of the as-prepared NT arrays was investigated by observing the growth of osteosarcoma (MG-63) cells on the NT arrays. The application of the TiO2 NT arrays as a drug delivery vehicle was investigated. Both the TiO2 NTs and the carbon-modified TiO2 NTs have good biocompatibility supporting the normal growth and adhesion of MG-63 cells with no need of extracellular matrix protein coating. The one end-opened TiO2 NTs can be easily filled with drugs,working as an efficient drug delivery vehicle.

Microbial enzymes are crucial for material biotransformation during the composting *** this study,we investigated the effects of adding bamboo charcoal(BC)(i.e.,at 5%,10%,and 20%corresponding to BC5,BC10,and BC20,respectively)on the enzyme activity levels during chicken manure *** results showed that BC10 could increase the cellulose and urease activities by 56%and 96%,*** bacterial community structure in BC10 differed from those in the other treatments,and Luteivirga,Lactobacillus,Paenalcaligenes,Ulvibacter,Bacillus,Facklamia,Pelagibacterium,Sporosarcina,Cellvibrio,and Corynebacterium had the most important roles in *** with other treatments,BC10 significantly enhanced the average rates of degradation of carbohydrates(Dxylose(40%)andα-D-lactose(44%))and amino acids(L-arginine(16%),L-asparagine(14%),and L-threonine(52%)).We also explored the associations among the bacterial community and their metabolic functions with the changes in the activities of *** analysis demonstrated that BC10 altered the co-occurrence patterns of the bacterial communities,where Ulvibacter and class Bacilli were the keystone bacterial taxa with high capacities for degrading carbon source,and they were related to increases in the activities of cellulase and urease,*** results obtained in this study may help to further enhance the efficiency of composting.

Numerical simulation of the behaviors of test square for prehistoric earthen sites during archaeological excavation

During the process of archaeological excavation in the regions of Southeast China, collapse of test square usually occurs due to poor site-specific conditions. In this paper, the fast Lagrangian analysis of continua in three dimensions（FLAC3D） is employed to reveal the behaviors of test square. Taking the archaeological works in Liangzhu prehistoric earthen sites as the research background, the paper first introduces the geological setting, excavation procedure and monitoring scheme of the studied test square. Then, the deformation of four sides of the test square is modeled using FLAC3D. By comparison, it shows that the numerical results are consistent with the results from field monitoring. The result suggests that the numerical simulation can be effectively applied to representing the actual behaviors of the test square,which is helpful for determination of excavation scheme and stability evaluation of the test square during archaeological excavation.

近年来,极端天气气候事件频发,城市洪涝灾害对社会安全构成严重威胁。为有效处置紧急灾害事件,该文从协同视角出发,以“7·31北京暴雨”作为研究案例,采用结构洞与社会网络分析方法,将参与救援的相关职能部门作为研究对象,构建部门间2-模灾害应急协同网络。通过分析得出:市级应急组织的凝聚力较强,获取资源信息途径较多,拥有更多运用结构洞的能力。相较而言,县-区级应急组织的整体协同能力相对薄弱,其节点关系的衔接程度较松散。基于此提出:强化区县级政府的应急统筹协调能力、深化边缘组织与核心部门之间的合作、提升市-区资源信息的传递效率。为减轻灾害损失、厘清应急网络中的组织协同关系以及完善协同联动机制提供参考。

Crystalline carbon nitride(CCN)has emerged as a highly promising semiconductor photocatalyst with unique properties,such as enhanced charge migration rate,reduced carrier recombination probability,narrow band gap and improved light-harvesting efficiency,which are suitable for a wide range of applications in solar-to-chemical conversion,energy storage,therapeutic and environmental pollution *** the past few years,there has been an increasing number of reviews on CCN ***,most of these reviews mainly focus on synthesis methods,modification and applications,with less emphasis on the relationship between structures and properties,as well as on indepth exploration of the crystalline *** electronic instability of CCN presents challenges for conventional characterization techniques to directly and thoroughly investigate the relationship between its intrinsic atom structure and photocatalytic *** mini-review not only highlights the progress in CCN-based photocatalysts,with a focus on molten-salt synthesis(including solid-salt-induced crystallization),but also emphasizes the atomic structure characterization by specifically introducing the differential phase contrast(DPC)scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM)technique,which is essential for enhancing our understanding of the crystal structure and photocatalytic mechanisms of ***,the review outlines the photocatalytic performance and puts forward potential challenges on CCN *** review will provide a clearer understanding of the relationship in developing precise customization strategies for CCN materials and ultimately explain the regularity and specificity of the enhanced performance in targeted photocatalytic systems.
