JUNO is a.multi-purpose neutrino observa.ory under construction in the south of *** publica.ion presents new sensitivity estima.es for the mea.urement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),a.d sin^(2)θ_(13) oscilla.ion pa.a.eters using rea.tor a.tineutrinos,which is one of the prima.y physics goa.s of the *** sensitivities a.e obta.ned using the best knowledge a.a.la.le to da.e on the loca.ion a.d overburden of the experimenta. site,the nuclea. rea.tors in the surrounding a.ea.a.d beyond,the detector response uncerta.nties,a.d the rea.tor a.tineutrino spectra. sha.e constra.nts expected from the Ta. sa.ellite *** is found tha. the △m_(21)^(2) a.d sin^(2)θ_(12) oscilla.ion pa.a.eters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six yea.s of da.a.*** the sa.e period,the △m_(31)^(2) pa.a.eter will be determined to a.out 0.2%precision for ea.h ma.s ordering *** new precision represents a.proxima.ely a. order of ma.nitude improvement over existing constra.nts for these three pa.a.eters.

The Jia.gmen Underground Neutrino Observa.ory(JUNO)fea.ures a.20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintilla.or sphere a. its ma.n *** of JUNO's fea.ures ma.e it a. excellent loca.ion for^8B sola. neutrino mea.urements,such a. its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compa.ed with wa.er Cherenkov detectors,a.d much la.ger ta.get ma.s compa.ed with previous liquid scintilla.or *** this pa.er,we present a.comprehensive a.sessment of JUNO's potentia. for detecting^8B sola. neutrinos via.the neutrino-electron ela.tic sca.tering process.a.reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be a.hieva.le,a.suming tha. the intrinsic ra.ioa.tive ba.kground^(238)U a.d^(232)Th in the liquid scintilla.or ca. be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten yea.s of da.a.a.quisition,a.proxima.ely 60,000 signa. a.d 30,000 ba.kground events a.e *** la.ge sa.ple will ena.le a. exa.ina.ion of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum tha. is domina.ed by the neutrino fla.or tra.sforma.ion in the dense sola. ma.ter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the mea.ured electron spectra.a.d the predictions of the sta.da.d three-fla.or neutrino oscilla.ion *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO ca. provide evidence of neutrino oscilla.ion in the Ea.th a. a.proxima.ely the 3sigma.2sigma.level by mea.uring the non-zero signa. ra.e va.ia.ion with respect to the sola. zenith ***,JUNO ca. simulta.eously mea.ureDelta.m^2_(21)using^8B sola. neutrinos to a.precision of 20% or better,depending on the centra. va.ue,a.d to sub-percent precision using rea.tor a.tineutrinos.a.compa.ison of these two mea.urements from the sa.e detector will help understa.d the current mild inconsistency between the va.ue of Delta.m^2_(21)reported by sola. neutrino experiments a.d the Ka.La.D experiment.

The Jia.gmen Underground Neutrino Observa.ory(JUNO)is a.la.ge liquid scintilla.or detector designed to explore ma.y topics in funda.enta. *** this study,the potentia. of sea.ching for proton deca. in the p→νK^(+)mode with JUNO is *** ka.n a.d its deca. pa.ticles fea.ure a.clea. three-fold coincidence signa.ure tha. results in a.high efficiency for ***,the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits suppression of the siza.le ba.kground ca.sed by other dela.ed *** on these a.va.ta.es,the detection efficiency for the proton deca. via.p→νK^(+)is 36.9%±4.9%with a.ba.kground level of 0.2±0.05(syst)±0.2(sta.)events a.ter 10 yea.s of da.a.*** estima.ed sensitivity ba.ed on 200 kton-yea.s of exposure is 9.6×1033 yea.s,which is competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this cha.nel a.d complements the use of different detection technologies.
