A phylogenetic approach identifies patterns of beta diversity and floristic subregions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Patterns of taxonomic and phylogenetic beta diversity and their relationships with environmental correlates can help reveal the origin and evolutionary history of regional *** Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)harbors an exceptionally diverse flora,however,a phylogenetic perspective has rarely been used to investigate its beta diversity and floristic *** this study,we used a phylogenetic approach to identify patterns of beta diversity and quantitatively delimit floristic regions on the Qinghai-Tibet *** also examined the relationships between multifaceted beta diversity,geographical distance,and climatic difference,and evaluated the relative importance of various factors(i.e.,climate,topography and history)in shaping patterns of beta diversity.Sørensen dissimilarity indices indicated that patterns of species turnover among sites dominated the *** also found that patterns of both taxonomic and phylogenetic beta diversity were significantly related to geographical distance and climatic *** environmental factors that contributed most to these patterns of beta diversity include annual precipitation,mean annual temperature,climatic gradients and climatic *** dendrograms of dissimilarity and non-metric multidimensional scaling ordination based on phylogenetic beta diversity data identified ten floristic subregions in the *** results suggest that the contemporary environment and historical climate changes have filtered species composition among sites and eventually determined beta diversity patterns of plants in the QTP.

The intricate correlation between multiple degrees of freedom and physical properties is a fascinating area in solid state chemistry and condensed matter ***,we report a quantum-magnetic system BaNi_(2)V_(2)O_(8)(BNVO),in which the spin correlation was modulated by unusual oxidation state,leading to different magnetic *** BNVO was modified with topochemical reduction(TR)to yield TR-BNVO with partially reduced valance state of Ni^(+)in the two-dimensional NiO_(6)-honeycomb ***,the antiferromagnetic order is suppressed by the introduction of locally interposed Ni^(+)and oxygen vacancies,resulting in a ferromagnetic ground state with the transition temperature up to 710 K.A positive magnetoresistance(7.5%)was observed in the TR-BNVO at 40 K under 7 *** findings show that topological reduction is a powerful approach to engineer low-dimensional materials and accelerate the discovery of new quantum magnetism.

水中的细菌会对环境和人类健康造成一定的威胁,而传统的杀菌剂存在二次污染和稳定性差等问题,因此寻求更加高效、环保和可靠的细菌灭活方法,逐步替代传统消毒方式,已经成为水处理领域的重要研究方向。近年来,众多学术研究者积极探索具有抗菌功能的天然高分子絮凝剂,这些材料基于天然高分子化合物如壳聚糖、淀粉和木质素等,不仅表现出环境友好、广泛来源和可再生的特性,还具备极高的改性潜力以满足复杂的实际应用需求。本综述详细阐述了近15年来具有抗菌功能的天然高分子絮凝剂领域的研究进展及应用现状。内容包括基材、改性方法、接枝单体、絮凝性能及机理、抗菌性能及机理等各个方面。此外,展望未来的研究方向,探讨如何进一步优化这些高分子絮凝剂的性能,以满足日益复杂的水处理需求,同时为未来的研究提供学术性观点。为进一步探索具有抗菌功能的天然高分子絮凝剂的学术研究提供深刻的内涵和理论支持。

目的探讨个性化护理在中老年女性脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月平邑县人民医院神经内科收治的70例中老年女性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理,比较两组心理状态和疾病管理自我效能。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组慢性疾病自我效能量表症状管理、疾病共性管理评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可改善中老年女性脑梗死患者的心理状态,提高疾病管理自我效能,改善预后。

Secondary metabolites of mulberry leaves exert anti-lung cancer activity through regulating the PD-L1/PD-1 signaling pathway

Lung cancer ranks the top of malignancies that cause cancer-related deaths *** leaves of Morus alba L are traditional Chinese medicine widely applied in respiratory *** previous work has demonstrated the anti-lung cancer effect of secondary metabolites of mulberry leaf,but their mechanism of action has still not fully *** synthesized Moracin N(man)-Probe conjugated with alkyne to label lung cancer cells and identified protein targets by chemical proteomic *** and its probe exerted similar growth-inhibitory effect on human lung cancer *** proteomic results showed that man targeted the programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)checkpoint pathway and T cell receptor(TCR)signaling pathway,indicating its immune-regulatory ***-free surface plasmon resonance(SPR)results showed the direct interaction of man with PD-L1 *** docking analysis demonstrated that man bound to E158 residue of PD-L1 *** downregulated the expression levels of PD-L1 in a time-and dose-dependent manner and disrupted the PD-L1/programmed death 1(PD-1)binding,including other secondary metabolites of mulberry leaves Guangsangon E(GSE)and Chalcomoracin(CMR).Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)co-cultured with man-treated A549 cells,resulting in the increase of CD8^(+)GZMB^(+)T cells and the decrease of CD8^(+)PD-1^(+)T *** suggested that man exerts anti-cancer effect through blocking the PD-L1/PD-1 *** vivo,man combined with anti-PD-1 antibody significantly inhibited lung cancer development and metastasis,indicating their synergistic *** together,secondary metabolites of mulberry leaves target the PD-L1/PD-1 signaling,enhance T cell-mediated immunity and inhibit the tumorigenesis of lung *** modulatory effect on tumor microenvironment makes them able to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in lung cancer.

Chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection can result in steatosis,a condition displaying aberrant accumulation of neutral lipid vesicles,the component of lipid droplets(LDs),which are essential for HCV ***,the interplays between HCV infection and steatosis remain ***,we show that HCV infected cells having higher levels of CD2 associated protein(CD2 AP),which plays two distinct,yet tightly-linked roles in HCV pathogenesis: elevated CD2 AP binding the domain III of NS5 A via its SH3 *** interaction transports NS5 A to LDs via an actin dependent manner to facilitate viral assembly;up-regulated CD2 AP interacting with E3 ligases cbl/cbl-c to degrade insulin receptor substrate 1(IRS1),which in turn disrupts insulin signaling and increases LDs accumulation thru the IRS1-Akt-AMPK-hormone sensitive lipase(HSL) signaling axis to accommodate viral *** HCV infected mouse model and human subjects,CD2 AP expression is up-regulated and the upregulation correlates well with liver *** importantly,hepatocellular carcinoma showed significantly stronger CD2 AP staining than peritumor ***: CD2 AP was identified as a protein upregulated by HCV infection,which in turn stimulated HCV assembly and steatosis by disrupting insulin signaling,targeting CD2 AP may offer an opportunity for alleviating HCV infection and its associated liver pathology.

Background:Oral anti-coagulants(OAC)are the intervention for the prevention of stroke,which consistently improve clinical outcomes and survival among patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).The main purpose of this study is to identify problems in OAC utilization among hospitalized patients with AF in ***:Using data from the Improving Care for Cardiovascular Disease in China-Atrial Fibrillation(CCC-AF)registry,guideline-recommended OAC use in eligible patients was ***:A total of 52,530 patients with non-valvular AF were enrolled from February 2015 to December 2019,of whom 38,203 were at a high risk of stroke,9717 were at a moderate risk,and 4610 were at a low *** admission,only 20.0%(6075/30,420)of patients with a diagnosed AF and a high risk of stroke were taking *** use of pre-hospital OAC on admission was associated with a lower risk of new-onset ischemic stroke/transient ischemic attack among the diagnosed AF population(adjusted odds ratio:0.54,95%confidence interval:0.43-0.68;P70%of AF patients were at a high risk of *** poor performance on guideline-recommended OAC use was found in this study,over time the CCC-AF project has made progress in stroke prevention in the Chinese AF ***

Dear Editor,Electric vehicle(EV)sales have significantly grown over the years to fulfill growing demands for economic travel and greenhouse gas mitigation.1 However,the surge in the number of EVs has led to charging anxiety as users struggle to find an available charging station before running out of electricity,resulting in longer reserve and waiting times.2 Moreover,severe mobility restrictions caused by infectious diseases,such as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),have greatly affected people’s travel behavior3,4 and hindered their willingness to use EVs,given that charging in public spaces consumes time and increases the risk of contracting the virus.5 This implies that in the postpandemic era,in which individuals coexist with the virus,the interplay between the two important trends,namely vehicle electrification and mobility restrictions,can extensively affect people’s daily commuting by using EVs.

党和国家的一系列法规和政策为开放大学推动“三教”协同创新和学习型城市建设指明了方向,同时开放大学也存在着内涵建设不足、专业开设与市场匹配度不高、人才培养模式不适应等问题。通过对14份省级开放大学“十四五”事业发展规划文本围绕发展基础、发展目标、实践路径和保障措施进行质性分析发现,可以通过三个方面助力省级开放大学的创新发展,即:夯实数字化转型基础,开启开放大学治理的新征程;改革创新学历继续教育人才培养模式,构建“三教”协同创新新生态;推动人才队伍建设,打造服务学习型城市建设新高地。
