Designing highly efficient and low-cost electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction is important for many renewable energy *** particular,strain engineering has been demonstrated as a powerful strategy to enhance the electrochemical performance of catalysts;however,the required complex catalyst preparation process restricts the implementation of strain ***,we report a simple self-template method to prepare hierarchical porous Co_(3)O_(4)nanowires(PNWs)with tunable compressive strain via thermal-oxidation-transformation of easily prepared oxalic acid-cobalt nitrate(Co(NO_(3))_(2))composite *** on the complementary theoretical and experimental studies,the selection of proper solvents in the catalyst preparation is not only vital for the hierarchical structural evolution of Co_(3)O_(4) but also for regulating their compressive surface *** of the rich surface active sites and optimized electronic Co d band centers,the PNWs exhibit the excellent activity and stability for oxygen evolution reaction,delivering a low overpotential of 319 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)in 1 M KOH with a mass loading 0.553 mg·cm^(−2),which is even better than the noble metal catalyst of RuO_(2).This work provides a cost-effective example of porous Co_(3)O_(4)nanowire preparation as well as a promising method for modification of surface strain for the enhanced electrochemical performance.

BACKGROUND Liver cirrhosis is a major risk factor for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)development in chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Serum Mac-2 binding protein glycosylation isomer(M2 BPGi) is a novel serological marker for fibrosis. The role of M2 BPGi in prediction of HCC is *** To examine the role of serum M2 BPGi in predicting HCC development in hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-negative *** Treatment-naive CHB patients with documented spontaneous HBeAg seroconversion were recruited. Serum M2 BPGi was measured at baseline(within3 years from HBeAg seroconversion), at 5 years and 10 years after HBeAg seroconversion and expressed as cut-off index(COI). Multivariate cox regression was performed to identify predictors for HCC development. ROC analysis was used to determine the cut-off value of M2 *** Among 207 patients(57% male, median age at HBeAg seroconversion 40 years old) with median follow-up of 13.1(11.8-15.5) years, the cumulative incidence of HCC at 15 years was 7%. Median M2 BPGi levels were significantly higher in patients with HCC compared to those without HCC(baseline: 1.39 COI vs 0.38 COI, P < 0.001; 5-year: 1.45 COI vs 0.47 COI, P < 0.001; 10-year: 1.20 COI vs 0.55 COI, P = 0.001). Multivariate analysis revealed age at HBeAg seroconversion[odds ratio(OR) = 1.196, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.034-1.382, P = 0.016] and baseline M2 BPGi(OR = 4.666, 95%CI: 1.296-16.802, P = 0.018) were significant factors predictive of HCC. Using a cut-off value of 0.68 COI, baseline M2 BPGi yielded AUROC of 0.883 with 91.7% sensitivity and 80.8% *** High serum M2 BPGi within 3 years after HBeAg seroconversion was a strong predictor for subsequent HCC development in treatment-naive HBeAg-negative CHB patients.

Metal contamination in the environment is a global concern due to its high toxicity to living organisms and its worldwide distribution. The principal goal of this review is to examine the current strategies and technologies for the remediation of metal- contaminated soils by metal-accumulating plants and assess the roles of arbnscular mycorrhizal （AM） fungi in remediation of soils under hyperaccumulator or non-accumulator plants. The use of plants to remove metals from the environment or reduce the toxicity, known as phytoremediation, is an environmentally sustainable and low cost remediation technology. The mechanisms of the use of hyperaccumulator plants for phytoremediation included solubilization of the metal in the soil matrix, the plant uptake of the metal, detoxification/chelation and sequestration, and volatilization. Recently, some ecologists have found that phytoremediation with the aids of mycorrhizae can enhance efficiency in the removal of toxic metals. AM fungi can facilitate the survival of their host plants growing on metal-contaminated land by enhancing their nutrient acquisition, protecting them from the metal toxicity, absorbing metals, and also enhancing phytostabilization and phytoextraction. Such information may be useful for developing phytoremediation program at metal-contaminated sites.

多巴胺调控秀丽隐杆线虫遗忘的机制研究

为探究多巴胺信号途径在遗忘中的作用及分子调控机制,利用秀丽隐杆线虫食物-丁酮正向联想性学习模型对多巴胺信号途径关键组分进行筛选,包括酪氨酸羟化酶(CAT-2)、多巴胺转运体(DAT-1)、多巴胺受体(DOP-1/2/3/4)、G蛋白以及下游cAMP和PLC途径。结果显示:cat-2突变或6-OHDA处理阻碍了多巴胺信号的正常传递,从而导致线虫的学习和记忆保留能力明显下降;dat-1突变导致多巴胺的重摄取功能受阻,表现为加速遗忘;dop-1突变株的记忆保留存在缺陷,而dop-2、dop-3和dop-4突变株与对照组无明显差异;在筛选作用于多巴胺受体下游的G蛋白GSA-1、GOA-1、EGL-30中,仅gsa-1突变加速了遗忘。此外,对多巴胺下游的cAMP和PLC途径关键成员进行筛选,发现cAMP途径中kin-2(PKA)的突变加速遗忘发生。结果表明,在秀丽隐杆线虫中,多巴胺可能通过DOP-1/GSA-1/PKA通路参与调控遗忘。这些实验结果将为多巴胺在遗忘方面的研究提供理论依据,并为比较多巴胺系统在物种进化上的相似性和差异性提供参考。

本文采用一种任意形状的整型或非整型小波变换 ,结合高效的SPIHT(SetPartitioningInHierarchicalTrees)图像编码算法 ,分别实现了任意形状感兴趣区的无损压缩和非感兴趣的有损压缩算法 .另外本文还提出了两种感兴趣区优先编码策略 ,可以保证在极低的码率下感兴趣区的重建质量远远好于非感兴趣区的重建质量 ,满足用户快速、个性化的浏览需求 .这些方法得到的压缩码流都具有嵌入的特点。

图像放大技术在众多研究领域中有着重要的应用.本文提出一种基于分形码和模型约束的图像放大算法,分形码能够包含图像的空间信息和图像本身的自相似信息,模型约束能够有效的限制放大引入的误差.我们首先对图像采用多种值域块分割方案计算得到多组分形码,并由此得到多个放大图像,然后对放大图像进行平均,从而降低编码误差,最后采用约束模型对放大图像进行修正.实验结果表明,利用本文的方法可以大大提高放大图像的PSNR.

针对人脸图像超分辨率复原问题,提出了一种新的基于自样本学习的超分辨率复原算法。该算法从输入图像本身提取训练样本库,并采用矢量量化的方法对训练样本进行分类。再利用并行设计的多类预测器对每类样本进行学习训练,指导高频信息的估计重建。对来自输入图像本身的自样本训练集合和来自特定训练图像库的特定训练样本集合进行了对比研究。实验结果表明提出算法在图像重建质量和实现速度上都有很好的表现。

Cu_(2)Mg_(Sn)S_(4)(CZTS)is a promising photovoltaic absorber material,however,efficiency is largely hindered by potential fluctuation and a band tailing problem due to the abundance of defect complexes and low formation energy of an intrinsic Cu_(Zn)*** to CZTS by group I,II,or IV element replacement to circumvent this challenge has grown research *** this work,using a hybrid(HSE06)functional,we demonstrated the qualitative similarity of defect thermodynamics and electronic properties in Cu_(2)Mg_(Sn)S_(4)(CMTS)to *** show Sn_(Mg)to be abundant when in Sn-and Cu-rich condition,which can be detrimental,while defect properties are largely similar to CZTS in Sn-and *** Sn-and Cu-poor chemic-al potential,there is a general increase in formation energy in most defects except Sn_(Mg),Cu_(Mg)remains as the main contribu-tion to p-type carriers,and Sn_(Mg)may be detrimental because of a deep defect level in the mid gap and the possibility of form-ing defect complex Sn_(Mg)+Mg_(Sn).Vacancy diffusion is studied using generalized gradient approximation,and we find similar va-cancy diffusion properties for Cu vacancy and lower diffusion barrier for Mg vacancy,which may reduce possible Cu-Mg dis-order in *** findings further confirm the feasibility of CMTS as an alternative absorber material to CZTS and suggest the possibility for tuning defect properties of CZTS,which is crucial for high photovoltaic performance.
