The operation of electricity grids has become increasingly complex due to the current upheaval and the increase in renewable energy *** a consequence,active grid management is reaching its limits with conventional *** the context of the Learning to Run a Power Network(L2RPN)challenge,it has been shown that Reinforcement Learning(RL)is an efficient and reliable approach with considerable potential for automatic grid *** this article,we analyse the submitted agent from Binbinchen and provide novel strategies to improve the agent,both for the RL and the rule-based *** main improvement is a N-1 strategy,where we consider topology actions that keep the grid stable,even if one line is ***,we also propose a topology reversion to the original grid,which proved to be *** improvements are tested against reference approaches on the challenge test sets and are able to increase the performance of the rule-based agent by 27%.In direct comparison between rule-based and RL agent we find similar ***,the RL agent has a clear computational *** also analyse the behaviour in an exemplary case in more detail to provide additional ***,we observe that through the N-1 strategy,the actions of both the rule-based and the RL agent become more diversified.

Tunnel oxide passivated contact solar cells have evolved into one of the most promising silicon solar cell concepts of the past decade,achieving a record efficiency of 25%.We study the transport mechanisms of realistic tunnel oxide structures,as encountered in tunnel oxide passivating contact(TOPCon) solar *** transport is affected by various factors,including oxide layer thickness,hydrogen passivation,and oxygen *** the thickness of the tunnel oxide layer increases,a faster decline of conductivity is obtained computationally than that observed *** tunneling seems not to explain the transport characteristics of tunnel oxide ***,it can be shown that recombination of multiple oxygen defects in a-SiOx can generate atomic silicon nanowires in the tunnel ***,new and energetically favorable transmission channels are generated,which dramatically increase the total current,and could provide an explanation for our experimental *** work proves that hydrogenated silicon oxide(SiOx:H) facilitates high-quality passivation,and features good electrical conductivity,making it a promising hydrogenation material for TOPCon solar *** carefully selecting the experimental conditions for tuning the SiOx:H layer,we anticipate the simultaneous achievement of high open-circuit voltage and low contact resistance.

瑞典新的洪水设计及大坝安全指南对全国水库大坝的安全提出了更高的要求。指南对每一条河流情况进行了复核并找到了较好的解决方案,即储水和提高溢洪道泄洪能力相结合的方案。为了符合指南的要求,瑞典全国上下都在实施一个大坝安全计划,对大量的水库大坝提高其安全性能,以满足更高的洪水设计(及其它方面)的要求。技术方案包括大坝加固、溢洪道泄洪能力提升和临时储水设施。Stenkullafor 水库大坝设有一个 2 闸控制的敞开式溢洪道。该水库修改后的设计洪水将比现有溢洪道泄洪能力提高 40%。根据成本效益分析,提高溢洪道泄流能力的主要措施是降低其中一个闸门顶高程,以适应需要提高的泄洪能力。通过水工模型试验,一方面优化溢洪道顶部轮廓,另一方面降低溢洪道顶部改造和新闸门的成本。溢洪道右侧闸门底高程降低 4.3 m,并新安装一扇更高的闸门。现在,大坝的安全性能已得到提高。对水工模型试验和施工时的洪水风险,施工过程及其遇到的困难进行了介绍,并对坝体加固、上游坡新的侵蚀防护、下游消能及下游行洪渠道等工程措施进行了描述。

Magnesium(Mg)–based alloys are becoming attractive materials for medical applications as temporary bone implants for support of fracture healing,*** a suture *** to their mechanical properties and biocompatibility,they may replace titanium or stainless-steel implants,commonly used in orthopedic ***,patient safety has to be assured by finding a long-term balance between metal degradation,osseointegration,bone ultrastructure adaptation and element distribution in *** order to determine the implant behavior and its influence on bone and tissues,we investigated two Mg alloys with gadolinium contents of 5 and 10 wt percent in comparison to permanent materials titanium and polyether ether *** implants were present in rat tibia for 10,20 and 32 weeks before sacrifice of the *** radiation-based micro computed tomography enables the distinction of features like residual metal,degradation layer and bone ***,X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence yield information on parameters describing the bone ultrastructure and elemental composition at the bone-to-implant ***,with element specific mass spectrometry,the elements and their accumulation in the main organs and tissues are *** results show that Mg-xGd implants degrade in vivo under the formation of a stable degradation layer with bone remodeling similar to that of Ti after 10 *** accumulation of Mg and Gd was observed in selected organs,except for the interfacial bone after 8 months of ***,we confirm that Mg-5Gd and Mg-10Gd are suitable material choices for bone implants.

设计了一种喷嘴直接注入式农药喷洒系统。通过与传统喷雾机械比较,简述了喷嘴直接注入式喷雾系统的结构和喷雾执行单元。为了实现农药定量注入,设计一种基于电磁原理的快速响应阀,并论述其工作原理和闭环控制方式。通过试验测试了喷雾执行单元的喷雾特性和喷杆组内各喷雾单元的一致性。结果表明在一定喷洒速率范围内,喷雾执行单元的喷水量和水压强存在多项式关系,农药注入量和PWM信号的高电平时间存在指数关系,其决定系数均高于0.9,并且同一喷杆组内6个喷雾单元的喷雾效果大体一致。

Magnesium is attractive for the application as a temporary bone implant due to its inherent biodegradability,non-toxicity and suitable mechanical *** degradation process of magnesium in physiological environments is complex and is thought to be a diffusion-limited transport *** use a multi-scale imaging approach using micro computed tomography and transmission X-ray microscopy(TXM)at resolutions below 40 ***,we are able to evaluate the nanoporosity of the degradation layer and infer its impact on the degradation process of pure magnesium in two physiological *** samples were degraded in simulated body fluid(SBF)or Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium(DMEM)with 10%fetal bovine serum(FBS)for one to four *** reveals the three-dimensional interconnected pore network within the degradation layer for both *** pore network morphology and degradation layer composition are similar for all *** contrast,the degradation layer thickness in samples degraded in SBF was significantly higher and more inhomogeneous than in DMEM+10%*** features could be observed within the degradation layer of samples degraded in SBF,suggesting the formation of microgalvanic cells,which are not present in samples degraded in DMEM+10%*** results suggest that the nanoporosity of the degradation layer and the resulting ion diffusion processes therein have a limited influence on the overall degradation *** indicates that the influence of organic components on the dampening of the degradation rate by the suppression of microgalvanic degradation is much greater in the present study.

We present a diode-pumped, electro-optically Q-switched Tm:YAG laser with a cryogenically cooled laser crystal at120 K. Output pulses of up to 2.55 mj and 650 ns duration were demonstrated in an actively Q-switched configuration with a repetition rate of 1 Hz. By using cavity dumping the pulse duration was shortened to 18 ns with only a slightly lower output energy of 2.22 mj. Furthermore, using a simplified rate equation model, we discuss design constraints on the pump fluence in a pulse pump approach for Tm:YAG to maximize the energy storage capability at a given pump power.
