This paper proposes a novel approach for physical human-robot interactions(pHRI), where a robot provides guidance forces to a user based on the user performance. This framework tunes the forces in regards to behavior of each user in coping with different tasks, where lower performance results in higher intervention from the robot. This personalized physical human-robot interaction(p2HRI) method incorporates adaptive modeling of the interaction between the human and the robot as well as learning from demonstration(LfD) techniques to adapt to the users' performance. This approach is based on model predictive control where the system optimizes the rendered forces by predicting the performance of the user. Moreover, continuous learning of the user behavior is added so that the models and personalized considerations are updated based on the change of user performance over time. Applying this framework to a field such as haptic guidance for skill improvement, allows a more personalized learning experience where the interaction between the robot as the intelligent tutor and the student as the user,is better adjusted based on the skill level of the individual and their gradual improvement. The results suggest that the precision of the model of the interaction is improved using this proposed method,and the addition of the considered personalized factors to a more adaptive strategy for rendering of guidance forces.

Objective:The present study aimed to identify predictive factors for mortality among elderly individuals infected with *** and Materials:This historical cohort study was conducted from July to December 2021 in the specialized departments for COVID-19 patients at one of the hospitals in Mashhad,*** were collected from the medical records of 404 elderly *** was conducted using the convenience sampling *** were gathered through a demographic and clinical checklist developed by the *** and multivariate Cox regression were used to analyze the ***:The mortality rate among elderly individuals was 25%(n=101).Multiple regression analysis revealed significant associations between mortality and age(hazard ratio[HR]=0.58,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.38,0.88;P=0.011),level of consciousness(HR=0.31,95%CI:0.19,0.50;P<0.001),and SpO2(HR=0.58,95%CI:0.37,0.92;P=0.022).The probability of survival after the 19th day of hospitalization was 50%.Conclusions:Determining predictors of death allows for early identification of elderly individuals at risk and enables the health-care team to provide more effective care,ultimately saving the lives of elderly individuals by allocating appropriate facilities and equipment.

The influence of 0.01% to 0. 25% of Aluminum content （in mass percent） on the mechanical properties and cold workability of low thermal expansion Fe-33Ni-15Co sheets in the annealed and hot rolled condition was investigated. Addition of Al up to 0.15 % resulted in the increase of ductility and tougianess and improvement of workability. Besides, achievement of fine grain structure and increase in the amount of annealing twins caused ductility to improve. Addition of Al higher than 0.15 % led to the increase in oxidation reaction during melting process and to refine under argon atmosphere. This caused the volume fraction of Al containing inclusions to increase and consequently the ductility and toughness to decrease.

Initial works in ad hoc routing have considered only the problem of providing efficient mechanisms for finding paths in such networks,without considering security as a major *** such a trusted environment,malicious behaviors can disturb routing *** present the design and performance evaluation of a new secure on-demand routing protocol for ad hoc networks, called *** is robust against attackers from outside of the network and even it prevents compromised nodes from tampering with uncompromised routes consisting of uncompromised *** of using symmetric cryptography in its structure,CASR is robust against large number of types of Denial-of -Service ***,due to the applying of the random key predistributions method to the routing process our proposed scheme reaches a trade-off between the degree of security and complexity.

本文研究了熔体过热温度、浇注系统的位置、棒状和微粉状晶粒细化剂等不同参数对纯铝力学性能和结构性能的影响。结果表明,提高熔体温度和采用高传热率浇注系统将纯铝的极限拉伸强度提高了7%。此外,在过热熔体中引入2 wt%Al–5Ti–1B棒状晶粒细化剂,可使合金的极限拉伸强度提高2倍。通过XRD和断口形貌分析发现在合金中加入2 wt%Al–5Ti–1B微粉状晶粒细化剂,可以消除Al3Ti脆性相,从而提高其极限拉伸强度,比加入棒状晶粒细化剂的合金高32%。

In this paper, we study the problem of distributed relay beamforming for a bidirectional cognitive relay network which consists of two secondary transceivers and K cognitive relay nodes and a primary network with a transmitter and receiver, using underlay model. For effective use of spectrum, we propose a Multiple Access Broadcasting (MABC) two-way relaying scheme for cognitive networks. The two transceivers transmit their data towards the relays and then relays retransmit the processed form of signal towards the receiver. Our aim is to design the beamforming coefficients to maximize quality of service (QoS) for the secondary network while satisfying tolerable interference constraint for the primary network. We show that this approach yields a closed-form solution. Our simulation results show that the maximum achievable SINR improved while the tolerable interference temperature becomes not strict for primary receiver.

Objective: To describe the primary carcinoma of the retroperitoneum that was positive for human papillomavirus (HPV), a surrogate molecular marker for high-risk HPV (p16) and p53. Methods: This is a case report. Results: We report a case of 50-year-old woman with a large retroperitoneal mass (squamous cell carcinoma on histology) that was treated in September of 2014 with radical concurrent chemotherapy with weekly cisplatin and pelvic radiation (4500 cGY) and additional right pelvic boost of 900 cGY. It was assumed she had FIGO stage IIIB local advanced cervical cancer. She initially presented with the right leg swelling, severe pain and difficulty in walking and was treated with antibiotics for presumed cellulitis. Several months later right leg extensive deep vein thrombosis (DVT) was diagnosed and was started on anticoagulation. CT scan and MRI reported a large right-sided retroperitoneal mass occluding the illiac vessels and ureter. The mass had invaded into the adjacent pelvic sidewall, with destruction of the iliacus muscle and underlying iliac wing. MRI showed that the cervix and uterus were both normal. On examination cervix appeared grossly normal and cervical punch biopsy revealed HSIL only. CT-guided biopsy of the mass revealed a moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma positive for p16 and p53. Conclusion: Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the retroperitoneum is a real entity that is unknown. It is unclear if primary neoplasia in the cervix was small from which a cell clone arose and migrated to the retroperitoneal space.
