对来自波兰及英国的2个相同品种的油菜种子样品进行了健康测试,并重点观察了油菜黑胫病病原菌(Letosphaeriamac ulans/Phomalingam)感染的程度及菌系类型.结果表明来自2个国家的种子都一定程度受微生物感染,品种间差异不大,所检测到的较多的菌属为Alternaria,Fusarium及Penicillium.黑胫病病原菌感染的百分率波兰种子样品平均为0.5%,英国种子样品平均为0.6%,菌系鉴定表明,7.1%的波兰株系及12.3%的英国株系为强致病的Tox+类型.此外,还发现健康测试前种子表面消毒可提高黑胫病病原菌的检出率.

AIM To evaluate selected intestinal parameters of oxidative stress, and antioxidant capacity in adult celiac disease patients with extraintestinal *** The study involved 85 adult patients divided into the following subgroups:(1) patients with newly diagnosed celiac disease(CD)(n = 7);(2) celiac patients not adhering to a gluten-free diet(GFD)(n = 22);(3) patients with CD on the GFD(n = 31); and(4) patients with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, serving as controls(n = 25). Celiac patients presented with non-classic symptoms or extraintestinal manifestations. Standard blood tests including serum antioxidant levels(uric acid, bilirubin, and vitamin D), celiac antibody levels, and histopathological status of duodenal biopsy specimens have been determined. The expression of m RNA for tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), interleukin 1β(IL-1β), interleukin 10(IL-10), superoxide dismutase(SOD), heat-shock protein 70(HSP-70), hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1α), and BAX in the duodenal mucosa of patients was analyzed by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS The mean plasma uric acid level in patients with active CD(newly diagnosed and nonadherent patients) and treated celiac patients was significantly higher than in controls(260.17 ± 53.65 vs 190.8 ± 22.98, P < 0.001, and 261.7 ± 51.79 vs 190.8 ± 22.98, P < 0.001, respectively). The mean bilirubin concentration in active and treated celiac patients was significantly lower than in controls(8.23 ± 5.04 vs 10.48 ± 4.08, P < 0.05 and 8.06 ± 3.31 vs 10.48 ± 4.08, P < 0.05, respectively). The mean plasma vitamin D level was significantly lower in active celiac patients than in treated celiac patients and controls(19.37 ± 9.03 vs 25.15 ± 11.2, P < 0.05 and 19.37 ± 9.03 vs 29.67 ± 5.12, P < 0.001, respectively). Vibratory driving is the most efficient method of sheet pile installation. The elimination or at least reduction of harmful consequences of sheet pile vibratory driving becomes an increasingly important and often the decisive factor in the selection of the excavation protection technology. In difficult soil conditions with strength soil parameters, pressure water jetting precedes sheet pile driving. This technique changes the soil properties, destroying its existing structure near the installed sheet pile. Unfortunately, the results and achievements of contractors using this technique are very often held confidential or simply remain in the records and it is difficult to find papers on this subject. This article features a detailed description of jet-assisted sheet pile driving, including a prefabrication description for the sheet pile toe used to jet water through, water pressure and quantity data and the results with regard to reduce vibrations and noise, as well as to the increase in sheet pile vibratory driving performance.

21世纪的中波关系——“一带一路”对两国关系的促进作用研究

中波关系从一开始就复杂而含糊不清。到目前为止,只有少数研究者试图对两个国家间的相互关系与合作进行更深入地研究。在两国关系中从一开始就存在着一种障碍,像世界强国总是试图让其盟友间保持紧密关系,并且不让他们对世界强国的对手奉行独立政策。在中国的全球倡议开始时——新丝绸之路——两国关系发生了巨大的变化。本论文《21世纪的中波关系——“一带一路”对两国关系的促进作用研究》的目的是描述中华人民共和国与波兰共和国互相关系发展过程、贸易交换并且分析“一带一路”倡议和《17+1合作》如何促进双方的合作。本文的主要假设是:“中国与波兰在“一带一路”合作下由于带来了波兰诸多盈利和提高它在国际舞台上的地位,因此会引起两个国家的关系将来很可能变得更密切”。为了寻找近年来中波关系快速发展的原因并且能够更好地理解这个话题本文在防御性现实主义理论的基础上采用文献研究法。然后为了更充分地研究这个假设,在这里两个问题被提出:一、波兰的地理位置如何影响它的外交政策?二、波兰在欧盟里提高自己的地位对中波的关系会带来什么影响?本文引用的参考文献基本上是波兰文和中文。在这两种语言中大多数文献的目的是从两个方面介绍相互关系,并将其融合到更全面的研究中。为了更深入地了解中波关系的各个方面以及西方国家对中波关系的分析,在这里几个英文文献也被提出。本文从一个全新的视角来分析中波关系及其未来,将对已有的研究做出重要贡献。同时,由于此话题的中文参考文献资源不足,所以本论文可以促进中国对整个中东欧地区和波兰的研究更加多元化。论文由导论、正文(分三个章节)、结论和参考文献组成。导论部分介绍本文的研究背景、研究内容和意义。第一章介绍波兰对西方和非西方国家奉行的外交政策,以及历史和地理位置是如何塑造它的外交政策的。第二章描述新丝绸之路和在此倡议下出现的区域合作。最后一章深入地研究了在新丝绸之路和区域合作下的双边关系以及这种的情况对两国经济和国际地位产生的影响。然后在结论里对最重要的问题给予了答案,并提供了证据表明随着新丝绸之路的发展和区域合作中波关系将在未来变得非常密切。

Examination of the Stability of Amoxicillin in Compounded Suppositories and Ointments

We examined the stability of amoxicillin trihydrate from the preparation Augmentin in compounded forms of drugs such as vaginal suppositories and ointments. The quantity of the antibiotic in the preparations studied was determined directly after they had been made and after a lapse of 7 and 14 days. We also carried out comparative examinations of the stability of sodium amoxicillin （Tarommentin） and sodium ampicillin （Ampicillin） in ointments with an addition of a boric acid solution. The examinations confirmed the stability of amoxicillin trihydrate in suppositories and in anhydrous and hydrated ointments. The content of this antibiotic in ointmems with an addition of a boric acid solution decreases slightly. Comparative studies of the stability of sodium amoxicillin and sodium amoxicillin revealed a markedly lower stability of the two antibiotics in comparison to the stability of amoxicillin trihydrate.

Background and Aims: Structure and composition of plant roots surfaces are extremely complicated. Water vapor adsorption/desorption isotherm is a powerful tool to characterize such surfaces. The aim of this paper is to present theoretical approach for calculating roots surface parameters as adsorption energy, distribution of surface adsorption centers, as well as roots geometric and structure parameters as surface fractal dimension, nanopore sizes and size distributions on example of experimental isotherms of roots of barley taken from the literature. This approach was up to date practically not applied to study plant roots. Methods: Simplest tools of theoretical analysis of adsorption/desorption isotherms are applied. Results: Parameters characterizing energy of water binding, surface complexity and nanopore system of the studied roots were calculated and compared to these of the soils. Some possible applications of root surface parameters to study plant-soil interactions are outlined. Conclusions: Physicochemical surface parameters may be important for characterizing root surface properties, their changes in stress conditions, as well as for study and model plant processes. Physicochemical and geometrical properties of plant roots differ from these of the soils.

Phytoremediation Potential of Selected Energetic Plants （Miscanthus giganteus L. and Phalaris arundinacea L.） in Dependence on Fertilization

This paper present the influence of fertilization in cultivation Miscanthus giganteus L. and Phalaris arundinacea L. in the process of phytoremediation of Cd, Ni and Zn. Research show that after first year of vegetation, Cd （0.344 mg·kg^-1 dry mass （d.m.）） and Zn （29.47 mg·kg^-1 d.m.） were the most absorbed metals by the biomass ofMiscanthus giganteus L. grown on soil fertilized with municipalsludge （OW）. However, in the case of the reed canary grass, the correlation can be attributed to the Ni （3.76 mg·kg^-1 d.m.） and Zn （122.6 mg·kg^-1 d.m.）. In turn, after the second year of vegetation, all of the tested metals are characterized by a lower absorption as compared to the first year. In the case of reed canary grass, Cd and Zn content in the biomass after the second year of vegetation was similar to the control, while the Ni concentration was lower in relation to the control. In the case of Miscanthus giganteus L., it was observed that the concentration of Ni and Zn in the biomass after the second year of vegetation was similar to the control, while the Cd content varied in dependence on the applied fertilizer.

AIM:To assess the mucosa-associated bacterial microflora and mucus layer in adolescents with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) .METHODS:Sixty-one adolescents(mean age 15 years,SD ± 4.13) were included in the *** biopsies from inflamed and non-inflamed mucosa of IBD patients and from controls with functional abdominal pain were cultured under aerobic and anaerobic *** number of microbes belonging to the same group was calculated per weight of collected *** mucus thickness in frozen samples was measured under a fluorescent ***:The ratios of different bacterial groups in inflamed and non-inflamed mucosa of IBD patients and controls were specific for particular *** *** predominant in the inflamed mucosa of Crohn's disease(CD) patients(80% of all bacteria) ,and Lactobacillus *** predominant in ulcerative colitis patients(90%) .The differences were statistically significant(P = 0.01-0.001) .Lower number of bifidobacteria was observed in the whole IBD group.A relation was also found between clinical and endoscopic severity and decreased numbers of Lactobacillus and,to a lesser extent,of Streptococcus in biopsies from CD *** mucus layer in the inflamed sites was significantly thinner as compared to controls(P = 0.0033) and to non-inflamed areas in IBD patients(P = 0.031) .CONCLUSION:The significantly thinner mucosa of IBD patients showed a predominance of some aerobes specific for particular diseases,their numbers decreased in relation to higher clinical and endoscopic activity of the disease.
