HCa.e.hibits the.a.e.tic e.fe.ts on multiple.scle.osis, we.e.ta.lishe. fe.a.e.C57BL/6 mouse.mode.s of multiple.scle.osis, i.e., e.pe.ime.ta. a.toimmune.e.ce.ha.omye.itis, using Comple.e.Fre.nd＇s a.juva.t （CFa. e.ulsion conta.ning mye.in oligode.drocyte.glycoprote.n （35-55）. Tre.0}me.t with HCa.a. 2 g/kg/d for 3 we.ks obviously improve. the.symptoms of ne.ve.injury of e.pe.ime.ta. a.toimmune.e.ce.ha.omye.itis mice. de.re.0}e. se.um inte.le.lin-6, tumor ne.rosis fa.tor a.pha. nitric oxide. a.d ma.ondia.de.yde.le.e.s, a.d incre.0}e. supe.oxide.dismuta.e.a.d gluta.hione.re.uc- ta.e.a.tivitie..
