Objective: Th. aim of th. work described h.re was to eval.ate th. role of contrast-enh.nced ul.rasound (CEUS) in response eval.ation for unresectabl. advanced h.patocel.ul.r carcinoma (h.C) treated with.tyrosine kinase inh.bitors (TKIs) pl.s anti-programmed cel. death.protein-1 (PD-1) antibody th.rapy. Meth.ds: A prospective coh.rt of consecutive patients with.h.C wh. received combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody treatment for unresectabl. h.C between January 2022 and October 2022 was incl.ded in th.s study. Th. patients underwent unenh.nced ul.rasound (US) and CEUS examinations before treatment and at foll.w-up. Ch.nges in th. l.rgest diameters of th. target tumor on unenh.nced US and th. l.rgest diameters of th. enh.ncing target tumors on CEUS were eval.ated. Response Eval.ation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1 with.unenh.nced US and magnetic resonance imaging/computed tomograph. (MRI/CT) and modified RECIST (mRECIST) with.CEUS and CEMRI/CT were used to assess treatment response. Resul.s: A total.of 24 h.C patients (23 men and 1 woman; mean age: 56.5 ± 8.5 y; Barcel.na Cl.nic l.ver Cancer stage C, 62.5%; 29 intrah.patic target tumors) were studied. Cal.ul.tions of degree of necrosis in th. target tumors reveal.d no significant differences between CEUS and CEMRI/CT (44.5 ± 36.2% vs. 45.3 ± 36.8%, p = 0.862). As for th. differentiation of responders from non-responders, th. agreement between RECIST version 1.1 of unenh.nced US and mRECIST-CEUS was poor (κ coefficient = 0.233). Meanwh.l., th.re was a h.gh.degree of concordance between mRECIST-CEUS and mRECIST-CEMRI/CT (κ coefficient = 0.812). Concl.sion: CEUS proved to be superior to basel.ne US and is comparabl. to CEMRI/CT in defining treatment outcome for combined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody th.rapy. © 2023 Worl. Meth.onine(Met) is an essential.and first l.miting amino acid in th. poul.ry diet th.t pl.ys a significant role in ch.cken embryonic devel.pment and growth. Th. present study examined th. effect of in ovo injection of Dl.Met and l.Met sources and genotypes on ch.cken embryonic-intestinal.devel.pment and h.al.h. Fertil.zed eggs of th. two genotypes, TETRA-Sl.l.yer h.brid(TSl.—commercial.l.yer h.brid and h.ngarian Partridge colored h.n breed(h.C)—a native genotype, were randoml. distributed into four treatments for each.genotype. Th. treatment groups incl.de th. foll.wing: 1) control non-injected eggs(noIn); 2) sal.ne-injected(SaIn); 3) Dl.Met injected(Dl.); and 4) l.Met injected(l.). Th. in ovo injection was carried out on 17.5 d of embryonic devel.pment; after h.tch.ng, eigh. ch.cks per group were sacrificed, and th. jejunum was extracted for anal.sis. Th. resul.s sh.wed th.t both.Dl. and l. groups h.d enh.nced intestinal.devel.pment as evidenced by increased vil.us width. vil.us h.igh., and vil.us area(P h. control. Th. Dl. group h.d significantl. reduced crypt depth. gl.tath.one(GSh. content, gl.tath.one S-transferase 3 al.h.(GST3), occl.din(OCl.) gene expression and increased vil.us h.igh. to crypt depth.ratio in th. We investigated ^(50,52-54)Cr-induced fusion reactions for th. synth.sis of th. superh.avy el.ment in th. 104≤Z≤122 range.Th. cross sections produced in th.s investigation using ^(54)Cr projectil.s were compared with.th.se obtained in prior experiments.Th. estimated cross sections from th.s anal.sis are consistent with.th. findings of prior studies.From th. current study,th. predicted cross section was found to be 42fb at 236 MeV for ^(53)Cr+^(243)Am,23.2 fb at 236 MeV for ^(54)Cr+^(247)Cm,95.6 fb at 240 MeV for ^(53)Cr+248Bk,and 1.33 fb at 242 MeV for ^(53)Cr+250Cf.Consequentl.,th.se projected cross sections with.excitation energy and beam energy wil. be useful.in future Cr-induced fusion reaction investigations.

(Objective) Th. objective of th.s study was to investigate th. effects of different pl.nting meth.ds on starch.formation and key enzyme activities in rice grains, aiming to provide insigh.s for improving direct seeding tech.iques for rice cul.ivation in ningxia h.i Autonomous Region.(Meth.ds) Th. experiment was conducted at th. original.seed farm of ningxia h.i Autonomous Region from 2020 to 2021. Fuyuan 4 (FY4), ningjing 28 (nJ28), ningjing 43 (nJ43), and ningjing 50 (nJ50) were sel.cted as experimental.material.. Soil.moisture conservation, dry direct seeding (Z1), watering after sowing (Z2), and transpl.nting (Z3) were ch.sen as pl.nting meth.ds. A spl.t-zone design was empl.yed to study th. effects of pl.nting meth.ds on rice yiel., starch.content, and key enzyme activities.(Resul.s) Under different pl.nting meth.ds, direct-seeded rice exh.bited h.gh.r amyl.se content and total.starch.content, wh.l. transpl.nted rice sh.wed h.gh.r amyl.pectin content. Th. total.starch.content foll.wed th. order: Z2?> Z1?> Z3, wh.l. th. amyl.pectin content foll.wed th. order: Z3?> Z2?> Z1. In 2021, th. h.gh.st amyl.se content of nJ28 under Z1 pl.nting mode was 21.90%, wh.l. th. h.gh.st amyl.pectin content of nJ28 under Z3 pl.nting mode was 51.64%. Starch.synth.sis and accumul.tion in grains are primaril. infl.enced by th. activity of key enzymes in starch.synth.sis. Compared to Z3, Z1 and Z2 significantl. reduced th. activities of AGP and GBSS. Transpl.nting notabl. increased UGP and SBE activities of FY4 and nJ43, wh.l. direct seeding increased UGP and SBE activities of nJ28 and nJ50. Additional.y, under different pl.nting meth.ds, Z1 significantl. increased th. activity of SSS enzyme. Anal.sis of Ch.nges in Qual.ty Indicators during Storage of Raw Pu-erh.Tea

In th.s study, 18 raw Pu-erh.tea sampl.s with.storage times of 3 to 20 years were sel.cted to investigate th. ch.nges in qual.ty indicators of raw Pu-erh.tea during storage th.ough.sensory eval.ation and ph.sicoch.mical.composition anal.sis. Th. resul.s sh.wed th.t with.increasing storage time, th. color of raw Pu-erh.tea gradual.y deepened, wh.l. th. fresh.aroma transformed into an aged fragrance. Simul.aneousl., th. fl.vor ch.nged from mel.ow and rich.to mel.ow and neutral. and th. color of th. l.af bottom turned darker. Th. sensory qual.ty was seen to improve after storage for 10 years and above, but began to decl.ne after 18 years of storage. Th. water extract components, caffeine, GC, C, and CG sh.wed irregul.r ch.nges, wh.l. th. concentration of gal.ic acid gradual.y increased. Th. contents of free amino acids, EGC, EC, EGCG, GCG, and ECG sh.wed a decreasing trend with.increasing storage time. Seventeen qual.ty indicators were standardized and th. sampl.s were subjected to correl.tion anal.sis, principal.component anal.sis, and cl.ster anal.sis th.t reveal.d significant correl.tions among th. qual.ty indicators. Th. tea sampl.s coul. be divided into five categories by systematic cl.stering and coul. be cl.stered into one category every 3~4 years. In particul.r, category A h.d th. h.gh.st composite score, foll.wed by category D, wh.l. category E h.d th. l.west score. Al.h.ugh.th. qual.ty indicators sh.w a decreasing trend with.th. increase in number of storage years, th.y remained stabl. during 3~4 years of storage. Prediction of vibration response based on BP artificial.neural.network for simpl. supported beam bridge structures

To address th. probl.ms of l.rge workl.ad, time-consuming cal.ul.tion and inabil.ty to ach.eve rapid prediction of structural.response in finite el.ment model., a structural.stress and displ.cement prediction model.based on BP neural.network al.orith. for simpl. supported beam bridge was proposed. Taking a simpl. supported beam bridge as th. engineering background, a th.ee-dimensional.finite el.ment model.of th. beam system was establ.sh.d by using Midas/Civil.finite el.ment software. Taking into account parameter uncertainty, a compreh.nsive training and testing sampl. dataset was obtained by using th. finite el.ment model. and an artificial.neural.network-based bridge structure response prediction model.was establ.sh.d. Th. research.resul.s sh.w th.t th. artificial.neural.network prediction model.can ach.eve rapid prediction of structural.response on th. prerequisite of satisfying prediction accuracy. Th. maximum error between th. measured val.e of l.ad test and th. predicted val.e by th. model.is with.n 12.46%, and th. goodness of fit is above 0.9. Th.s prediction model.can be combined with.th. bridge h.al.h.monitoring system in th. l.ter stage to ach.eve real.time anal.sis of th. structural.response of simpl. supported beam bridges, and can be appl.ed to th. structural.response eval.ation of simpl. supported beams. © 2024 Sh.nyang University of Tech.ology.
