In this paper, the development of smart medical autonomous technology is considered. An example of a smart medical autonomous distributed system for diagnostics is also discussed. To develop this system for medical image analysis we review several processing methods. The use of the cuneiform dehydration method for medical diagnosis is considered. The experimental results obtained for blood serum dehydrated films are presented. The author proposes an algorithm for the primary identification of structures formed in the films and their use for automated detection of various structures for diagnostic purposes. The paper describes the first stage of image processing, i.e. the selection of filtering types for the correct identification of structural features and characteristics of the images. The results of filtering and some computational results of various types of structures in the films are presented.

Objective:This study aimed to develop expert fuzzy logic model to assist physicians in the prediction of postoperative complications of prostatic hyperplasia before ***:A method for classification of surgical risks was *** effect of rotation of the current–voltage characteristics at biologically active points(acupuncture points)was used for the formation of classifier *** effect determined reversible and non-reversible changes in electrical resistance at acupuncture points with periodic exposure to a sawtooth probe ***,the developed method was tested on the prediction of the success of surgical treatment of benign prostatic ***:Input descriptors were obtained from collected data including current-voltage characteristics of 5 acupuncture points and composed of 27 arrays feeding in the *** maximum diagnostic sensitivity of the classifier for the success of a surgical operation in the control sample was 88%and for testing data set prediction accuracy was 97%.Conclusion:The use of tuples of current-voltage characteristic descriptors of acupuncture points in the classifiers could be used to predict the success of surgical treatment with satisfactory *** model can be a valuable tool to support physicians’diagnosis.

R&D synergy between local and foreign-owned enterprises in post-communist economies

This study examines how internal research and development(R&D),external knowledge acquisition,and R&D contracted with other companies interact in local and foreign-owned enterprises in post-communist economies.A large sample of firm-level data from the Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey(BEEPS)across 26 postcommunist countries(including European Union(EU)members and non-EU states of Eastern Europe,Caucasian countries,and Central Asian countries)and country-level data from the Global Innovation Index and the International Property Rights Index were *** findings show that enterprises with majority foreign ownership are relatively more likely to acquire external R&*** demonstrate that the R&D behavior of enterprises with majority foreign ownership and local firms are interrelated,that is,we find a synergy *** to the results,decisions on internal R&D and the purchase of external knowledge for enterprises with majority foreign ownership are similar to those of local ***,enterprises with foreign ownership contract R&D with other companies more often if local firms conduct internal R&*** results indicate the presence of knowledge spillover and cross-learning effects in both types of enterprises in postcommunist ***,we find that the national innovation environment is not significant for the R&D intensity of enterprises with majority foreign ownership,which suggests their high dependence on the parent structures of multinational enterprises.

In this work,we demonstrate that particles can be coated in a fluidized bed w让h coating solution provided by a novel aerosol *** droplets are smaller than 1 pim in volume-based diameter,hence they are very much smaller than droplets in conventional spray fluidized bed processes(around 40μm).A proof-of-principle experiment with 30%aqueous coating solution of sodium benzoate and γ-Al2O3 core particles in 150 mm fluidized bed fed with droplet aerosol supplied from the chamber side is *** simultaneously coat and dry the particles,inlet of fluidization air was at 50℃ .Moreover,Monte Carlo simulations of coating with small aerosol and large spray droplets were *** to dramatically smaller building blocks,ultrathin particle coating of high-resolution(very small layer thickness)can be attained with the new aerosol process,with the potential of even going *** coverage of particles is reached substantially faster than in the conv entional process,so that material dema nd is much lower and sensitive materials can be processed in short reside nee *** yield of around 30%was much higher than expected,that is considered to be technically viable and may be enhanced by the recycling of entrained solids or better equipment design.

俄罗斯和中国小麦国际竞争力及其影响因素比较研究

全球粮食安全与各国粮食国际贸易地位密切相关,而小麦作为世界上最重要的农作物之一,在其中扮演着关键角色。由于俄罗斯和中国分别是世界上最大的小麦生产、出口和消费国,并拥有丰富的农业资源,因此对比分析这两个国家的小麦产业国际竞争力将有助于揭示影响竞争力的各种因素。这一研究不仅具有理论意义,同时也具有实际应用价值,有助于提高相关国家粮食安全的战略决策,并优化国际贸易地位。本文运用钻石模型,采用熵权法和实证分析等方法,对比分析了俄罗斯和中国小麦国际竞争力。研究表明两国小麦国际竞争力存在明显差距:在资源基础方面,俄罗斯在土地资源、气候条件、水利化程度和电气化水平方面具有较大优势;在竞争力形成过程方面,俄罗斯在生产规模上具有优势,但在农业技术创新方面有待加强。中国则受劳动力素质影响,小麦产业的高效发展受到一定制约;在竞争力结果方面,俄罗斯在国际市场上具有较强竞争地位,而中国小麦的国际竞争力表现一般。从竞争力影响因素定性对比分析来看,在相同点方面,两国都拥有丰富的土地资源,政府都高度重视小麦产业的发展,并受到国内和国际市场需求的推动;在差异点方面,两国在生产要素、产业结构、技术创新、经营主体以及政府干预程度等方面存在显著差异。根据竞争力影响因素实证结果对比显示,俄罗斯小麦国际竞争力优于中国。在生产要素、需求要素和政府因素方面,中国的回归系数高于俄罗斯,但在相关及支持性行业、企业战略、结构和同业竞争以及机遇方面,俄罗斯的回归系数高于中国。以上述研究结论为主要依据,本文提出两方面的政策建议,一是俄罗斯小麦国际竞争力提升的政策建议,包括优化种植结构和区域布局、加强农业技术创新与推广、积极应对外部机遇与挑战;二是中国小麦国际竞争力提升的政策建议,包括提高小麦产业的资源利用效率、推动农业现代化和机械化发展、加强相关及支持性行业发展、强化政府支持和政策引导、加强俄中国际合作与交流。本文的研究一方面有助于我们全面了解小麦国际竞争力提升的机制,完善当前的理论研究成果,另一方面可以更加深入了解俄中两国小麦市场情况,对于农业生产者、政府和市场参与者决策有重要的指导意义,同时发现两国小麦市场具有互补性,这是两国小麦贸易合作的重要条件。

Solid solutions(SS)of 3-and 4-component systems based on lead titanate-zirconate were prepared by the method of solid-phase reactions and uniaxial hot *** dependences of the relative permittivity of polarized samples on the electronegativity(EN)of their constituent cations have been *** ferro-hardness of the SS(the stability of the domain structure to external influences)is shown to be directly dependent on the EN of elements B in the corresponding oxidation states,i.e.,the degree of covalence of the B-O *** deviation from this dependence in SS with Ni and Cd is explained by their individual features,which result in changes in the degree of bond covalence in both cationic *** conducted crystal-chemical analysis made it possible to choose promising SS when creating ferroelectric materials,including textured piezoelectric ceramic materials for piezoelectric transducers for various purposes:Piezotransformers,piezoelectric motors,ultrasonic emitters,filter devices,ultrasonic flaw detectors,accelerometers,etc.

Solid solution samples of the three-component system(1−x)Pb(Ti_(0.5)Zr_(0.5))O_(3)−xCdNb_(2)O_(6)with x=0.0125-0.0500,Δx=0.0125 were obtained by solid phase synthesis followed by sintering using conventional ceramic *** crystal structure,microstructure,electrophysical,and thermophysical properties of these ceramics have been *** is shown that all studied solid solutions can be divided into two groups(with x=0.0125 and with x>0.0125),characterized by different characteristics of the change in properties with variations in external *** is probably due to the transition from a perovskite-type structure with a tetragonal(T)unit cell to inhomogeneous solid solutions consisting of a series of T-phases with similar cell parameters.A conclusion is made about the expediency of using the data obtained in the development of similar materials for devices based on them.

Vegetation cover is the main factor of soil loss *** C-factor of the RUSLE(Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation) was predicted with NDVI,ground data and exponential regression equation for mountain rangelands of *** series of C-factor,precipitation and temperature were decomposed into seasonal and trend components with STL(seasonal decomposition by loess) to assess their interrelations.C-factor,precipitation and temperature trend components indicated significant lagged correlation,whereas seasonal components indicated more complex relations with climate factors which can be promoting as well as limiting factors for vegetation development,depending on the *** springs and hot summers may increase soil loss dramatically,whereas warm and dry springs with rainy summers can decrease *** slopes indicated higher soil loss ratio,whereas flat areas were better protected by vegetation.
