The appro.riate management o. AKI in patients with Co.ID-19 remains unclear at this time. o.e po.nt o. abso.ute impo.tance, is the co.sideratio. o. vo.ume status. Given the paucity o. kno.ledge with regards to.the ro.e o. different strategies fo. fluid management during an episo.e o. AKI in patients with Co.ID-19, this retro.pective study aims to.co.pare renal o.tco.e and o.erall pro.no.is in patients who.received co.servative versus liberal fluid management. o.g>Metho.s:o.g> This is a single-center retro.pective o.servatio.al co.o.t study at a co.munity ho.pital in Westchester Co.nty, NY. All adult patients who.tested po.itive fo. the Co.ID-19 infectio. by PCR testing o. a naso.haryngeal swab and were ho.pitalized fro. March 22, 2020 to.May 25, 2020 are eligible. In this wo.k, Mn2o. nano.articles (NPs) are prepared by co.precipitatio. technique. The synthesized sample is characterized by X-ray po.der diffractio. (XRD). The XRD spectrum reveals the cubic structure o. Mn2o. NPs and the lattice parameter is calculated to.be 9.4232 ?. Crystallite size (D) is estimated using Debye-Scherer’s fo.mula and is fo.nd to.be 17.3 nm. A micro.raph fo. the NPs is o.tained using Transmissio. Electro. Micro.co.y (TEM). The Mn2o. nano.articles are viewed at 7500× magnificatio. and their shape is spherical. D is also.measured using TEM and it is 19.1 nm, which is very clo.e to.the o.e o.tained fro. XRD. The elemental co.tents o. the prepared samples are determined using particle induced X-ray emissio. (PIXE). In additio., the o.ygenco.tent o. the sample is o.tained using no. Rutherfo.d backscattering spectro.co.y (RBS) at 3 MeV pro.o. beam. The sample sho.s high purity and the RBS technique is mo.e accurate in determining the o.co.tent. The presence o. functio.al gro.ps and the chemical bo.ding is co.firmed by FTIR spectrum. The energy band gap (Eg) is calculated fo. the NPs using the UV-visible o.tical spectro.co.y between 350 nm and 800 nm and fo.nd to.be 1.24 eV. The sample sho.s high abso.ptio. in the visible range. The magnetizatio. (VSM) is co.ducted to.the sample and the saturatio. magnetizatio. (Ms) is calculated as 2.642 emu/g. The hysteresis lo.p sho.s antiferro.agnetic behavio.. The EPR analysis is perfo.med at ro.m temperature fo. the NPs. The g-facto. is calculated fro. the spectrum and fo.nd to.be 1.985, and the magnetic field shift o.curs at Bo.= 350.5 mT. The intensity appeared to.be high, which co.firms the existence o. Mn2+ io.s o. the surface.

Extracting drugs fro. small vo.umes o. visco.s, pro.einaceo.s substances like cervico.aginal fluid (CVF) is a practically challenging pro.ess. Based o. this extractio. metho., we validated a reverse phase high perfo.mance liquid chro.ato.raphy with electro.pray io.izatio. mass spectro.etry assay in o.der to.quantify UC781 in female genital tract co.partment. Gas turbine (GT) po.er plants o.erating in arid climates suffer a decrease in o.tput po.er during the ho. summer mo.ths because o. the high specific vo.ume o. air drawn by the co.presso.. Co.ling the air intake to.the co.presso. has been widely used to.mitigate this sho.tco.ing. Energy and exergy analysis o. a GT Brayto. cycle co.pled to.a refrigeratio. air co.ling unit sho.s a pro.ise fo. increasing the o.tput po.er with a little decrease in thermal efficiency. A thermo.eco.o.ics algo.ithm is develo.ed to.estimate the eco.o.ic feasibility o. the co.ling system. The analysis is applied to.an o.en cycle, HITACHI-FS7001B GT plant at the industrial city o. Yanbu (Latitude 24o.05” N and lo.gitude 38o.E) by the Red Sea in the Kingdo. o. Saudi Arabia. Result sho. that the enhancement in o.tput po.er depends o. the degree o. chilling the air intake to.the co.presso. (a 12 - 22 K decrease is achieved). Fo. this case study, maximum po.er gain ratio.(PGR) is 15.46% (average o. 12.25%), at an insignificant decrease in thermal efficiency. The seco.d law analysis sho. that the exergetic po.er gain ratio.dro.s to.an average 8.5%. The co.t o. adding the air co.ling system is also.investigated and a co.t functio. is derived that inco.po.ates time-dependent meteo.o.o.ical data, o.eratio. characteristics o. the GT and the air intake co.ling system and o.her relevant parameters such as interest rate, lifetime, and o.eratio. and maintenance co.ts. Pro.it analysis and pho.o.icro.co.ical o.servatio.s were carried o.t to.shed light o. acute to.icity in labo.ato.y and field Cx. pipiens ***: Cx. pipiens were mo.e susceptible to.Pesgard(LC50: 0.045 and 0.032 mg/L)than Actikil(0.052 and 0.038 mg/L) and Bacilo.(0.129 and 0.104 mg/L), fo. the field and labo.ato.y strains, respectively. Results sho.ed that treatments with the chitin synthesis inhibito. Dudim and Baycidal evo.ed mo.pho.o.ical effects similar to.tho.e induced by o.her insect gro.th regulato.s.
