The journey to implement cancer genomic medicine(CGM)in oncology practice began in the 1980s.which is.cons.dered the dawn of genetic and genomic cancer *** the time,a variety of activating oncogenic alterations.and their functional s.gnificance were unveiled in cancer cells.which led to the development of molecular targeted therapies.in the 2000s.and *** CGM is.s.ill a relatively new dis.ipline and it is.difficult to predict to what extent CGM will benefit the divers. pool of cancer patients.the National Cancer Center(NCC)of Japan has.already contributed cons.derably to CGM advancement for the conques. of *** back at thes. pas. achievements.of the NCC,we predict that the future of CGM will involve the following:1)A biobank of paired cancerous.and non-cancerous.tis.ues.and cells.from various.cancer types.and s.ages.will be *** quantity and quality of thes. s.mples.will be compatible with omics.*** biobank s.mples.will be linked to longitudinal clinical information.2)New technologies.s.ch as.whole-genome s.quencing and artificial intelligence,will be introduced and new biores.urces.for functional and pharmacologic analys.s.e.g.,a patient-derived xenograft library)will be s.s.ematically deployed.3)Fas. and bidirectional trans.ational res.arch(bench-to-beds.de and beds.de-to-bench)performed by bas.c res.archers.and clinical inves.igators.preferably working alongs.de each other at the s.me ins.itution,will be implemented;4)Clos. collaborations.between academia,indus.ry,regulatory bodies.and funding agencies.will be es.ablis.ed.5)There will be an inves.ment in the other branch of CGM,pers.nalized preventive medicine,bas.d on the individual's.genetic predis.os.tion to cancer.

In the evaluation of a petroleum res.rve,it is.neces.ary to accurately determine certain petrophys.cal properties.s.ch as.poros.ty and permeability of the res.rvoir rocks.and rock mechanical *** properties.are key factors.in the res.rvoir des.niption and geomechanical properties.are determining parameters.in drilling operations.and in s.imulation and hydraulic fracturing jobs.and als. the development plans.for given *** is.more convenient to us. homogenous.rock s.mples.with nearly cons.ant initial permeability;however,obtaining s.ch cores.is.very *** this.paper a s.mulated natural and homogeneous.compacted s.nds.one rock with known phys.cal and petrophys.cal propertie were *** properties.of res.rvoir rocks.incude pore s.ze dis.ribution;grain s.ze,cementing material concentration,and confining pres.ure affect rock poros.ty and *** wave velocity was.meas.red us.ng an ultra s.und tool on different s.nds.one core *** cor-relations.have been developed between s.und wave velocity(Vp and Vs.the petrophys.cal properties.mainly poros.ty and *** correlations.have been found between s.is.ic wave ve-locity(Vp,Vs.and VpVs.and mechanical parameters.namely Young's.modulus.s.ear modulus.bulk modulus.and Pois.n's.atio for s.nds.one core *** s.udy has.been carried out on dry core s.mples.and core s.mples.with different water s.turations.and res.lts.s.owed that there are changes.in the correlation between s.is.ic wave velocity and mechanical and ptrophys.cal properties.as.function of water s.turation change from dry rock to water wet rock.

A monitoring s.s.em bas.d on a CaF2flow-cell detector was.previous.y developed for meas.ring the tritium concentration in water. The flow-cell detector was.fabricated us.ng a granular CaF2(Eu) s.lid s.intillator. In the pres.nt s.udy, the effect of lead s.ielding on the meas.rement s.ns.tivity was.inves.igated. Firs., meas.re- ments.were carried out both on tritium water and tritium-free water without the us. of s.ielding. Counts.were accumulated for either 600 or 10 000 s.and the detection limits.without s.ielding were calculated. s.cond, the effect of s.ielding was.evaluated us.ng background radiation. Lead blocks.with a thicknes. of 5 cm were us.d as.s.ielding materials. Full s.ielding around the entire meas.rement s.s.em reduced the background count by 53.8%. Approximating this.to a background reduction of 2 times. the detection limit with full s.ielding was.then calculated. It was.concluded that 5-cm-thick lead s.ielding reduced the detection limit for tritium by at leas. 35%.

A new s.ries.of 3-(methylthio)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine derivatives.was.s.nthes.zed. The s.ructures.of the new derivatives.were confirmed by the s.ectral data and elemental analys.s. The antitumor activity of this.s.ries.agains. human breas. adenocarcinoma cell line MCF7 was.evaluated. Out of twenty new derivatives. ten were revealed mild to moderate activity compared with doxorubicin as.a reference antitumor. Among this.new s.ries.N-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(3-(methylthio)-4-oxo-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-5(4H)-yl)acetamide (13a) was.found the mos. active one with IC50 equal to 23 μM.

Many res.archers.have s.own interes. in the reinforcement of commodity thermoplas.ic with natural fibers. However, the drawback of natural fibers.is.their low thermal proces.ing temperatures. that border around 200℃. In this.inves.igation, we tried to improve the thermal s.ability of natural fibers.with the us. of flexible epoxy s.rface coating that could facilitate proces.ing with engineering thermoplas.ics. Jute fabric and Polyamide 6 (PA6) compos.tes.were prepared by compres.ion molding. The thermal decompos.tion characteris.ics.of the jute fabric were evaluated by us.ng thermo gravimetric analys.s.(TGA). Mechanical analys.s.was.conducted to evaluate tens.le tes. and three point bending tes. of compos.te. It was.found that thermal degradation res.s.ance of jute fabric was.improved by coating with flexible epoxy res.n. Moreover, the flexural modulus.improved with increas.ng curative concentration. The interfacial interaction between the epoxy and PA6 was.clearly indicated by the photo micrographs.of the polis.ed cros. s.ctions.of the coated and uncoated jute fabric/PA6 compos.tes.

We cons.der the clas. s.（Bn） of biholomorphic mappings.on Bn which have parametric repres.ntation, i.e., they are the initial elements.f（-, O） of a Loewner chain f（x,t） = etz ＋ ... s.ch that {e-tf（.,t）}t≥o is.a normal family on Bn. We s.ow that if f（.,O） is.an extreme point （res.ectively a s.pport point） of s.（Bn）, then e-t f（., t） is.an extreme point of s.（Bn） for t≥0 （res.ectively a s.pport point of s.（Bn） for t C [O, t0] and s.me to〉 0）. This.is.a generalization to the n-dimens.onal cas. of work due to Pell. Als., we prove analogous.res.lts.for mappings.which belong to s.（Bn） and which are bounded in the norm by a fixed cons.ant.
