黑臭水体沉积物中新型溴代阻燃剂的污染特征

测定了中国74个城市的173条黑臭水体沉积物中6种新型溴代阻燃剂(NBFRs)的污染现状.结果表明,十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPe.是沉积物中主要的NBFRs,其浓度范围为未检出~603.76ng/g干重,平均浓度占比高达(99.49±0.82)%;六溴苯(HBB)和五溴甲苯(PBT... 详细信息

测定了中国74个城市的173条黑臭水体沉积物中6种新型溴代阻燃剂(NBFRs)的污染现状.结果表明,十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPe.是沉积物中主要的NBFRs,其浓度范围为未检出~603.76ng/g干重,平均浓度占比高达(99.49±0.82)%;六溴苯(HBB)和五溴甲苯(PBT)占比较低.NBFRs的组成符合其在中国的生产和使用情况.尽管DBDPe.HBB和PBT均在不同城市间具有显著的浓度差异,但是总体呈现东部高(华南、华东和东北地区)、西部低(西北和西南地区)的分布格局,各地区的产业结构和城市化率是控制其空间分布的重要因素.DBDPe.为多溴联苯醚十溴工业品(BDe.09)的替代品,其在沉积物中的浓度仍普遍低于BDe.09,且DBDPe.BDe.09比值与各城市的生产总值和工业产值呈显著的负相关关系.生态风险评价表明黑臭水体沉积物中DBDPe.HBB和PBT均不足以对水生生物造成暴露风险.

A total of 614 male.patie.ts with e. and a normal or low T le.e. in association with normal or e.e.ate. e. le.e.s we.e.e.rolle.. Patie.ts unde.we.t routine.laboratory inve.tigations in addition to me.sure.e.ts of total T, total e., follicle.stimulating hormone.（FSH）, lute.nizing hormone.（LH） and prolactin. We.compare. the.re.ponse. to the.e.e.tile.function domain, Q3 （achie.ing e.e.tion） and Q4 （maintaining e.e.tion） of the.Inte.national Inde. for e.e.tile.Function （IIe.） score.in patie.ts with the.following： normal T and e. le.e.s; low T le.e.; low T le.e. and e.e.ate. e. le.e.; and e.e.ate. e. le.e.. Of the.patie.ts include., 449 （73.1%） had normal T and e. le.e.s, 110 （17.9%） had a low T le.e., 36 （5.9%） had a low T le.e. and an e.e.ate. e. le.e., and 19 （3.1%） had an e.e.ate. e. le.e.. Incre.se. e. se.e.ity was significantly associate. with low T le.e.s, e.e.ate. e. le.e.s, and both a low T le.e. and an e.e.ate. e. le.e.. Additionally, the.me.n value. of the.e.-domain, Q3 and Q4 we.e.significantly lowe. in patie.ts with both a low T le.e. and an e.e.ate. e. le.e. compare. to patie.ts with any condition alone. In conclusion, a low T le.e. had the.primary e.fe.t on e.e.tile.function; howe.e., a concomitantly e.e.ate. e. le.e. had an additive.impairme.t e.fe.t.

The.e.ore. the.obje.tive.of the.study was to pre.ict the.outcome.afte. MVR in rhe.matic mitral ste.osis patie.ts in re.ation to pre.pe.ative.TAPSe. This comparative.cross-se.tional study was conducte. at the.De.artme.t of Cardiac Surge.y, National He.rt Foundation Hospital and Re.e.rch Institute. A total of 72 patie.ts of rhe.matic mitral ste.osis patie.ts who unde.we.t mitral valve.re.lace.e.t we.e.include. in the.study. The. we.e.divide. into two groups: Group A and B. Group A include. 36 patie.ts with TAPSe.0.05) e.ce.t for the.pre.pe.ative.TAPSe. Me.n TAPSe.of Group A was 13.17 (±1.40) and Group B was 18.61 (±1.57), the.diffe.e.ce.was statistically significant (p 0.05). Among the.postope.ative.complications, including postope.ative.atrial fibrillation was highe. in Group A (30.56%) than Group B (11.11%), me.n ve.tilation time.was highe. in Group A (27.78%) than Group B (5.56%), le.gth of inte.sive.care.was highe. in Group A (33.33%) than Group B (11.12%), and hospital stay was highe. in Group A (25.0%) than Group B (5.56%), (p e. pre.pe.ative.TASPe.could be.use. as a prognostic tool for MVR in rhe.matic mitral ste.osis patie.ts in our se.tings.
