While the approximate solutions of one-dimensional nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integral equations with smooth kermels are now well understood,no systematic studies of the numerical solutions of their multi-dimensional counterparts *** this paper,we provide an efficient numerical approach for the multi-dimensional nonlinear Volterra-Fredholm integral equations based on the multi-variate Legendre-collocation *** collocation methods for multi-dimensional nonlinear integral equations are known to cause major difficulties from a convergence analysis point of ***,rigorous error estimates are provided in the weighted Sobolev space showing the exponential decay of the numerical *** existence and uniqueness of the numerical solution are *** experiments are provided to support the theoretical convergence *** results indicate that our spectral collocation method is more flexible with better accuracy than the existing ones.

Objective:Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)requires comprehensive *** nursing protocols may enhance outcomes,but evidence is *** study evaluated the effect of a structured nursing protocol on RA *** and Methods:In this one-group pre-post study,30 Egyptian RA patients completed assessments before and after a 12-week nursing protocol comprising education,psychosocial support,and self-management *** included clinical evaluation of joint counts,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)and patient-reported Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale(ASES),Health Assessment Questionnaire(HAQ),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for pain,and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The study demonstrated significant improvements in both clinical-and patient-reported *** count decreased from 18.4±4.2 to 14.2±3.8(P<0.001),ESR from 30.1±6.8 mm/h to 25.5±6.8 mm/h(P<0.01),and CRP levels from 15.2±3.6 mg/L to 11.8±2.9 mg/L(P<0.01)***-reported outcomes showed a marked increase in ASES score from 140±25 to 170±30(P<0.001)and reductions in HAQ from 1.6±0.4 to 1.3±0.3(P<0.01),VAS pain score from 7.8±1.7 to 6.2±1.2(P<0.001),and HADS anxiety and depression scores from 11±3 to 8±2(P<0.05)and 10±2 to 7±1(P<0.05),***:A structured nursing protocol significantly improved clinical disease activity,physical functioning,pain,self-efficacy,and emotional well-being in RA patients.A multifaceted nursing intervention appears beneficial for optimizing RA outcomes.

Objectives:The objective of the study was to explore the impact of auditory stimulation protocol on auditory response in cerebrovascular stroke(CVS)*** and Methods:A pre-posttest nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental study was conducted at Al Mainal Hospital at Al Kars Einy Hospital,Cairo University,among 60 CVS patients,and the sample was randomly assigned through a coin to allocate subjects to study or control group(30 for each group).Auditory stimulation techniques were applied three times per week for the study group for two consecutive *** in the control group received only routine hospital care during the study *** Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score for assessing the neurological function and level of arousal and the auditory subscale score of Western Neuro Sensory Stimulation Profile(WNSSP)for assessing auditory response were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after the ***:There were statistically significant differences between the study group and the control group regarding third reading of GCS score(11.5±0.3 vs.10.6±0.9,t=4.676,P=0.000).The scores of all auditory subscales of WNSSP in the study groups increased after implementing the auditory stimulation protocol(P<0.05).Conclusion:Utilizing the auditory stimulation protocol by nurse proves to be an effective method for enhancing hearing responses in individuals with CVS.

Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) occurs upon restoration of hepatic blood flow after a period of ischemia. Decreased endogenous nitric oxide (NO) production resulting in capillary luminal narrowing is central in the pathogenesis of IRI. Exogenous NO has emerged as a potential therapy for IRI based on its role in decreasing oxidative stress,cytokine release,leukocyte endothelial-adhesion and hepatic apoptosis. This review will highlight the influence of endogenous NO on hepatic IRI,role of inhaled NO in ameliorating IRI,modes of delivery,donor drugs and potential side effects of exogenous NO.

The synthesis of some new diazo disperse dyes containing a pyrazol-5-one was described. The structures of the new products have been deduced from elemental analysis and spectral dada such as UV-Vis absorption, IR, ^1H NMR, and MS spectroscopy. These dyestuffs gave satisfactory results when applied as disperse dyes to polyester fabric. The dyeing properties such as light fasmess, washing fastness and exhaustion studies have been investigated.

In this study fish samples were investigated for Bacteria and Fungi, in fish parts, such as intestine, gills and skin. Bacterial counts of Total viable bacteria (T.V.B) reached more than 9.5 × 105 cfu and faecal coliforms (F.C) reached 1.2 × 105 cfu. Different species were identified, Using API technology. Escherichia coli comes first by being recording thirty number case of isolation constituting 36%, it followed by Proteus mirabilis which is represented by twenty four number case of isolation accounting for 30%. Other taxa viz: Klebsiella pneumonia, Citrobacter freundii, Providencia stuartii and Erwinia sp. came next according to their case number of isolation, they represented only by 7%. They showed different antibiotics with different inhibitory concentrations, resistance pattern to gentamycin 10 μg, Penicillin G, tetracycline 30 μg, Ampicillin 10 μg, Ampicillin 30 μg, chloramphenicol (C) 30 μg, Rifampicin 25 μg, Streptomycin 5 μg, cefotaxime 15 μg. Mycological investigation revealed the presence of variety of fungal species, particularly, toxigenic species, such as, Aspergillus spp, Penicillium spp and Fusarium spp. These results are indication of the spoilage of fishes which caught from Lake Manzala and are risky for human consumption and hazardous to human health in this important area of Egypt, due to the high pollution condition of Lake Manzala.

As genomes evolve over hundreds of millions years, the chromosomes become rearranged, with segments of some chromosomes inverted, while other chromosomes reciprocally exchange chunks from their ends. These rearrangements lead to the scrambling of the elements of one genome with respect to another descended from a common ancestor. Multidisciplinary work undertakes to mathematically model these processes and to develop statistical analyses and mathematical algorithms to understand the scrambling in the chromosomes of two or more related genomes. A major focus is the reconstruction of the gene order of the ancestral genomes.

Nanothermites (metal oxide/metal) can offer tremendously exothermic self sustained reactions. CuO is one of the most effective oxidizers for naonothermite applications. This study reports on two prospectives for the manufacture of CuO nanoparticles. Colloidal CuO particles of 15 nm particle size were developed using hydrothermal synthesis technique. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) with surface are 700m2/g was employed as a substrate for synthesis of CuO-coated MWCNTs using electroless plating. On the other hand, aluminium particles with combustion heat of 32000 J/g is of interest as high energy density material. The impact of stoichiometric nanothermite particles (CuO/Al & Cuo-coated MWCNTs/Al) on shock wave strength of Al/TNT nanocomposite was evaluated using ballistic mortar test. While CuO-coated MWCNTs decreased the shock wave strength by 15%;colloidal CuO enhanced the shock wave strength by 30%. The superior performance of colloidal CuO particles was correlated to their steric stabilization with employed organic solvent. This is the first time ever to report on fabrication, isolation, and integration of stablilized colloidal nanothermite particles into energetic matrix where intimate mixing between oxidizer and metal fuel could be achieved.

We target here to solve numerically a class of nonlinear fractional two-point boundary value problems involving left-and right-sided fractional *** main ingredient of the proposed method is to recast the problem into an equivalent system of weakly singular integral ***,a Legendre-based spectral collocation method is developed for solving the transformed ***,we can make good use of the advantages of the Gauss quadrature *** present the construction and analysis of the collocation *** results can be indirectly applied to solve fractional optimal control problems by considering the corresponding Euler–Lagrange *** numerical examples are given to confirm the convergence analysis and robustness of the scheme.

The risk of liver injury in patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)infection is quite ***,liver function test abnormalities are still detected in COVID-19 patients despite the development of antivirals and the availability of several types of *** editorial describes liver involvement during COVID-19 infection in patients with or without preexisting liver injury,such as chronic liver disease,to elucidate COVID-19-induced liver function abnormalities and their severity,pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,and clinical and laboratory *** also discuss the effect of vaccination against COVID-19 to better understand host factors,such as age,gender,and race,on the incidence and severity of liver dysfunction at initial presentation and during the ***,we summarize the results of relevant meta-analyses published to date and highlight the importance of adequate liver function monitoring in the current climate of the overwhelming COVID-19 pandemic.
