Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),an advanced form of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),has emerged as the leading cause of liver failure and related ***,no medication is specifically approved to treat NAFLD or *** we report that oral administration of honey vesiclelike nanoparticles(H-VLNs)to naturally aged mice protects the liver from NASH development.H-VLNs are dominantly taken up by Kupffer cells in the liver and suppress hepatic chronic inflammation and further development of fibrosis and nodule formation in aged *** their reported antiinflammasome function,H-VLNs are found to inhibit the transcriptional activities of C-JUN and nuclear factor-kappa b(NF-κb).MicroRNAs miR5119 and miR5108 and phenolic compound luteolin in H-VLNs are identified in suppressing both the C-JUN and NF-kb ***,oral intake of H-VLNs represents a promising new user-friendly modality to prevent the development of NASH.

The excitation function of the 58Ni(n,p)58Co reaction was measured using the well-established neutron activation technique andγ-ray *** in the energy range of 1.7 to 2.7 MeV were generated using the 7Li(p,n)*** neutron flux was measured using the standard 115In(n,n’)115mIn monitor *** results of the neutron spectrum averaged cross-section of 58Ni(n,p)58Co reactions were compared with existing cross-section data available in the EXFOR data library as well as with various evaluated data libraries such as ENDF/b-VIII.0,JEFF-3.3,JENDL-4.0,and *** calculations were performed using the nuclear reaction code *** nuclear level density(NLD)models were tested,and their results were compared with the present *** NLDs were also obtained through the spectral distribution method(SDM).The cross-section results,along with the absolute errors,were obtained by investigating the uncertainty propagation and using the covariance *** forγ-ray true coincidence summing,low-energy background neutrons,andγ-ray self attenuation were *** experimental cross-section obtained in the present study is consistent with previously published experimental data,evaluated libraries,and theoretical calculations carried out using the TALYS code.

Previous studies on concrete have identified silica fume(SF)as the most effective supplementary material,whereas fly ash(FA)and slag have been identified as economical materials with long term strength *** of blended cement mortar referred to as blended mortar(bM)requires similar *** present study explores the application of Alccofine(AL)as supplementary material and compares its performance with conventional materials namely SF,FA and ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGbS).The mortar specimens with binder to fine-aggregates(b/f)ratio of 1:2 are prepared at water to binder(w/b)ratios of 0.4 and *** strength values and stress-strain curve for control and bM specimens are obtained at 7,28,56,and 90 d curing *** assessment based on strength activity index,k-value method and strength estimation model confirms that AL,despite lower pozzolanic activity,contributes to strength gain,due to reduced dilution *** of stress-strain curves suggests that the effect of w/b ratio is more dominant on the elastic modulus of bM specimens than on control *** observations from the study identify enhanced strength gain,improved elastic modulus and higher energy absorption as key contributions of AL making it a potential supplementary material.

A brain tumor is the uncharacteristic progression of tissues in the *** are very deadly,and if it is not diagnosed at an early stage,it might shorten the affected patient’s life ***,their classification and detection play a critical role in *** brain tumor detection is done by biopsy which is quite *** is usually not preferred at an early stage of the *** detection involvesMagneticResonance Imaging(MRI),which is essential for evaluating the *** paper aims to identify and detect brain tumors based on their location in the *** order to achieve this,the paper proposes a model that uses an extended deep Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)named Contour Extraction based Extended EfficientNet-b0(CE-EEN-b0)which is a feed-forward neural network with the efficient net layers;three convolutional layers and max-pooling layers;and finally,the global average pooling *** site of tumors in the brain is one feature that determines its effect on the functioning of an ***,this CNN architecture classifies brain tumors into four categories:No tumor,Pituitary tumor,Meningioma tumor,andGlioma *** network provides an accuracy of 97.24%,a precision of 96.65%,and an F1 score of 96.86%which is better than already existing pre-trained networks and aims to help health professionals to cross-diagnose an MRI *** model will undoubtedly reduce the complications in detection and aid radiologists without taking invasive steps.

2,4,5-Triarylimidazoles could be obtained in excellent yields by the one-pot three-component condensation of benzil/benzoin, aldehydes and ammonium acetate in the presence of catalytic amount of the inexpensive, readily available and non-toxic ceric （IV） ammonium nitrate （CAN） in aqueous media under ultrasound at room temperature. In this reaction the products were obtained in short reaction time and easy operation under mild conditions.

Deep learning has reached many successes in Video *** has become a growing important part of our daily digital *** advancement of better resolution content and the large volume offers serious challenges to the goal of receiving,distributing,compressing and revealing highquality video *** this paper we propose a novel Effective and Efficient video compression by the Deep Learning framework based on the flask,which creatively combines the Deep Learning Techniques on Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and Generative Adversarial Networks(GAN).The video compression method involves the layers are divided into different groups for data processing,using CNN to remove the duplicate frames,repeating the single image instead of the duplicate images by recognizing and detecting minute changes using GAN and recorded with Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM).Instead of the complete image,the small changes generated using GAN are substituted,which helps with frame-level *** wise comparison is performed using K-nearest Neighbours(KNN)over the frame,clustered with K-means and Singular Value Decomposition(SVD)is applied for every frame in the video for all three colour channels[Red,Green,blue]to decrease the dimension of the utility matrix[R,G,b]by extracting its latent *** frames are packed with parameters with the aid of a codec and converted to video format and the results are compared with the original *** experiments on several videos with different sizes,duration,Frames per second(FPS),and quality results demonstrated a significant resampling *** normal,the outcome delivered had around a 10%deviation in quality and over half in size when contrasted,and the original video.
