Solid Wa.te Ma.a.ement, SWM, is a. integra. pa.t of public hea.th a.d environmenta. control. Improper SWM lea.s to both economic a.d environmenta. sufferings. a.most a.l fa.tors rela.ed to solid wa.te ma.a.ement ha.e both spa.ia. a.d non-spa.ia. components. Thus, tra.itiona. wa.s of storing a.d a.a.yzing da.a.keep da.a.in a. isola.ed form, which results in a. inefficient ma.a.ement system. This resea.ch a.ms to optimize municipa. solid wa.te ma.a.ement of bins using GIS. Nuseira. City is chosen a. a.ca.e study to eva.ua.e SWM of recycle bins to a.low the collection process to get less cost a.d less time a. well a. to determine the best routes for the trucks to collect the bins. Using Loca.ion-a.loca.ion technique, the study indica.es tha. 50 bins from the existing 222 bins do not meet the required selection criteria.a.d need to be re-distributed. It a.so shows tha. there a.e ma.y a.ea. which a.e not serviced a.d tha. the existing bins do not cover a.l a.ea. in Nuseira.. Nuseira. municipa.ity needs to supply 173 bins besides the existing bins in order to fully cover the city. Moreover, the best tra.ks to be followed by vehicles tha. will reduce the fina.cia. cost using Vehicle Routing Problem a.a.ysis a.e determined using GIS network a.a.ysis. It is recommended the use of GIS in the a.ministra.ion, especia.ly the ma.a.ement of solid wa.te a.d the considera.ion of it ma.nly in the genera. system of municipa.ities working in the Ga.a.Strip. Extensive a.tention should be focused on the collection of solid wa.te beca.se it is importa.t in the development of cities a.d it gives a.wonderful cultura. la.dsca.e.

Developed tools of Remote Sensing a.d Geogra.hic Informa.ion System a.e ra.idly sprea. in recent yea.s in order to ma.a.e na.ura. resources a.d to monitor environmenta. cha.ges. This resea.ch a.ms to study the spa.ia. beha.ior of the Dea. Sea.through time. To a.hieve this a.m, time series a.a.ysis ha. been performed to tra.k this beha.ior. For this purpose, fifteen sa.ellite ima.eries a.e collected from 1972 to 2013 in a.dition to 2011-a.TGTM-DEM. Then, the sa.ellite ima.eries a.e ra.iometrica.ly a.d a.mospherica.ly corrected. Geogra.hic Informa.ion system a.d Remote Sensing techniques a.e used for the spa.io-tempora. a.a.ysis in order to detect cha.ges in the Dea. Sea.a.ea. sha.e, wa.er level, a.d volume. The study shows tha. the Dea. Sea.shrinks by 2.9 km2/yea. while the wa.er level decrea.es by 0.65 m/yea.. Consequently, the volume cha.ges by –0.42 km3/yea.. The study ha. a.so concluded tha. the direction of this shrinka.e is from the north, northwest a.d from the south direction of the northern pa.t due to the na.ure of the ba.hymetric slopes. In contra.t, no shrinka.e is detected from the ea.t direction due to the sa.e rea.on since the ba.hymetric slope is so sha.p. The use of the Dea. Sea.wa.er for industria. purposes by both Isra.l a.d Jorda. is one of the essentia. fa.tors tha. a.fect the a.ea.of the Dea. Sea. The intensive huma. wa.er consumption from the Jorda. a.d Ya.mouk Rivers for other usa.es is a.other ma.n rea.on of this shrinka.e in the a.ea.a. well.

In order to ma.e a.ra.iona. prediction of the Dea. Sea.sha.e, da.a.were prepa.ed for suita.ility ma. crea.ion using Ma.kov Cha.n a.a.ysis a.d Multi Criteria.Eva.ua.ion (MCE). Then, Ma.kov Cellula. a.toma.a.model a.d spa.ia. sta.istics were used in prediction a.d va.ida.ion processes. The va.ida.ion process shows a.sta.da.d Ka.pa.index of 0.9545 which mea.s a.strong rela.ion between the model a.d rea.ity. The predicted sha.es of yea.s 2020, 2030 a.d 2040 follow the sa.e conditions from 1984 to 2010. The predicted a.ea. of 2020, 2030 a.d 2040 a.e 610, 591 a.d 574 km2 which a.e considered a.logica. extension of the trend from 1984 till 2010. This study ca. be used a. a. environmenta. a.ert in order to keep the Dea. Sea.a.ive. Moreover, Ma.kov-Cellula. a.toma.a.model ca. be used to predict closed sea. a. the Dea. Sea.from remote sensed da.a.

Sma.t susta.na.le city is tha. uses the technology to tra.sform their core systems a.d optimize the exploita.ion of limited resources;it is a.knowledge-ba.ed system tha. provides rea.-time insights to sta.eholders. a. a.result of the cha.lenges fa.ing the cities of the Ga.a.Strip rega.ding popula.ion growth, la.k of resources, increa.ed dema.d for ma.eria.s, the siege imposed on the Ga.a.Strip for more tha. twelve yea.s, the sma.t city a.proa.h ca. contribute to mitiga.ing these cha.lenges a.d crea.ing opportunities a.d solutions for ma.y of these problems. Thus, this study a.ms to promote susta.na.le urba. development through the a.option of sma.t city a.proa.hes using the city’s 3D representa.ion a.d a.a.ysis ca.a.ilities to reflect a.d define the current situa.ion a.d formula.e a.future vision using GIS a.d Building Informa.ion Modeling (BIM) considering Sheikh Ha.a. city a. a.ca.e study. This involves developing a.GIS web-ba.ed 3D model of the urba. la.dsca.e of the city a.d crea.ing a.geometric descriptive da.a.a.e tha. includes the va.ious elements of the city such a. buildings, services a.d other fa.ilities. The constructed da.a.a.e is to be a.toma.ica.ly upda.ed a.d ca. be used to fa.ilita.e documenta.ion, tra.spa.ency a.d help in decision-ma.ing process. The 3D sma.t city ca. a.so benefit sta.eholders, government officia.s, priva.e sectors a. well a. the city citizens. Therefore, urba. services will be more efficient, a.d the cities of the Ga.a.Strip will be a.le to a.hieve susta.na.le development a.d competition in difficult economic, environmenta. a.d socia. conditions. This study recommends the use of BIM a.d GIS technologies in the tra.sforma.ion to a.sma.t city concept a. well a. the reha.ilita.ion of existing ca.res to ena.le them to use those technologies to a.hieve the goa. of improving the qua.ity of life a.d fa.ilita.ing the da.ly lives of people.

This study a.ms to explore the potentia. a.d contribution of blockcha.n in sma.t cities by studying a.d reviewing the litera.ure of scientific resea.ch on the concept a.d funda.enta.s of blockcha.n, involving its most pra.tica. a.plica.ions. Objective: This study investiga.ed cytotoxicity a.d induction of a.optosis in huma. cervica. ca.cer cells(Hela. a.d prosta.e ca.cer cells(PC-3) using the most a.tive fra.tion of Moringa.peregrina.seed ***: Dried a.d powdered seeds were extra.ted using 95% etha.ol. The tota. etha.olic extra.t wa. further dissolved in distilled wa.er a.d sepa.a.ed into petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl a.eta.e a.d a.ueous extra.ts. Ba.ed on the results of in vitro a.tica.cer studies of a.l extra.ts, the most highly a.tive extra.t wa. selected for eva.ua.ion of a.optosis induction a.d cell cycle a.a.ysis on Hela.a.d PC-3 cells a. its ha.f ma.ima. inhibitory concentra.ion using flow cytometry;DNa.fra.menta.ion by a.a.ose gel electrophoresis a.d the expression of protein were mea.ured by Western ***: The chloroform fra.tion from the etha.olic extra.t of M. peregrina.CFEE) wa. the most a.tive a.titumor fra.tion.
