In this article,we p.esent a dynamical system analysis of a Dirac-Born-Infeld scalar field in a modified f(Q)gravity *** considered a p.lynomial form of modified gravity,used two different typ.s of scalar p.tential,p.lynomial and exp.nential,and found a closed autonomous dynamical system of *** analyzed the fixed p.ints of such a system and evaluated the conditions under which deceleration to late-time acceleration occurs in this *** note the similarity of the two models and show that our result is consistent with a p.evious study on Einstein s *** also investigated the p.enomenological imp.ications of our models by p.otting EoS(ω),energy density(Ω),and deceleration p.rameter(q)*** e-fold time and comp.ring to the p.esent *** conclude the p.p.r by observing how the dynamical system analysis differs in the modified f(Q)gravity,and p.esent the future scop. of our research.

In the back.round of f(R,L_(m))gravity,this work.investigates three distinct dark.matter halo p.ofiles to test the p.ssibility of generalised wormhole geometry within the galactic halo *** current study aims to accomp.ish these goals by examining various dark.matter p.ofiles including universal rotation curves(URC),Navarro-Frenk.White(NFW)model-Ⅰ,and NFW model-Ⅱinside two distinct f(R,L_(m))gravity *** to the f(R,L_(m))=R/2+L^(a)_(m)model,the dark.matter(DM)halo density p.ofiles p.oduce suitable shap. functions that meet all the necessary requirements for exhibiting the wormhole geometries with ap.rop.iate choice of free *** addition,to examine DM p.ofiles under the f(R,L_(m))=R/2+(1+λR)L_(m) model,we consider a sp.cific shap. ***,we observed that the derived solution from both two models violates the null energy constraints,confirming that the DM sup.orts wormholes to maintain in the galactic halo.

The p.esent research work.attemp.ed to delineate and characterize the reservoir facies from the Dawson Canyon Formation in the p.nobscot field,Scotian *** integrated study of instantaneous frequency,p.imp.dance,volume of clay and neutron-p.rosity attributes,and structural framework.was done to unravel the Late Cretaceous dep.sitional system and reservoir facies distribution p.tterns within the study *** strik.s were found in the EW and NEE-SWW directions indicating the dominant course of tectonic activities during the Late Cretaceous p.riod in the region.p.imp.dance was estimated using model-based seismic *** p.op.rties such as the neutron p.rosity(Np.I)and volume of clay(VCL)were estimated using the multilayer p.rcep.ron neural network.with high ***,a combination of low instantaneous frequency(15-30 Hz),moderate to high imp.dance(7000-9500 gm/cc*m/s),low neutron p.rosity(27%-40%)and low volume of clay(40%-60%),suggests fair-to-good sandstone develop.ent in the Dawson Canyon *** calibration with the welllog data,it is found that further lowering in these attribute resp.nses signifies the clean sandstone facies p.ssibly containing *** p.esent study suggests that the shale lithofacies dominates the Late Cretaceous dep.sition(Dawson Canyon Formation)in the p.nobscot field,Scotian *** faults and overlying shale facies p.ovide structural and stratigrap.ic seals and act as a suitable hydrocarbon entrap.ent mechanism in the Dawson Canyon Formation's *** p.esent research advocates the integrated analysis of multi-attributes estimated using different methods to minimize the risk.involved in hydrocarbon exp.oration.

The ap.lication of extracellular vesicles,p.rticularly exosomes(EXs),is rap.dly exp.nding in the field of medicine,owing to their remark.ble p.op.rties as natural carriers of biological *** study investigates utilization of exosomes derived from stromal cells of tumor adjacent normal tissues(NAF-EXs)for p.rsonalized medicine,which can be derived at the time of diagnosis by endoscop.c ***,we show that exosomes(EXs)derived from NAFs demonstrate differential bio-p.ysical characteristics,efficient cellular internalization,drug loading efficiency,p.ncreatic tumor targeting and delivery of ***-derived EXs(NAF-EXs)were used for loading ormeloxifene(ORM),a p.tent anti-cancer and desmop.asia inhibitor as a model *** found that ORM maintains normal fibroblast cell p.enotyp. and renders them incomp.tible to be triggered for a CAF-lik. p.enotyp.,which may be due to regulation of Ca^(2+) influx in fibroblast ***-EXs-ORM effectively block.d oncogenic signaling p.thways involved in desmop.asia and ep.thelial mesenchymal transition(EMT)and rep.essed tumor growth in xenograft mouse *** conclusion,our data suggests p.eferential trop.sm of NAF-EXs for p.AC tumors,thus imp.y feasibility of develop.ng a novel p.rsonalized medicine for p.AC p.tients using autologous NAF-EXs for imp.oved therap.utic outcome of anti-cancer ***,it p.ovides the op.ortunity of utilizing this biological scaffold for effective therap.utics in combination with standard therap.utic regimen.

MXene has garnered widesp.ead recognition in the scientific com-munity due to its remark.ble p.op.rties,including excellent thermal stability,high conductivity,good hydrop.ilicity and disp.rsibility,easy p.ocessability,tunable surface p.op.rties,and admirable *** have been categorized into different families based on the number of M and X layers in M_(n+1)X_(n),such as M_(2)X,M_(3)X_(2),M_(4)X_(3),and,recently,M_(5)X_(4).Among these families,M_(2)X and M_(3)X_(2),p.r-ticularly Ti_(3)C_(2),have been greatly exp.ored while limited studies have been given to M_(5)X_(4)MXene ***,studies on the M_(4)X_(3)MXene family have develop.d recently,hence,demanding a comp.lation of evaluated ***,this review p.ovides a systematic overview of the latest advancements in M_(4)X_(3)MXenes,focusing on their p.op.rties and ap.lications in energy storage *** objective of this review is to p.ovide guidance to researchers on fostering M_(4)X_(3)MXene-based nanomaterials,not only for energy storage devices but also for broader ap.lications.

Objective:To evaluate the antimalarial activity of noscap.ne against p.asmodium falcip.rum 3D7 strain(p.3D7),its clinical isolate(p.140/SS),and p.asmodium berghei ANk.(p.A).Methods:Using ring-stage survival assay,p.enotyp.c assessments,and SYBR-green-based fluorescence assay,the antimalarial activities of noscap.ne were assessed comp.red with dihydroartemisinin(DHA)in in vivo and in vitro *** addition,hemolysis and cytotoxicity tests were carried out to evaluate its ***-p.R assay was also conducted to determine the effect of noscap.ne on p.p.in-lik. cysteine p.otease p.asmodium falcip.rum falcip.in-2(p.Fp.2).Results:The antimalarial efficacy of noscap.ne against p.3D7 and p.140/SS was comp.rable to DHA,with IC50 values of(7.68±0.88)and(5.57±0.74)nM/mL,resp.ctively,and>95%inhibition of p.A infected *** also showed a safe p.ofile,as evidenced by low hemolysis and cytotoxicity even at high ***,p.Fp.2 exp.ession was significantly inhibited in both noscap.ne-treated p.3D7 and p.140/SS(p.0.01).Conclusions:Noscap.ne has antimalarial p.op.rties comp.rable to standard antimalarial DHA with better safety p.ofiles,which may be further exp.ored as a therap.utic candidate for the treatment of malaria.
