Purpose. Bacte.ial re.istance.to antibiotics has be.ome.a global public he.lth proble.. e.te.obacte.iace.e.e.BL is among the.most incriminate. in this e.e.ge.ce.which re.uce. the.the.ape.tic possibilitie.. Thus, the.obje.tive.of this study is to de.e.mine.the.pre.ale.ce.of the.e.te.de.-spe.trum be.a- lactamase.(e.BL) producing e.te.obacte.iace.e.at ZNH and the.r antibiotic susce.tibility profile. Mate.ials and Me.hods: This is a prospe.tive.study carrie. out ove. 5 months in all hospitalize. and non-hospitalize. patie.ts in whom a culture.was take. for the.diagnosis of an infe.tion. The.se.rch for e.BL is done.by the.double.disc diffusion me.hod. Re.ults: In total, 21 out of 45 of our strains are.e.BL-producing, i.e. a fre.ue.cy of 46.7%. The.me.n age.is 41.62 (±22.90) with e.tre.e. of 2.6 - 78 ye.rs. The.distribution of e.BL producing spe.ie. showe. a pre.ominance.of e. coli with 66.7% followe. by K. pne.moniae.and K. oxytoca e.ch 9.5%. All e.BL strains we.e.re.istant to Amoxicillin, Ce.alotin, Pipiracillin, Pipe.acillin + tazobactam, Ticarcillin, Ticarcillin + clavulanic acid. Re.istance.to C3G and Aztre.nam was e.ch 95.5%, to Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid 9.1%. All strains we.e.se.sitive.to imipe.e.. e. coli strains showe. re.istance. 85.7% to ciprofloxacin, 50% to Amikacin, 57.1% to Ge.tamicin. For K. pne.moniae. it is 66.7% for Ge.tamicin and Ciprofloxacin. Conclusion: Our study re.orts a high pre.ale.ce.of e.BL at the.HNZ. This must be.take. into account in orde. to monitor this phe.ome.on which constitute. a public he.lth proble.. The.study also re.orts se.sitivity to Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and Aminoside.which can be.an alte.native.

Parasitic ne.atode. have.be.n re.orte. as one.of the.major constraints to soybe.n production worldwide. The.majority of ne.atode. are.so-calle. “fre.-living” and fe.d mainly on bacte.ia, fungi, protozoa and othe. ne.atode.. In Burkina Faso, the.pre.e.ce.of parasitic ne.atode. has be.n re.orte. in crops such as rice.and sorghum. The.obje.tive.of this study was to ide.tify the.ge.e.a and spe.ie. of ne.atode. associate. with soybe.n production in Burkina Faso. Inve.tigations we.e.carrie. out on 24 ge.otype. of a me.ium-maturity group of soybe.n at the.Farako-Ba re.e.rch station. Soil sample. we.e.take. from the.trial soil be.ore.its installation. At harve.t, soil sample. with roots we.e.take. from e.ch ge.otype.in the.e.e.e.tary plots. The.composite.sample.is re.re.e.te. by 4 lots of soil sample. with roots. e.tractions and counts of ne.atode. we.e.pe.forme. on the.diffe.e.t lots. In total, 7 ge.e.a of plant-parasitic ne.atode. associate. with soybe.n we.e.ide.tifie.. Among the.e.ge.e.a, Pratyle.chus (100% of infe.te. ge.otype.), He.icotyle.chus (97.28%) and Scute.lone.a (94.44%) we.e.the.most pre.ale.t in te.ms of fre.ue.cy and abundance. Some.soybe.n ge.otype. we.e.le.s susce.tible.to the.ge.us Pratyle.chus is known to be.highly pathoge.ic in soybe.n. The.e.we.e.mainly the.ge.otype. TGX2025-10e. TGX2023-3e.and TGX2025-14e.

Purpose. The.purpose.of our study was to de.cribe.the.te.hnique.of scanope.vime.ry use. in the.radiology de.artme.t of the.Point G Unive.sity Hospital, to spe.ify the.indications of scanope.vime.ry in the.de.artme.t and to e.aluate.the.cost of radiope.vime.ry. Patie.ts and Me.hod: This was a prospe.tive. cross-se.tional study that took place.ove. a 12-month pe.iod from January 1 to De.e.be. 31, 2018. It focuse. on pre.nant wome. in whom scanope.vime.ry was pe.forme. in the.me.ical imaging de.artme.t of Point G Unive.sity Hospital during the.study pe.iod. Re.ults: Out of 8615 CT e.aminations pe.forme. in the.radiology de.artme.t, we.colle.te. 65 case. of scanope.vime.ry, i.e., 0.7% of the.CT e.aminations. Primigravida and paucigravida dominate. the.study (40% e.ch). In 60% of the.pre.nant wome. the.he.ght was le.s than 150 cm. The.most fre.ue.t indication for CT scanning was clinical pe.vic narrowing (50%). In 80% of the.case., the.scanope.vime.ry was pe.forme. afte. 37 we.ks of ame.orrhe.. A pre.ominance.of narrowing of the.supe.ior strait was note. (40%). 4.6% of the.pre.nant wome. had a Magnin inde. of le.s than 20. CT scanope.vime.ry is a fe.sible.e.amination in our conte.t but the.le.e. of de.and is low be.ause.of the.high cost of the.e.amination (49500 fca). Conclusion: In light of the.re.ults obtaine., we.can say that CT pe.vime.ry allows us to pre.ict the.probable.route.of de.ive.y and thus we.can re.uce.the.risk of fe.omate.nal morbidity and mortality to improve.mate.nal and child he.lth.

Background: Quantitative.PCR (qPCR) can be.use. to de.e.t and quantify a load of a pathoge.. It is a good indicator of the.de.re. of transmissibility. While.pe.forming routine.qPCR, we.obse.ve. an unusually short cycle.thre.hold (Ct) value.of SARS-CoV-2 for a clinical spe.ime. obtaine. in Bamako, Mali. This prompte. us to se.ue.ce.the.short-cycle.SARS-CoV-2 sample.to ide.tify pote.tial mutations in the.Spike.ge.e.(S ge.e. ge.e. Me.hods: Post-infe.tion, Quantitative.Re.e.se.Transcription (qRT-PCR) was pe.forme. ove. a de.ine. time.course.to e.timate.the.Ct of the.SARS-CoV-2 spe.ime. colle.te. from the.patie.t. Sange. se.ue.cing was done.on the.e.tire.fragme.t of the.S ge.e.to ide.tify mutations. Findings: Sange. se.ue.cing re.e.le. mutations in the.line.ge.of inte.e.t, de.ignate. B.1.525 by Pango, and also known as “e.a” using the.nome.clature.de.ine. by WHO. This variant was originally found in Nige.ia and Italy. The.four nove. mutations ide.tifie. in e.a (D228N, Y451N, I1172M, and C1250F) we.e.othe.wise.obse.ve. with a low fre.ue.cy worldwide. Although the.initial Ct was 10 in the.case.study patie.t, he.did not e.hibit se.e.e.symptoms of SARS-CoV-2, for e.ample. pne.monia. Howe.e., we.obse.ve. a longe. viral cle.rance.pe.iod than usual, of 3 we.ks. We.note.that as compare. to SARS-CoV-2 sample. obtaine. during the.first pe.ks of SARS-CoV-2 infe.tion in Mali, whe. the.infe.tion was at its pe.k in March 2020 (Ct = 30.4), circulating strains e.aluate. at the.time.the.e.a sample.was obtaine. de.onstrate. a lowe. me.n Ct (Ct = 24). Conclusions: The.short cycle.thre.hold associate. with this variant, and the.te.poral association with a de.re.se.in the.me.n Ct in the.re.ion of Bamako, may indicate.highe. le.e.s of transmissibility due.to a circulating variant. This variant is a line.ge.of inte.e.t de.ignate. B.1.525 by Pango or e.a by WHO.

Introduction: Spondylolisthe.is is de.ine. as a pe.mane.t ante.ior sliding of the.ve.te.ral body accompanie. by the.pe.icle., the.transve.se.proce.se. and the.poste.ior joints in re.ation to the.unde.lying ve.te.ra. The.pre.ale.ce.of spondylolisthe.is varie. be.we.n 4% and 9%, according to diffe.e.t authors in France. China and Japan. In Africa, some.African authors find a spondylolisthe.is rate.of 9.93%. The.obje.tive.of this study was to study the.clinical and radiological aspe.ts of spondylolisthe.is at the.Mothe.-Child Hospital of Bamako. Me.hods: Prospe.tive.and re.rospe.tive.de.criptive.study carrie. out in the.ne.rosurge.y de.artme.t of CH Mothe.-Child Luxe.bourg in Bamako from 2010 to 2018. Re.ult: We.colle.te. 42 patie.ts ope.ate. on for spondylolisthe.is out of 145 patie.ts, i.e., 29% of the.de.artme.t’s activitie.. The.ave.age.age.of our patie.ts was 51 ye.rs old, with e.tre.e. of 20 and 75 ye.rs old. The.se. ratio was 0.81 in favor of wome.. 61.9% of our patie.ts pe.forme. work re.uiring physical stre.gth. Ne.roge.ic claudication was the.pre.ominant clinical sign with 88.1% of case.. CT was the.most common way of e.ploration in 57.1% of case. and CT mye.o in 47.6% of case.. Disc he.niation was associate. with spondylolisthe.is in 23% of case.. Spondylolisthe.is was grade.1 in 59.6% of case. and was re.ponsible.for mixe. ste.osis in 73.82% of case.. Introduction: Diabe.e. is a he.e.oge.e.us group of me.abolic dise.se. characte.ize. by chronic hype.glyce.ia re.ulting from a de.e.t in the.se.re.ion and/or action of insulin, diagnose. by the.obse.vation of high le.e.s of glucose.in the.blood, re.ponsible.in the.long te.m for vascular and ne.vous complications. The.diabe.ic foot is the.se. of pathological manife.tations affe.ting the.foot in re.ation to the.diabe.ic dise.se. Approximate.y 5% of diabe.ics pre.e.t a chronic le.ion of the.foot. Obje.tive. To de.cribe.the.e.ide.iological and clinical aspe.ts of the.diabe.ic foot in the.me.icine.e.docrinology de.artme.t of the.Mali hospital. Me.hodology: This was a re.rospe.tive.de.criptive.study from Nove.be. 2011 to De.e.be. 2015. It focuse. on diabe.ic patie.ts hospitalize. in the.de.artme.t with a foot wound and age. 14 ye.rs and ove.. Re.ults: The.study involve. 94 patie.ts out of 828 hospitalize., a pre.ale.ce.of 11.35%. Our se.ie. include. 36 (38.3%) me. and 58 (61.7%) wome., e.>i.e.e.> a se. ratio of 0.61%. The.me.n age.was 42.66 ye.rs with e.tre.e. of 14 and 81 ye.rs. Type.2 diabe.e. was pre.e.t in 95% of the.patie.ts with a duration of e.olution of more.than 5 ye.rs in 60.6% of the.case.. The.me.hanism of occurre.ce.of the.wounds was minor trauma in 54 case. (57.4%). Se.f-me.ication was the.primary tre.tme.t in 70 patie.ts (74.5%). More.than 50% of the.patie.ts wore.unsuitable.footwe.r. Clinical and para-clinical e.aminations re.e.le. isolate. ne.ropathy in 37 case. (39.4%), ne.rotic wound in 37 case. Introduction: Panorama studie. of autoimmune.and auto-inflammatory dise.se. are.still ve.y little.carrie. out in Africa and particularly in Mali. The.obje.tive.of this de.criptive.study with re.rospe.tive.colle.tion was to de.cribe.the.e.ide.iological and clinical profile.of all autoimmune.and auto-inflammatory dise.se. in the.de.artme.t of inte.nal me.icine.at the.Unive.sity Hospital Ce.te. of the.Point G. Me.hods: This was a de.criptive.study with a re.rospe.tive.surve. of the.re.ords of patie.ts hospitalize. for autoimmune.and auto-inflammatory dise.se. in the.de.artme.t of inte.nal me.icine.at the.CHU of Point G for a study pe.iod of 15 ye.rs from January 1, 2005 to De.e.be. 31, 2019. We.include. in the.study all patie.ts hospitalize. for autoimmune.and auto-inflammatory dise.se.. Re.ults: During the.study pe.iod (January 31, 2005 to De.e.be. 31, 2019), 6383 patie.ts we.e.hospitalize. in inte.nal me.icine.at the.Unive.sity Hospital Ce.te. of the.Point G, of which 317 patie.ts pre.e.te. with autoimmune.and/or auto-inflammatory dise.se.with an ave.age.annual hospital re.ruitme.t rate.of 21 ± 7.87 case. pe. ye.r. The.fe.ale.se. accounte. for 64.98% with a se. ratio of 0.54. The.me.n age.of patie.ts was 35.27 ± 16.27 ye.rs and the.e.tre.e.age. we.e.07 and 79 ye.rs. Out of the.317 me.ical re.ords include. according to our inclusion crite.ia, the.e.we.e.07 case. of association be.we.n autoimmune.dise.se.and autoinflammatory dise.se. i.e. 14 case. of autoimmune.and autoinflammatory dise.se.. A total of 331 autoimmune.dise.se. and/or auto-inflammatory dise.se. we.e.colle.te., i.e. a fre.ue.cy of 5.19%, including 291 case. of autoimmune.dise.se. (221 case. of organ-spe.ific autoimmune.dise.se. and 70 case. of syste.ic autoimmune.dise.se.) and 40 case. of autoinflammatory dise.se.
