In re.e.t ye.rs, China has be.ome.an incre.singly important and the.large.t che.tnut produce. in the.world. This study aime. to e.aluate.the.nutritional value.and microbiological quality of the.roaste. fre.ze.drie. Chine.e.che.tnut (Castane. mollissima) (RFDC) coate. with dark chocolate.(DCC) and milk chocolate.(MCC) for industrial use.and comme.cial consumption. Chocolate.coating significantly improve. the.nutritional value.of che.tnut. RFDC had high le.e.s of starch (66.23%) and fibe.s (3.85%) while.DCC and MCC containe. significantly high amounts of sucrose. prote.n, fat and mine.als. Furthe.more. the.prote.n conte.t double. in MCC rathe. than in DCC. This could be.attribute. to the.diffe.e.t formulations in the.two products. Milk powde. and whe. prote.n constitute. the.source.of prote.n in MCC while.cocoa powde. adde. to MCC formulation constitute. an additional source.of mine.als. The.amino acid profile.showe. diffe.e.ce. in amino acid composition re.ate. to the.sample.s prote.n conte.t, indicating the.r good nutritional quality. The.moisture.conte.ts in all RFDC, DCC and MCC we.e.suitable.for industrial proce.sing. The.e.re.ults provide.information about the.additional nutrie.ts of chocolate.coate. che.tnut and confirm that the.product is an inte.e.ting nutritional food. The.combination of fre.ze.drying and chocolate.coating ge.e.ally re.ults in gre.te. re.uctions on microbiological loads, e.te.ding she.f life.of harve.te. che.tnut for comme.cial application. This is an alte.native.strate.y to add value.to che.tnut, minimizing the.significant losse. in harve.te. fruits and providing a wide. range.of choice. of ne. products to the.consume. disposal.

The.Value.Chains Analysis and Gre.nhouse.mode. use. in this study, provide. insight into the.re.ationship be.we.n output maximization and GHG e.issions to he.p de.ine.optimal inte.ve.tion approache. that minimize.e.issions while.maximizing the.pote.tial yie.d, he.ce.boost food se.urity. It highlights inte.ve.tion me.sure. for improve.e.t of production and productivity along with the.ide.tification of mitigation me.sure. to re.uce.GHG e.issions. It also re.e.le. that the.large.t GHG e.ission factor from maize.farming in the.se.e.te. countrie. is from the.application of nitroge. fe.tilize.s (NO2), and for rice.farming, de.e.ding on the.syste.s, e.g. rain fe., irrigate. or multiple.ae.ation, the.e.ission is mostly due.to anae.obic de.omposition of me.hane.(CH4) which incre.se. with flooding practice.

Introduction: The.study of the.poste.ior se.me.t of the.e.e.has nowadays be.ome.one.of the.most fre.ue.t indications for diagnostic ultrasound in the.ophthalmological fie.d. The.obje.tive.of this work is to contribute.to the.improve.e.t of the.diagnostic manage.e.t of pathologie. of the.poste.ior se.me.t of the.e.e.in the.radiology de.artme.t of the.me.ical clinic “Marie.Curie. in Bamako. Mate.ial and Me.hods: This was a cross-se.tional study carrie. out in the.me.ical imaging de.artme.t from January 2020 to January 2022. It conce.ne. all patie.ts who pre.e.te. for the.study of the.ocular poste.ior se.me.t on ultrasound. Re.ults: Fifty-two (52) patie.ts out of a total of 109 we.e.include. in the.study, i.e. a fre.ue.cy of 47.70%. The.ave.age.age.was 33.90 with the.e.tre.e. ranging from 05 ye.rs to 75 ye.rs. The.male.se. dominate. with a fre.ue.cy of 69.23%. Ocular ultrasound was pre.cribe. mainly by ophthalmologists (100%). In the.study of the.poste.ior se.me.t, pre.pe.ative.asse.sme.t re.re.e.te. the.most fre.ue.t indications with re.pe.tive.y 55.76% and 23.10%. Re.inal de.achme.t and vitre.us he.orrhage.we.e.the.most found le.ions on ultrasound with 50% and 34.61% re.pe.tive.y. Conclusion: Ocular ultrasound is acce.sible.in Bamako and has allowe. the.study of the.poste.ior se.me.t of the.e.e. It occupie. an important place.in the.study and manage.e.t of ocular pathologie. of the.poste.ior se.me.t.

Introduction: Acute.inte.tinal obstruction is a se.ious pathology, a surgical e.e.ge.cy for which me.ical imaging plays an important role.in the.manage.e.t. We.initiate. this work in orde. to study the.contribution of imaging in the.diagnosis of acute.inte.tinal obstruction at the.Point-G Unive.sity Hospital. Patie.ts and Me.hods: This was a prospe.tive. de.criptive.and analytical study of 96 patie.ts colle.te. at the.radiology and me.ical imaging de.artme.t of CHU Point-G from January 2018 to January 2019. Re.ults: The.age.of our patie.ts varie. from 11 to 86 ye.rs, with an ave.age.of 36 ye.rs old. The.e.was a male.pre.ominance.of 64.6% against 35.4% for wome., i.e., a se. ratio of 1.82. Pre.ious surge.y was found in 61.5% of our patie.ts. The.pain was pre.e.t in all patie.ts. An unpre.are. abdominal X-ray was pe.forme. in 89.6% of patie.ts. Hydroae.obic le.e.s we.e.found in 96.5% of patie.ts. Abdominope.vic CT scans we.e.pe.forme. on 12 patie.ts, all of whom we.e.diagnose. with occlusion. The.e.positive.diagnostic findings we.e.consiste.t with intraope.ative.findings in 92% of case.. The.cause. we.e.dominate. by bridge. in 46 patie.ts and tumors in 9 patie.ts. Signs of se.e.ity on CT we.e.dominate. by signs of distre.s of the.upstre.m bile.ducts in 8.3%. e.actly 8% of our patie.ts spontane.usly re.ume. transit, 91% re.e.ve. surgical tre.tme.t and 1% die. be.ore.surge.y. The.outcome.was favorable.in 80 patie.ts (83.3%) and poor with de.th in 16 patie.ts (16.7%). Conclusion: Acute.inte.tinal obstruction re.ains a se.ious pathology for which the.X-ray of the.PSA is ofte. the.only radiological e.amination pe.forme. in an e.e.ge.cy. Howe.e., abdominope.vic CT se.ms to us to be.wide.y indicate. thanks to its contribution both to the.positive.diagnosis and to the.diagnosis of se.e.ity and e.iology. Howe.e., this imaging te.hnique.is wide.y unde.use. in our practice.be.ause.of its high cost and lack of availability.

Bre.st pathology is varie., bringing toge.he. tumor and non-tumor le.ions. Obje.tive. To study the.contribution of the.ultrasound-mammography pair in the.diagnosis of bre.st pathologie.. Mate.ials and Me.hod: This was a re.rospe.tive.de.criptive.study, carrie. out ove. a pe.iod of 3 ye.rs (from January 2018 to De.e.be. 2020) at the.Diagnostic Imaging Ce.te. (C.I.D) “Te.IYA” in BAMAKO. It conce.ne. all patie.ts who came.for a mammogram/ultrasound e.amination of the.bre.st. All wome. admitte. for mammogram or bre.st ultrasound who we.e.diagnose. with a bre.st injury during the.study pe.iod we.e.include.. Incomple.e.re.ords and radiological che.ks we.e.not include.. The.variable. analyze. we.e.age. se., clinical data, and ultrasound and mammography aspe.ts. The.de.ice. use. are. a Voluson 730 PRO ultrasound machine.and a G 600T type.mammography machine. Re.ults: At the.e.d of our study, we.colle.te. 254 bre.st pathologie. on a numbe. of 382 wome., i.e. a fre.ue.cy of 66.49%. The.ave.age.age.of our patie.ts was 41 ye.rs old. The.dominant clinical data we.e.mastodynia (41.88%) and mammary nodule.(21.70%). On imaging (mammo-ultrasound) the.le.ions pre.ominate. on the.le.t in 36% of case., bilate.al in 28% of case. and in the.uppe.-oute. quadrants in 31.5% of case.. Tumor pathologie. re.re.e.te. 66.54% of which 45.27% we.e.be.ign mainly compose. of fibro-ade.oma (20.88%) and cyst (18.50%), 11.8% of suspe.te. case. and 9.45% of cance.s. Non-tumor pathologie. re.re.e.te. 33.46%, mainly mastitis (16.14%), galactophoric dilations (11.02%) and absce.se. (5.51%). Introduction: Tibial plate.u fracture. are.solutions of continuity of the.e.iphyse.l-me.aphyse.l block of the.uppe. e.d of the.tibia of which at le.st one.line.e.te.s the.joint. The. thre.te. the.stability and mobility of the.kne. and can compromise.walking and standing. The.e.fracture. are.on the.incre.se. e.pe.ially affe.ting young and active.subje.ts. Orthope.ic tre.tme.t is a rare.indication apart from non-displace. or slightly displace. forms. Surgical tre.tme.t is re.uire. in displace. forms, particularly in de.re.sion fracture.. The.aim of this work was to re.ort the.le.ional and the.ape.tic aspe.ts of tibial plate.u fracture. in our de.artme.t. Patie.ts and Me.hod: Patie.ts and me.hod: This was a re.rospe.tive.study ove. 36 months from January 2019 to De.e.be. 2021. Include. in this study we.e.patie.ts tre.te. for a tibial plate.u fracture.in our de.artme.t and followe. up for at le.st 10 months. The.e.ide.iological and clinical data analyze. we.e.age. se., affe.te. side. e.iology, me.hanism of injury, pathological anatomy and associate. le.ions. The.fracture. we.e.classifie. according to the.classification of Duparc and Ficat. The.slightly or non-displace. forms we.e.tre.te. orthope.ically while.the.displace. forms we.e.tre.te. surgically. The.minimum follow-up was 10 months. The.re.ults we.e.e.aluate. by the.anatomical crite.ia according to Mazas and Duparc and functional according to Me.le.d’Aubigné. Re.ults: The.authors colle.te. 71 case. of tibial plate.u fracture.. The. accounte. for 4.0% of all limb fracture., 5.8% of lowe. limb fracture. and 33.8% of kne. fracture. in our se.vice. The.male.se. was the.most re.re.e.te. at 78.9% with a se. ratio of 3.7. The.age.group of [20 - 40] ye.rs was the.most affe.te., i.e., 53.5%. Purpose. Bacte.ial re.istance.to antibiotics has be.ome.a global public he.lth proble.. e.te.obacte.iace.e.e.BL is among the.most incriminate. in this e.e.ge.ce.which re.uce. the.the.ape.tic possibilitie.. Thus, the.obje.tive.of this study is to de.e.mine.the.pre.ale.ce.of the.e.te.de.-spe.trum be.a- lactamase.(e.BL) producing e.te.obacte.iace.e.at ZNH and the.r antibiotic susce.tibility profile. Mate.ials and Me.hods: This is a prospe.tive.study carrie. out ove. 5 months in all hospitalize. and non-hospitalize. patie.ts in whom a culture.was take. for the.diagnosis of an infe.tion. The.se.rch for e.BL is done.by the.double.disc diffusion me.hod. Re.ults: In total, 21 out of 45 of our strains are.e.BL-producing, i.e. a fre.ue.cy of 46.7%. The.me.n age.is 41.62 (±22.90) with e.tre.e. of 2.6 - 78 ye.rs. The.distribution of e.BL producing spe.ie. showe. a pre.ominance.of e. coli with 66.7% followe. by K. pne.moniae.and K. oxytoca e.ch 9.5%. All e.BL strains we.e.re.istant to Amoxicillin, Ce.alotin, Pipiracillin, Pipe.acillin + tazobactam, Ticarcillin, Ticarcillin + clavulanic acid. Re.istance.to C3G and Aztre.nam was e.ch 95.5%, to Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid 9.1%. All strains we.e.se.sitive.to imipe.e.. e. coli strains showe. re.istance. 85.7% to ciprofloxacin, 50% to Amikacin, 57.1% to Ge.tamicin. For K. pne.moniae. it is 66.7% for Ge.tamicin and Ciprofloxacin. Conclusion: Our study re.orts a high pre.ale.ce.of e.BL at the.HNZ. This must be.take. into account in orde. to monitor this phe.ome.on which constitute. a public he.lth proble.. The.study also re.orts se.sitivity to Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and Aminoside.which can be.an alte.native.

Parasitic ne.atode. have.be.n re.orte. as one.of the.major constraints to soybe.n production worldwide. The.majority of ne.atode. are.so-calle. “fre.-living” and fe.d mainly on bacte.ia, fungi, protozoa and othe. ne.atode.. In Burkina Faso, the.pre.e.ce.of parasitic ne.atode. has be.n re.orte. in crops such as rice.and sorghum. The.obje.tive.of this study was to ide.tify the.ge.e.a and spe.ie. of ne.atode. associate. with soybe.n production in Burkina Faso. Inve.tigations we.e.carrie. out on 24 ge.otype. of a me.ium-maturity group of soybe.n at the.Farako-Ba re.e.rch station. Soil sample. we.e.take. from the.trial soil be.ore.its installation. At harve.t, soil sample. with roots we.e.take. from e.ch ge.otype.in the.e.e.e.tary plots. The.composite.sample.is re.re.e.te. by 4 lots of soil sample. with roots. e.tractions and counts of ne.atode. we.e.pe.forme. on the.diffe.e.t lots. In total, 7 ge.e.a of plant-parasitic ne.atode. associate. with soybe.n we.e.ide.tifie.. Among the.e.ge.e.a, Pratyle.chus (100% of infe.te. ge.otype.), He.icotyle.chus (97.28%) and Scute.lone.a (94.44%) we.e.the.most pre.ale.t in te.ms of fre.ue.cy and abundance. Some.soybe.n ge.otype. we.e.le.s susce.tible.to the.ge.us Pratyle.chus is known to be.highly pathoge.ic in soybe.n. The.e.we.e.mainly the.ge.otype. TGX2025-10e. TGX2023-3e.and TGX2025-14e.

The.pre.e.t study pe.forme. on the.Angovia, Kokumbo, Hire.and Agbaou site. consiste. of mapping the.e.vironme.tal risks linke. to artisanal gold mining activitie. in C?te.d’Ivoire. An inve.tory was done.by obse.ving the.diffe.e.t phase. of gold e.traction and ide.tifying the.risks associate. with the.e.phase.. Using a Ge.graphic Information Syste. (GIS), the.re.re.e.tation of the.spatial distribution of the.pollution risks has be.n re.lize. from indicator de.criptive. of the.e.vironme.tal se.sitivity (i.e. slope. proximity to the.wate.course. soil cove.) and the.transfe. indicator (i.e. rainfall). The.analysis of this map showe. low se.sitivity of me.cury (Hg), arse.ic (As), coppe. (Cu) and zinc (Zn) me.sure. in the.wate.s of the.Hire.and Agbaou localitie., while.mode.ate.se.sitivity in Kokumbo surface.wate.s and high se.sitivity for those.of Angovia locality we.e.obse.ve.. More.ve., analysis of Hg, As, Cu and Zn conte.t spatial distribution maps in surface.wate.s re.e.le. that Hg and As come.mainly from the.artisanal mining activitie. for most localitie.. Among the.e.me.allic trace.e.e.e.ts obse.ve., only the.Hg conte.t was above.the.WHO Limit Value., 1994 (>0.001 mg·L-1). The.continuous spre.d of me.allic trace.e.e.e.ts in surface.wate. can pose.se.ious he.lth proble.s for pe.ple.living around artisanal gold mining site., he.ce.the.ne.d to put in place.a prote.tion plan against contamination.
