This prospective m.lticenter phase II study evaluated the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant nivolum.b-exclusive(N)and nivolum.b–chem.therapy(N/C)com.inations based on PD-L1 *** patients exhibited resectable clinical stage IIA–IIIB(AJCC 8th edition)NSCLC without EGFR/ALK *** received either m.no-nivolum.b(N)or nivolum.b+nabpaclitaxel+carboplatin(N/C)for three cycles based on PD-L1 *** prim.ry endpoint was the m.jor pathological response(m.R).Key secondary endpoints included the pathologic com.lete response(pCR),objective response rate(ORR),and event-free survival(EFS).Baseline PD-L1 expression and perioperative circulating tum.r DNA(ctDNA)status were correlated with pCR and ***-two patients were enrolled,with 46 undergoing *** m.R was 50.0%(26/52),with 25.0%(13/52)achieving pCR,and 16.7%and 66.7%for patients with PD-L1≥50%in N and N/C groups,***(25.0%)patients experienced grade 3 or higher im.une-related adverse events during neoadjuvant *** with post-neoadjuvant ctDNA negativity was m.re likely to have pCR(39.1%)com.ared with those rem.ined positive(6.7%,odds ratio=6.14,95%CI 0.84-Inf,p=0.077).With a m.dian follow-up of 25.1 m.nths,the 18-m.nth EFS rate was 64.8%(95%CI 51.9–81.0%).For patients with ctDNA–***+,the 18m.EFS rate was 93.8%vs 47.3%(HR,0.15;95%CI 0.04,0.94;p=0.005).Im.unochem.therapy m.y serve as an optim.l neoadjuvant treatm.nt even for patients with PD-L1 expression≥50%.ctDNA negativity following neoadjuvant treatm.nt and surgery could help identify superior pathological and survival benefits,which requires further confirm.tion in a prospective clinical trial(NCT04015778).

The existence of outflow and m.gnetic fields in the inner region of hot accretion flows has been confirm.d by observations and num.rical m.gnetohydrodynam.c（m.D）*** present self-sim.lar solutions for radiatively inefficient accretion flows（RIAFs）around black holes in the presence of outflow and a global m.gnetic *** influence of outflow is taken into account by adopting a radius that depends on m.ss accretion ratem.m. （r/r0）s with s〉0. We also consider convection through a m.xing length form.la to calculate convection param.terα*** we consider the additional m.gnetic field param.ters βr,φ,z=c2 r,φ,z /（2c2 s ）,where c2 r,φ,z are the Alfvén sound speeds in three directions of cylindrical *** num.rical results show that by increasing all com.onents of the m.gnetic field,the surface density and rotational velocity increase,but the sound speed and radial infall velocity of the disk *** have also found that the existence of wind will lead to reduction of surface density as well as rotational ***,the radial velocity,sound speed,advection param.ter and the vertical thickness of the disk will increase when outflow becom.s im.ortant in the RIAF.

The present study explores m.gnetic hybrid-nanoliquid(Al_(2)O_(3)-Cu/H_(2)O)natural convection in a heated incinerator shaped cavity by using the lattice Boltzm.nn m.thod(LBm..Num.rical results are presented in the form.tem.erature contours,stream.function and local entropy *** interaction between various physical phenom.na characterizing this problem.including the natural convection and the m.gnetic field has been *** of Rayleigh num.er(Ra=10^(3)-10^(6)),volum.tric fraction of nanoparticles(ϕ=0-0.04),and Hartm.nn num.er(Ha=0-90)are clarified in details through graphical *** depict that the average Nusselt num.er(Nu_(m.)and average entropy generation(S_(gen,A))increases with an increase of the Rayleigh num.er while are decreased by applying a m.gnetic *** addition,it is found that the average Nusselt num.er(Nu_(m.)increases with the rise of volum.tric fraction of nanoparticles for all Rayleigh and Hartm.nn ***,an opposite effect is obtained by an increase in volum.tric fraction of nanoparticles on the average entropy generation(S_(gen,A)).Finally,the num.rical results dem.nstrate that the effect of Lorentz force is reduced when the heat transfer regim. conduction is considered.

Due to their hexagonal crystal structure,m.gnesium.alloys have relatively low workability at room.*** this study,the hot workability behavior of cast-extruded AZ31B m.gnesium.alloy is studied through hot com.ression testing,num.rical m.deling and m.crostructural *** deform.tion tests are perform.d at tem.eratures of 250℃ to 400℃ under strain rates of 0.01 to 1.0 s^(−1).Transm.ssion electron m.croscopy is used to reveal the presence of dynam.c recrystallization(DRX),dynam.c recovery(DRY),cracks and shear *** predict plastic instabilities during hot com.ression tests of AZ31B m.gnesium.alloy,the authors use Johnson–Cook dam.ge m.del in a 3D finite elem.nt *** optim.l hot workability of m.gnesium.alloy is found at a tem.erature(T)of 400℃ and strain rate(ε)of 0.01 s^(−1).Stability is found at a lower strain rate,and instability is found at a higher strain rate.

Host genetic factors m.y predict the outcom. and treatm.nt response in hepatitis C virus（HCV）*** of these factors is the single nucleotide polym.rphism. of the interleukin 28B（IL28B）*** sought to evaluate the outcom. of pegylated interferon and ribavirin therapy in association with IL-28B rs8099917 and rsl2980275 in patients infected with HCV genotype 4.A total of 180 patients with chronic hepatitis C were selected from.Egyptians who have received com.ined therapy with pegylated interferon and ribavirin for 6 m.nths and their response was evaluated after follow-up at 0,6,12,24 and 48 weeks from.the beginning of the *** sam.les were collected from.responders and *** DNA was extracted from.whole blood and genotyping was carried out by polym.rase chain reaction and restriction fragm.nt length polym.rphism.PCR-RFLP）.Our results showed that TT genotype of rs8099917 was associated with higher sustained viral response（SVR）rates and G allele represented a risk factor for failure of response（OR=3.7,CI=1.8：7.64）while rs12980275 was not significantly associated with SVR in genotype 4 Egyptian *** determ.nation of 1L-28B SNPs m.y be useful in enhancing correct prediction of SVR achievem.nt in treating this group of genotype 4 patients.

Active tectonics in the south part of Alborz m.untain (Iran) has greatly influenced the drainage system.and geom.rphic expressions. The m.tropolis of Tehran is located at the southern foothills of the Alborz m.untains at the abrupt topographic boundary between the m.untain range and the northern border of the central Kavir Desert. The presence of active faults and tectonic activity, threatens the area and shows the vulnerability of this Tehran city. So the evaluation of active tectonics of Tehran City is necessary because of vast hum.n activity, which has hidden geom.rphic feature. Active tectonics of Tehran City was evaluated by using Digital elevation m.del (DEm. derived drainage network and three geom.rphic indices basin (asym.etry factor (AF), basin shape index (Bs) and m.untain front sinuosity (Sm.)). The average of the three m.asured geom.rphic indices was used to evaluate the distribution of relative tectonic activity in the study area. Furtherm.re to overcom. som. inevitable error in this m.thod, field investigation was carried out also rem.te sense was studied, and finally the obtained results were com.ared with existing seism.c data. The result confirm. that the East South, East North and West North Tehran have high rate of relative tectonic activity (RTA) respectively.
