CW-CO2 laser nitriding technique was applied to improve the properties （such as aging property and the core loss） of grain oriented silicon steel. The samples were nitrided with regular space. Laser power density and scanning speed were chosen as 7.8×10^5W·cm^-2 and 100mm·min^-1. By some laser irradiation, Fe4N and Fe3N were formed in the nitrided zone. The nitrided samples were annealed at the temperatures ranged from 100 to 90℃. The core loss of some interested samples was tested. The results show that the core loss of the nitrided samples with different thickness of 0.23 and 0.30mm decreased by 14.9% and 9.4% respectively, and the aging property were improved up to 800℃. The mechanism of laser nitriding to improve the properties of grain oriented silicon steel is discussed.

Ellipticity as the underlying mechanism for instabilities of physical systems is highlighted in the study of model nonlinear evolution equations with dissipation and the study of phase transition in Van der Waals fluid. Interesting results include spiky solutions, chaotic behavior in the context of partial differential equations, as well as the nucleation process due to ellipticity in phase transition.

Genetic Variation Among the Geographic Population of the Grain Aphid, Sitobion avenae (Hemiptera: Aphididae) in China Inferred from Mitochondrial COI Gene Sequence

In order to characterize the genetic relationship of the geographic populations of Sitobion avenae （Hemiptera： Aphididae） in China, a 588 bp region of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I （mtdNA-COI） gene was sequenced and analyzed among the different geographic populations. 269 individuals were collected from 17 localities in different wheat-growing areas in China that covered most of the range reported for this species. Within the sequence among these geographic populations, 15 polymorphic sites defined 16 distinct haplotypes, ranging in sequence divergence from 0.2% （one nucleotide） to 1.7% （10 nucleotides）. Of the 15 variable sites, 12 were transitional substitutions, 2 were transversional substitutions and 1 was transitional and transversional substitution. Phylogenetic analysis showed that all haplotypes were highly interconnected with each other, in absence of phylogeographic structing. Each of 8 haplotypes was found only at one locality, and the other haplotypes were the widespread distributed in the different localities. The higher genetic diversity was found in the northern China populations than that in the southern China populations. The low genetic differentiation （FST=-0.06945-0.69857） and high migration rate （Nm=0.21575-infinite） of Chinese populations suggest that dispersal over long distance is a major factor in the demography of S. avenae.

The effect of annealing temperature and the characteristics of p-n junction diodes based on sprayed polyaniline/ZnO thin films

Polyaniline,ZnO and polyaniline/ZnO nanocomposite thin films are coated on glass substrates using the spray pyrolysis *** samples are characterized by the XRd,SEM,EdAX,UV-Vis and I-V characteristics. The XRd analyses confirm that the spray-coated polyaniline and ZnO thin films have orthorhombic and hexagonal structures,respectively,and optical bandgap energy decreases from 3.81 to 3.41 eV with the addition of a Zn *** analysis of the polyaniline/ZnO nanocomposite thin films shows that there is an agglomeration of ZnO particles with uniform distribution in the polyaniline matrix,and the diode characteristics of the polyaniline /ZnO nanocomposite show weak rectification *** such as the ideality factor,reverse saturation current and barrier height are calculated from the I-V characteristics.

Single point and asymmetric incremental forming

This paper presents an update on single point incremental forming （SPIF） of sheet metal since 2005. It includes a description of the process with new information on the maximum forming angle, Фmax, for 5052-H32. An indepth example of the successful design and production of parts is given for industry. This includes discussion on production times and surface roughness with details that will help designers. A general design guide for users of SPIF is provided. It is based upon experience gained in the last decade. In general, materials show a trend of decreasing formability with increasing initial thickness. It is shown that for thicker sheet metal, it is recommended using large spherical tools （12.7 mm or larger）, or a large fiat-ended tool. The fiat-ended tool provides the best combination of good formability and very low surface roughness. For aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel, it is recommended using a fiat-ended tool. Advances in multi-pass techniques and information on successful and useful numerical models which predict forming behaviour are included. Finally, there is a discussion on future work needed in SPIF.

A finite element model is developed for the simulation of vibration stress relief （VSR） after welding. For the nonresonant vibration, the reduction in stress strongly depends on the amplitude of vibration. For the resonant vibration, the vibration frequency is the key for stress relief. The vibration frequency should be close to the structure natural frequency for the desired vibration mode. Only small vibration amplitude is required, which will be amplified during vibration. Vibration time does not have a major impact on vibration stress relief. When the amplitude of vibration stress relief is large, the treatment will be more effective.

白垩纪是新特提斯洋演化和青藏高原不同板块汇聚的关键时期,详细的地层框架和古地理格局是开展新特提斯洋演化和青藏高原形成研究的基础.本文对青藏高原及周边白垩纪地层、古生物、古地理和重大地质事件开展了系统分析,以建立综合地层框架,恢复不同时期的古地理格局,探讨重大地质事件的响应和耦合关系.青藏高原及其周边白垩纪地层以海相为主,发育少量海陆交互相和陆相沉积.印度-雅鲁藏布江缝合带发育以蛇绿岩套和含放射虫硅质岩为主的深海沉积,其南侧的特提斯喜马拉雅、印度河盆地等发育浅海至半深海-深海沉积,北侧的日喀则-拉达克弧前盆地发育浅海-半深海相沉积,拉萨地块、喀喇昆仑-塔里木盆地西部和西缅地块等发育浅海、海陆过渡相和陆相沉积,羌塘盆地等其余地区则以陆相沉积为主.青藏高原及其邻区白垩纪地层分布广泛,类型多样,富含有孔虫、钙质超微、放射虫、菊石、双壳类和孢粉等多门类化石;基于岩石地层、生物地层、同位素年代地层和稳定同位素地层等多重地层划分与对比,建立了不同分区地层的划分与对比关系,提出了新的东特提斯区白垩纪综合地层框架.划分了白垩纪新特提斯洋东段及周边不同地理分区的生物群落,阐明了其时空分布特征,恢复了不同时期的生物古地理面貌.青藏高原及周边白垩纪古地理演化可划分为3个阶段:(1)印度板块与澳大利亚-南极洲大陆逐步裂解、拉萨-羌塘地块早期碰撞阶段(145~125Ma);(2)印度板块向北漂移和拉萨-羌塘地块晚期碰撞阶段(125~100Ma);(3)印度板块快速向北漂移、塔里木-喀喇昆仑海湾形成和冈底斯山早期隆升阶段(100~66Ma).白垩纪中期(100Ma左右),印度-特提斯喜马拉雅生物区系经历了冈瓦纳大陆冷水型向特提斯暖水型的转变,海洋生物的多样性达到全盛;白垩纪末期,海洋生物急剧衰退.伴随着印度板块向北漂移和新特提斯洋的演化,新特提斯洋发生了大火成岩省、大洋缺氧、白垩纪大洋红层,以及生物辐射与灭绝等一系重大地质事件.

荻草谷网蚜Sitobion miscanthi(Takahashi)(在中国长时间学名误用为麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae Fabricius)是我国小麦的主要害虫,为小麦蚜虫优势种。该蚜虫因繁殖速度快、发育历期短、适应能力强且能随着气流远距离迁飞等特性,对小麦安全生产构成严重威胁。目前关于蚜虫种群遗传结构的研究主要基于线粒体基因开展。然而,初级共生菌布赫纳氏菌Buchnera aphidicola几乎存在于所有蚜虫中,其在研究蚜虫种群遗传结构多样性方面的潜在作用报道很少。本研究基于前期收集的荻草谷网蚜6个不同地理种群(苏州、武汉、昆明、廊坊、泰安、银川),对其线粒体COⅠ基因与初级共生菌***的两个单拷贝基因gnd与trpA进行PCR扩增、测序和群体遗传结构分析。根据对3个遗传标记基因聚类分析,荻草谷网蚜6个不同地理种群分为3组,分别为银川种群、苏州种群和其他种群(COⅠ:F_(CT)=0.3642,Pd:F_(CT)=0.4033,P<0.05;trpA:F_(CT)=0.2229,P<0.05),3组间存在显著的遗传差异。银川种群和泰安种群间有相同的稀有单倍型H8(trpA),苏州种群和武汉种群也有相同的稀有单倍型H2与H23(COⅠ),3组之间仍存在基因交流。因此我们推测在4、5月份东南季风盛行的情况下,银川种群迁入了外来虫源。蚜虫线粒体基因和初级共生菌基因的遗传结构分析结果基本一致,表明共生菌基因在研究蚜虫种群遗传结构和多样性具有潜在应用意义。综上所述,基于线粒体和共生菌基因序列的荻草谷网蚜不同地理种群的遗传结构解析可为蚜虫的迁飞提供分子证据。
