近期关于词汇声调与音乐旋律如何匹配的研究表明,通常情况下音符之间的音高方向要与其对应声调的音高方向相同才是合适的匹配。这一原则同时适用于亚洲和非洲的本身并无谱系关系的声调语言。该原则和其他原则之间的相互作用通常是基于一些可排序的制约条件组成的序列,并且至少有一项研究已经明确采用了优选论的操作框架。然而,对一些实证和理论问题的理解还有待完善。本文基于近期关于现代粤语流行音乐的研究,旨在讨论如下两个问题:其一,讨论所谓的“倾斜”(oblique)匹配问题,即音调音高在音乐旋律上升或下降时保持不变,或者不同旋律音高在不同的声调上保持同一音高水平。这通常被看作是相近匹配,研究表明这种匹配在经验层面上是不正确的,但目前并不能清楚地说明该匹配违背了哪些限制条件。其二,本文还讨论轮廓声调如何决定一个合适的匹配—轮廓声调在不同语言中的处理方式不同,且有研究表明,轮廓声调本质上很难和音乐旋律完美匹配。

diagnosing the evolution of laser-generated high energy density(HEd)systems is fundamental to develop a correct understanding of the behavior of matter under extreme ***–Lau interferometry constitutes a promising tool,since it permits simultaneous single-shot X-ray radiography and phase-contrast imaging of dense *** present the results of an experiment at OMEGA EP that aims to probe the ablation front of a laser-irradiated foil using a Talbot–Lau X-ray interferometer.A polystyrene(CH)foil was irradiated by a laser of 133 J,1 ns and probed with 8 keV laser-produced backlighter radiation from Cu foils driven by a short-pulse laser(153 J,11 ps).The ablation front interferograms were processed in combination with a set of reference images obtained ex situ using *** managed to obtain attenuation and phase-shift images of a laser-irradiated foil for electron densities above 1022 cm−*** results showcase the capabilities of Talbot–Lau X-ray diagnostic methods to diagnose HEd laser-generated plasmas through high-resolution imaging.

Microglia as hackers of the matrix:sculpting synapses and the extracellular space

Microglia shape the synaptic environment in health and disease,but synapses do not exist in a ***,pre-and postsynaptic terminals are surrounded by extracellular matrix(ECM),which together with glia comprise the four elements of the contemporary tetrapartite synapse *** research in this area is still just beginning,accumulating evidence points toward a novel role for microglia in regulating the ECM during normal brain homeostasis,and such processes may,in turn,become dysfunctional in *** it relates to synapses,microglia are reported to modify the perisynaptic matrix,which is the diffuse matrix that surrounds dendritic and axonal terminals,as well as perineuronal nets(PNNs),specialized reticular formations of compact ECM that enwrap neuronal subsets and stabilize proximal *** interconnected relationship between synapses and the ECM in which they are embedded suggests that alterations in one structure necessarily affect the dynamics of the other,and microglia may need to sculpt the matrix to modify the synapses ***,we provide an overview of the microglial regulation of synapses,perisynaptic matrix,and PNNs,propose candidate mechanisms by which these structures may be modified,and present the implications of such modifications in normal brain homeostasis and in disease.

Objective:Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is a commonly performed otolaryngologic procedure that often uses the microdebrider device for tissue *** the ubiquitous nature of the instrument,we sought to better define the patterns of device failure using the postmarket surveillance openFdA ***:The openFdA database was queried for all microdebrider‐related adverse events from January 1,2000 to November 1,*** information on the nature of device failure and any associated patient injury was *** not directly related to device failure were excluded from the ***:A total of 641 events were included in the *** most common device failure was overheating(n=348,54.3%),followed by material separation(n=173,27%),and inconsistent device activation(n=52,8.1%).Of the reported events,the vast majority did not result in patient harm(n=579,90.3%).On review of the remaining cases,only 24 events(3.7%)resulted in true harm to the patient,defined as a temporary or permanent injury or>30 min of additional anesthesia *** these cases,the need to reschedule surgical cases(n=5,0.8%),retained foreign body(n=5,0.8%),and thermal tissue injury(n=3,0.5%)were the most *** patients suffered an injury due to surgeon error unrelated to device malfunction(n=5,0.8%).Conclusions:Microdebrider device failures are extremely *** they do occur,less than 10%result in patient *** cases of patient harm related to microdebrider failure,preoperative testing of the device before use could prevent many of the reported malfunctions.

A technique for colloidal forming of Ca2P2O7 macroporous bioceramics,based on low-pressure injection molding(LPIM)of a glycerol-water slip containing Ca2P2O7 and Ca(Н2PO4)2 into a plastic mold fabricated via FdM 3dprinting,was *** reaction between the solid phases of the water containing slip-Ca2P2O7 and Ca(Н2PO4)2,resulting in brushite(CaHPO4·2H2O)formation,led to consolidation of the casting and preserved its complex architecture in the course of mold *** ceramics of Kelvin structure(70%macropores with the sizes from 2 up to 4 mm),based on a pre-defined composition with 10 wt%Ca(PO3)2 and sintered in liquid-phase regime,demonstrated a compressive strength of 1.4±0.1 MPa at a density of 22±2%.In vitro tests on bioactivity in SBF solution,as well as on resorption of the ceramics in model solution of citric acid,were carried out.
