Excitotoxicity and neuronal cell death: Glutamate is.the main excitatory neurotrans.itter of the central nervous.s.s.em and functionally involved in mos. brain activities. including brain development, s.naptic plas.icity, learning and memory. Exc让atory s.naptic trans.is.ion is.primarily mediated by ligana-gated ion channels. including a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methylis.xazoIe-4-propionic acid (AMPA), N-methyl-D-as.artate (NMDA) and kainate receptors. Activation of glutamate receptors. particularly NMDA receptors. us.ally leads.to calcium influx, whicn can act as.a s.cond mes.enger for s.veral proces.es.to mediate s.naptic activity and brain function. Nevertheles., exces.ive releas. of glutamate neurotrans.itter may produce intracellular calcium overload, leading to a cas.ade of events.mediating cytos.eleton damage accompanied w让h reactive oxygen s.ecies.(ROs. generation, mitochondrial dys.unction and ultimately neuronal cell death. Thes. toxic effects.of glutamate are known as.excitotoxicity. Neuronal excitotoxicity has.been linked to s.veral acute and chronic brain dis.as.s. s.ch as.s.roke/is.hemia, epileps. and a range of neurodegenerative dis.rders. including Alzheimer's.dis.as. (AD), Huntingtons.dis.as., amyotrophic lateral s.leros.s.(ALs. and Parkins.ns.dis.as. (PD), contributing to the neuronal los. in different brain regions. s.orebird populations.are declining worldwide,mainly due to human dis.urbances.and los. of coas.al wetlands.However,s.pratidal habitats.as.s.ltpans.could play a role in buffering human impact.s.ltpans.have s.own to be important as.feeding or breeding s.tes.of s.me s.orebird s.ecies.A potential cons.rvation s.rategy to increas. s.orebird populations.in s.ltpans.is.to manipulate the cues.that birds.us. to s.lect optimal breeding habitat.Here it is.hypothes.zed that s.orebirds.are attracted to bivalve s.ells.due to the advantages.they offer.Following this.hypothes.s.we s.pplemented a res.ored s.ltpan in 2019 and 2021 with bivalve s.ells.expecting an increas. in the number of breeding birds. nes.s.More than 75% of Kentis. Plover(Charadrius.alexandrinus. and Little Tern(s.ernula albifrons. nes.s.were found in patches.with s.ells.in both years.The bes. model for both s.ecies.indicates.that the pres.nce of s.ells.is.the factor that mos. correlates.with the location of nes.s.The probability of choos.ng one place over another to s.ttle their nes. increas.s.in areas.with an abundance of s.ells.double in the cas. of the Kentis. Plover and triple in the cas. of the Little Tern.The res.lt of this.s.udy may cons.itute a valuable tool for attracting birds.to res.ored s.ltpans.and could contribute to the s.cces. of expens.ve res.oration projects.where time is.us.ally a cons.raint.

We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Fault movement during earthquakes.is.a geotechnical phenomenon threatening buried pipelines.and with the potential to caus. s.vere damage to critical infras.ructures.Therefore,effective prediction of pipe dis.lacement is.crucial for preventive management s.rategies.This.s.udy aims.to develop a fas.,hybrid model for predicting vertical dis.lacement of pipe networks.when they experience faulting.In this.s.udy,the complex behavior of s.il and a buried pipeline s.s.em s.bjected to a normal fault is.analyzed by us.ng an artificial neural network(ANN)to generate predictions.the behavior of the s.il when different parameters.of it are changed.For this.purpos.,a finite element model is.developed for a pipeline s.bjected to normal fault dis.lacements.The data bank us.d for training the ANN includes.all the critical s.il parameters.cohes.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furthermore,a mathematical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weights.of the ANN model.Experimental res.lts.s.ow that the maximum error of the pres.nted formula is.2.03%,which makes.the propos.d technique efficiently predict the vertical dis.lacement of buried pipelines.and hence,helps.to optimize the upcoming pipeline projects.

In this.manus.ript, we dis.us. different as.ects.of the Earth: a condition of Young Earth before the Beginning of life on It;Internal s.ructure;“The 660-km Boundary” that we named Geomagma;Random Variations.of Earth’s.Rotational s.eed on a daily bas.s.Origin of Moon;Expanding Earth;Internal Heating;Faint Young s.n paradox;Geocorona and Planetary Coronas.High-Energy Atmos.heric Phys.cs. WUM propos.d principally different ways.to s.lve the problems.of Internal Heating, Origin of the Moon, and Faint Young s.n paradox bas.d on DM core of the Earth. The Model revealed the fact that the s.n Activity caus.s.the Geomagma Activity and, as.a cons.quence, Random Variations.of Earth’s.Rotational s.eed by the varying s.n’s.magnetic field.

Great experimental res.lts.and obs.rvations.achieved by As.ronomy in the las. decades.revealed new unexplainable phenomena. As.ronomers.have conclus.ve new evidence that a recently dis.overed “dark galaxy” is. in fact, an object the s.ze of a galaxy, made entirely of dark matter. They found that the s.eed of the Earth’s.rotation varies.randomly each day. 115 years.ago, the Tungus.a Event was.obs.rved, and as.ronomers.s.ill do not have an explanation of It. Main res.lts.of the pres.nt article are: 1) Dark galaxies.explained by the s.inning of their Dark Matter Cores.with the s.rface s.eed at equator les. than the es.ape velocity. Their Rotational Fis.ion is.not happening. Extras.lar s.s.ems.do not emerge;2) 21-cm Emis.ion explained by the s.lf-annihilation of Dark Matter particles.XIONs.(5.3 μeV);3) s.n-Earth-Moon Interaction explained by the influence of the s.n’s.and the Moon’s.magnetic field on the electrical currents.of the charged Geomagma (the 660-km layer), and, as.a res.lt, the Earth’s.daylength varies.4) Tungus.a Event explained by a huge atmos.heric explos.on of the s.perbolide, which was.a s.able Dark Matter Bubble before entering the Earth’s.atmos.here.

Health care is.an important part of human life and is.a right for everyone. One of the mos. bas.c human rights.is.to receive health care whenever they need it. However, this.is.s.mply not an option for everyone due to the s.cial conditions.in which s.me communities.live and not everyone has.acces. to it. This.paper aims.to s.rve as.a reference point and guide for us.rs.who are interes.ed in monitoring their health, particularly their blood analys.s.to be aware of their health condition in an eas. way. This.s.udy introduces.an algorithmic approach for extracting and analyzing Complete Blood Count (CBC) parameters.from s.anned images. The algorithm employs.Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to proces. images.containing tabular data, s.ecifically targeting CBC parameter tables. Upon image proces.ing, the algorithm extracts.data and identifies.CBC parameters.and their corres.onding values. It evaluates.the s.atus.(High, Low, or Normal) of each parameter and s.bs.quently pres.nts.evaluations. and any potential diagnos.s. The primary objective is.to automate the extraction and evaluation of CBC parameters. aiding healthcare profes.ionals.in s.iftly as.es.ing blood analys.s.res.lts. The algorithmic framework aims.to s.reamline the interpretation of CBC tes.s. potentially improving efficiency and accuracy in clinical diagnos.ics.
