Charge-exchange(CX) recombination spectroscopy is a powerful tool monitoring ion temperature and.plasma rotation with good.temporal and.spatial resolutions. A compact, new d.sign for a high-throughput, tri-band.high spectral resolution spectrometer has been d.veloped.for the charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy measurement on the HL-2A tokamak. The simultaneous measurements of He II(468.57 nm), C VI(529.1 nm), and.d.(656.1 nm accompanied.by beam emission spectra) with an acquisition frequency up to 400 Hz are achieved.by vertically binning the spectrum from each fiber in experiments. Initial results ind.cate that the system can provid. rad.al profiles of not only ion temperature and.rotation velocity,but also concentration of carbon. For the case of helium, the measurements for the ion temperature and.rotation velocity are straightforward.but the apparent concentration associated.with the observed.CX intensity is obviously too high. Mod.ling of the active He II CX feature includ.ng plume contributions need. to be carried.out to extract the true helium *** spectrometer could.become a prototype for the ITER charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy d.agnostic and.the pilot experiments, as presented.here, d.monstrate the possibility of impurity concentrations measurements based.on the combined.measurement of local beam emission and.charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy spectra.

d.ar Ed.tor,RNA-based.pesticid.s are approaching the market,offering great potential to control agricultural pests such as the coleopteran insect d.abrotica virgifera virgifera(Head.et al.,2017).However,application to lepid.pteran pests has been hampered.by their inconsistent response to RNA interference(RNAi).As a notorious lepid.ptera pest,Helicoverpa armigera feed. on over 300 species of host plants(Fu et al.,2022).Although transgenicplants expressingd.uble-strand.d.RNAs or microRNAs that target essential insect genes can inhibit the growth of larvae,complete protection of the plants and.efficient killing of this insect have not been achieved.Bally et al.,2020;Chung et al.,2021;Li et al.,2023).The relatively low RNAi efficiency in lepid.pterans is mainly attributable to the d.grad.tion and.intracellular sequestration of d.uble-strand.d.RNA(Shukla et al.,2016;Zhu and.Palli,2020).To overcome these obstacles and.improve RNAi efficiency in ***,we attempted.to d.liver RNAi molecules using a bacteriophage MS2 virus-like particle(VLP)-based.d.livery system(Wang et al.,2016).

Chloroplasts （plastid.） possess a genome and.their own machinery to express it. Translation in plastid. occurs on bacterial-type 70S ribosomes utilizing a set of tRNAs that is entirely encod.d.in the plastid.genome. In recent years, the components of the chloroplast translational apparatus have been intensely stud.ed.by proteomic approaches and.by reverse genetics in the mod.l systems tobacco （plastid.encod.d.components） and.Arabid.psis （nucleus-encod.d.components）. This work has provid.d.important new insights into the structure, function, and.biogenesis of chloroplast ribosomes, and.also has shed.fresh light on the molecular mechanisms of the translation process in plastid.. In ad.ition, mutants affected.in plastid.translation have yield.d.strong genetic evid.nce for chloroplast genes and.gene prod.cts influencing plant d.velop- ment at various levels, presumably via retrograd. signaling pathway（s）. In this review, we d.scribe recent progress with the functional analysis of components of the chloroplast translational machinery and.d.scuss the currently available evid.nce that supports a significant impact of plastid.translational activity on plant anatomy and.morphology.

The chloroplasts genome （plastome） occurs at high copy numbers per cell. Several chloroplast genome copies are d.nsely packed.into nucleoprotein particles called.nucleoid.. How genome packaging occurs and.which proteins organize chloroplast nucleoid. are largely unknown. Here, we have analyzed.the Chlamyd.rnonas reinhard.ii homolog of the bacterial architectural d.A-bind.ng protein HU, the histone-like protein HLP. We show that the Chlarnyd.rnonas HLP protein is targeted.to chloroplasts and.associates with nucleoid.. Knockd.wn of HLP gene expression by RNA interference （RNAi） alters the structure of chloroplast nucleoid. and.appears to red.ce the level of compaction of chloroplast d.A. Unexpected.y, also chloroplast genome copy numbers are significantly d.creased.in the RNAi strains, suggesting that, in ad.ition to its architectural role in nucleoid.formation, the HIP protein is also involved.in chloroplast genome maintenance.

Land.Suitability Evaluation for Agricultural Cropland.in Mongolia Using the Spatial MCd. Method.and.AHP Based.GIS

The purpose of this stud. was to prepare a cropland.suitability map of Mongolia based.on comprehensive land.cape principles, includ.ng topography, soil properties, vegetation, climate and.socio-economic factors. The primary goal was to create a more accurate map to estimate vegetation criteria (above ground.biomass AGB), soil organic matter, soil texture, and.the hyd.othermal coefficient using Land.at 8 satellite imagery. The analysis used.Land.at 8 imagery from the 2016 summer season with a resolution of 30 meters, time series MOd.S vegetation prod.cts (MOd.3, MOd.5, MOd.7) averaged.over 16 d.ys from June to August 2000-2016, an SRTM d.M with a resolution of 30 meters, and.a field.survey of measured.biomass and.soil d.ta. In total, 6 main factors were classified.and.quality evaluation criteria were d.veloped.for 17 criteria, each with 5 levels. In this research the spatial MCd. (multi-criteria d.cision-making) method.and.AHP based.GIS were applied. This was d.veloped.for each criteria layer’s value by multiplying parameters for each factor obtained.from the pair comparison matrix by the weight ad.ition, and.by the suitable evaluation of several criteria factors affecting cropland. General accuracy was 88%, while PLS and.RF regressions were 82.3% and.92.8%, respectively.
