Person image generation aims to generate images that maintain the original human appearance in different target *** works have revealed that the critical element in achieving this task is the alignment of appearance domain and pose *** alignment methods,such as appearance flow warping,correspondence learning and cross attention,often encounter challenges when it comes to producing fine texture *** approaches suffer from limitations in accurately estimating appearance flows due to the lack of global receptive ***,they can only perform cross-domain alignment on high-level feature maps with small spatial dimensions since the computational complexity increases quadratically with larger feature *** this article,the significance of multi-scale alignment,in both low-level and high-level domains,for ensuring reliable cross-domain alignment of appearance and pose is *** this end,a novel and effective method,named Multi-scale Crossdomain Alignment(mca)is ***,mca adopts global context aggregation transformer to model multi-scale interaction between pose and appearance inputs,which employs pair-wise window-based cross ***,leveraging the integrated global source information for each target position,mca applies flexible flow prediction head and point correlation to effectively conduct warping and fusing for final transformed person image *** proposed mca achieves superior performance on two popular datasets than other methods,which verifies the effectiveness of our approach.

Direct enantioselective reduction of the C=C bond ofβ-polyfluoro-alkylated enones is an important but long-pending subject in asymmetric ***,we report on the viability of visible light-driven cooperative photoredox and chiral hydrogenbonding catalysis to effectively address this challenge,as a variety of products are obtained in high yields(up to 85%)with good to excellent enantioselectivities(up to 98%ee).The formation of thermodynamically favorable enol intermediates after double single-electron reduction represents the center of the ***,the utility of the current method is validated by the convenient regio-specific and-diverse synthesis of various deuterated derivatives for these products using inexpensive D_(2)O as the deuterium source.

Objective To investigate the role of sea-level cerebral blood flow(CBF)in predicting acute mountain sickness(AMS)using three-dimensional pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling(3D-pCASL).Methods Forty-eight healthy volunteers reached an altitude of 3,650 m by air after undergoing a head magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)including 3D-pCASL at sea *** CBF values of the bilateral anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(mca),posterior cerebral artery(PCA),and posterior inferior cerebellar artery(PICA)territories and the laterality index(LI)of CBF were compared between the AMS and non-AMS *** analyses were performed to determine the relationship between CBF and AMS,and the predictive performance was assessed using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)*** The mean cortical CBF in women(81.65±2.69 mL/100 g/min)was higher than that in men(74.35±2.12 mL/100 g/min)(Pmca were higher in patients with AMS than in those *** CBF in the right PCA best predicted AMS(AUC=0.818).In women,the LI of CBF in the ACA was different between the AMS and non-AMS groups and predicted AMS with an AUC of *** Although the mechanism and prediction of AMS are quite complicated,higher cortical CBF at sea level,especially the CBF of the posterior circulatory system,may be used for prediction in male volunteers using non-invasive 3D-pCASL.

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加花椒籽对湖羊营养物质表观消化率、肠道发育、免疫功能和消化酶活性的影响。选取3月龄体重[(25.66±3.03) kg]相近的健康湖羊公羔27只,随机分为3组,每组9只羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组分别用3%和6%的花椒籽等量替代基础饲粮中部分粗饲料。预试期7 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:1)试验Ⅱ组的粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率显著低于对照组(Pee)和钙表观消化率显著高于对照组(Pee表观消化率显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。2)试验Ⅰ组的十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的空肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)试验Ⅱ组的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、补体3(C3)和补体4(C4)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的血清溶菌酶(LZM)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)试验Ⅰ组的十二指肠和回肠Toll样受体2(TLR2)mRNA相对表达量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组的空肠TLR2 mRNA相对表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组的十二指肠、空肠和回肠TLR2蛋白相对表达量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。5)试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的十二指肠淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组的回肠淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加花椒籽可促进湖羊肠道发育,提高肠道免疫功能,且添加水平为3%时效果最优。

Ern1调控肿瘤免疫原性机制的初步探索

目的：探讨内质网跨膜蛋白IRE1（由Ern1编码）对肿瘤细胞免疫原性和成瘤性的影响与机制。方法：挖掘肿瘤公共数据库中ERN1表达水平和患者生存的关联性。利用CRISPR-Cas9技术敲除小鼠肿瘤细胞系mca205和TC-1的Ern1基因，借助CCK-8、流式细胞术、ELISA、荧光素酶报告系统、皮下植瘤、预免疫-再刺激等实验分析Ern1对肿瘤细胞体外增殖和体内成瘤能力、浸润肿瘤的免疫细胞比例、衣霉素诱导免疫原性细胞死亡和抗肿瘤效应T细胞活化的影响，比较Ern1-/-肿瘤在正常小鼠和Ifnar-/-小鼠体内生长速度的差异。结果：对多个癌种而言，肿瘤组织ERN1的表达水平与患者总生存时间呈负相关。虽然敲除Ern1不影响肿瘤细胞的体外增殖能力，但其在正常小鼠皮下的成瘤能力大幅降低，甚至会自发消退。与野生型相比，Ern1-/-肿瘤内中性粒细胞显著增多，CD4+T细胞浸润减少。衣霉素诱导内质网应激后，Ern1-/-细胞死亡更多，虽然其HMGB1释放和钙网蛋白暴露有所减少，但IFN-α/β分泌增多，能更强地激活效应T细胞分泌IFN-γ。与正常小鼠相比，Ifnar-/-免疫缺陷小鼠体内Ern1-/-肿瘤生长速度显著加快。结论：Ern1缺失可促进内质网应激肿瘤细胞的Ⅰ型干扰素应答，增强其免疫原性，促进抗肿瘤T细胞分泌IFN-γ，阻碍肿瘤生长。

为了探究不同生长年限柠条在肉牛瘤胃中的降解特性,试验根据柠条生长年限设定5个试验组,分别为试验1组(1年生柠条)、试验2组(2年生柠条)、试验3组(3年生柠条)、试验4组(4年生柠条)和试验5组(10年生柠条),各组样品整株剪成1 cm茎段后粉碎过筛,装入自制尼龙袋中,每组3个重复,每个重复7个尼龙袋,分别于投喂后第6,12,18,24,36,48,72小时取出尼龙袋冲洗,烘干,经过粉碎、过筛后测定常规营养成分[干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(ee)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(Ash)]含量并计算瘤胃实时降解率、有效降解率等相关指标。结果表明:试验5组DM(55.11%)、NDF(69.88%)、ADF(59.55%)、Ash(6.51%)含量均最高,试验1组CP含量(15.36%)最高,试验2组ee含量(4.22%)最高;试验1组CP、ee、NDF、ADF含量与试验2组差异不显著(P>0.05),而试验3组仅CP含量极显著低于试验1组(P<0.01)。随着瘤胃降解时间延长,各组DM、CP、NDF和ADF的瘤胃降解率均逐渐增加,第72小时达到最大,DM、CP的瘤胃降解率以试验2组最优,分别为68.10%、75.84%;NDF、ADF瘤胃降解率以试验1组最优,分别为59.85%、50.79%。说明在本试验条件下,柠条在1~3年生长期营养成分总体差别不大,但1年生柠条不利于柠条林生态恢复,2年柠条具有较优常规营养成分和瘤胃降解特性,因此2年生柠条是饲喂草食家畜最适生长年限。
