The ea.tern foothills of the Helan Mounta.ns in China.a.e a.typica. mounta.nous region of soil a.d gra.el,where gra.el could a.fect the wa.er movement process in the *** study focused on the effects of different gra.el contents on the wa.er a.sorption cha.a.teristics a.d hydra.lic pa.a.eters of stony *** stony soil sa.ples were collected from the ea.tern foothills of the Helan Mounta.ns in a.ril 2023 a.d used a. the experimenta. materia.s to conduct a.one-dimensiona. horizonta. soil column a.sorption *** experimenta. groups with gra.el contents of 0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,a.d 50%were esta.lished to determine the sa.ura.ed hydra.lic conductivity(K_(s)),sa.ura.ed wa.er content(θ_(s)),initia. wa.er content(θ_(i)),a.d retention wa.er content(θ_(r)),a.d explore the cha.ges in the wetting front depth a.d cumula.ive a.sorption volume during the a.sorption *** Philip model wa. used to fit the soil a.sorption process a.d determine the soil wa.er a.sorption *** the length of the cha.a.teristic wetting front depth,sha.e coefficient,empirica. pa.a.eter,inverse inta.e suction a.d soil wa.er suction were derived from the va. It ha. been reported both in clinic a.d rodent models tha. beyond spina. cord injury directly induced symptoms, such a. pa.a.ysis, neuropa.hic pa.n, bla.der/bowel dysfunction, a.d loss of sexua. function, there a.e a.va.iety of seconda.y complica.ions, including memory loss, cognitive decline, depression, a.d a.zheimer's disea.e. The la.gesca.e longitudina. popula.ion-ba.ed studies indica.e tha. post-tra.ma depression is highly preva.ent in spina. cord injury pa.ients. Yet, few ba.ic studies ha.e been conducted to a.dress the potentia. molecula. mecha.isms. One of possible fa.tors underlying the depression is the reduction of a.ult hippoca.pa. neurogenesis which may come from less physica. a.tivity, socia. isola.ion, chronic pa.n, a.d eleva.ed neuroinfla.mation a.ter spina. cord injury. However, there is no clea. consensus yet. In this review, we will first summarize the a.tera.ion of hippoca.pa. neurogenesis post-spina. cord injury. Then, we will discuss possible mecha.isms underlie this importa.t spina. cord injury consequence. Fina.ly, we will outline the potentia. thera.eutic options a.med a. enha.cing hippoca.pa. neurogenesis to a.eliora.e depression.

Influences of Gra.pel Microphysics on Cma-GFS Simula.ion of Summer Regiona. Precipita.ion

The horizonta. resolution of globa. numerica. wea.her prediction models is continuously developing. However, due to the imperfect precipita.ion simula.ion/foreca.t of these models, the demand for considering riming pa.ticles in cloud microphysica. schemes in these models is increa.ing. This study employed the la.est versions of globa. a.mospheric rea.a.ysis da.a.(ERa.), the sa.ellite retrieva. da.a.of the Globa. Precipita.ion Observa.ion Progra. (GPM),a.d sta.ion precipita.ion observa.ions to explore the impa.ts of a.ding gra.pel to the cloud microphysica. scheme in the China.Meteorologica. a.ministra.ion-Globa. Foreca.t System (Cma-GFS) on summer regiona. precipita.ion simula.ions in four Chinese climate zones. The results verify tha. the new gra.pel scheme ca. ena.le Cma-GFS to decently predict globa. gra.pel distribution, especia.ly in tropica. a.d midla.itude regions. The a.dition of gra.pel in the cloud microphysics increa.es the precipita.ion simula.ion in North China. while tha. in Southwest China.is wea.ened a.d dispersed. Moreover, gra.pel scheme increa.es the precipita.ion simula.ions of a.most a.l *** increa.e in light ra.n is obvious, a.d the a.solute va.ue of hea.y ra.n is strengthened. This may be beca.se gra.pel quickly melts into ra.n a.ter fa.ling out of the zero-tempera.ure la.er due to its la.ge mass a.d fa.t fa.ling speed, increa.ing surfa.e precipita.ion. In summary, the a.dition of gra.pel in the cloud microphysica. scheme ca. improve Cma-GFS’s underestimation of strong precipita.ion.

However, most existing opera.or lea.ning methods a.sume tha. the da.a.origina.e from a.single physica. mecha.ism, limiting their a.plica.ility a.d performance in more rea.istic scena.ios. To this end, we propose the physica. inva.ia.t a.tention neura. opera.or(PIa.O) to decipher a.d integra.e the physica. inva.ia.ts for opera.or lea.ning from the PDE series with va.ious physica. mecha.isms. PIa.O employs self-supervised lea.ning to extra.t physica. knowledge a.d a.tention mecha.isms to integra.e them into dyna.ic convolutiona. *** to existing techniques, PIa.O ca. reduce the relative error by 13.6%–82.2% on PDE foreca.ting ta.ks a.ross va.ying coefficients, forces or bounda.y conditions. a.ditiona.ly, va.ied downstrea. ta.ks revea. tha. the PI embeddings deciphered by PIa.O a.ign well with the underlying inva.ia.ts in the PDE systems, verifying the physica. significa.ce of PIa.O.
